JIRA is the when it comes to agile development. With JIRAs scrum as welll as kanban board oneee can create, track and prioritize tickets/tasks. We can even integrate it with bitbuckeet and lin repositories to push and pull codes with CI/CD.

JIRA completes all my requirements mor than efficiently making it to have nothing to dislike about.

Our organization uses JIRA with integration to bitbucket. Our team head creates tickets assigns them and keeps a track where is progress in an agile enviroment.

Ease of adding plug in's and level of capability to make modifications. mentioning stakeholders is quite very useful as it keeps a track of changes and notification is sent directly to the required user. Change Management is again a very good feature.

Too much configurability leads to process overhead at times. EPIC cannot be mapped to ant product. Instead gets attached to software project. Cannot add user-specific mods and plug ins

The best thing about Jira is the KANBAN BOARD. It helps me to track my work on any given project. It also tells me the status of any task that is assigned to me. It also helps to link different tasks with each other from various projects.

No downside of using Jira. The only thing which I feel is a downside is that it requires time to manage everything and organize on Jira. It is sometimes difficult to manage and update everything on Jira when many tasks are assigned.

Whenever the business wants to work on some new or existing project, Jira helps to organize that project from the start till the end. Jira keeps the track of each project and the work done on each project.

We can track eveything under one roof , and everday our stand up starts with JIRA borad, and the immediate updates which gives in our slack because of our integration, Jira is great software from atlassian which gives us easy implementation and design for everyday projects. Even customer support is great when we need any changes or encounter.

Nothing as of now. Every aspect which we have worked with jira is great.

The Jira basically tracks and gives the perfect analytics of the current project and sprints , which is very much impressive as we will get insights of our deadlines ,progress , all under one roof which makes jira a great software.

Jira solves several problems efficiently, such as task management, issue tracking, and project planning. Its benefit lies in streamlining team collaboration, enhancing organization, and providing clear visibility into project progress. Personally, it's helped me manage tasks better, improve team coordination, and maintain a clearer overview of ongoing projects.

The biggest benefit is to use it as per the need. Sometimes it is being used for discussing product-related bugs and sometimes it is all about discussing the sprints to understand the solution launches

There is not much to say here because mainly the engineering team's internal coordination is happening here

The testing roadmap is linked with Jira to understand the Development part and also the bug fixes updates and the discoveries so far are also updated here. The customer-facing teams are also using it get an update or to add an urgency

It is very customizable to your needs. Even if you want to use it for Marketing purposes, works great! It used it everyday for about 4 years.

Sometimes I believe it has too many features and options. Without training it is difficult to set up.

Jira is a great way to create tasks when working with different departments.

Jira has been so efficient to us and for all the years we have been having it, it has never given us any troubles or reasons to question its capabilities in helping us track our projects.
