The tables are easy to use and edit. There are several sorting options that allow for studying various sets of data. The information from customer forms is easily displayed without a need for double entry.
I haven't found a way to search for duplicates. I have to export to Excel and do it there. The filters are a little clumsy.
When customers submit forms we don't have to enter the info into excel. It's auto placed into a spreadsheet that can be used for multiple purposes including reporting.
The conditions on JotForm I was able to create made it possible to create a custom calculator that would have cost me thousands of dollars if my company hired a coder to develop it.

I have been using jotform as I found it to be a great alternative to google forms with way more functionalities and a much better interface. I have been using jotform tables to manage the data of the students in my online platform and it has been working great. I like very much the automatic coloring of the data in different cells, it makes it easier to find the info you are looking for. It has a great integration with google sheets but most of the time you dont even need to send the data to it because jotform interface works great. Managing, adding and deleting info is mostly flawless in jotform tables. I would very much recommend all of the jotform ecosystem because it has many features and a better pricing and features than the other big player in the forms market. It has been working great for me for my startup.
Sometimes I would like to select and get a complete Name of a person but jotform tables separates the name and the surname in two different boxes so that makes it a bit hard to get the full name in an easier way.
I have been managing registration to the online courses of my tech education platform. The benefits of seeing the info in much friendly way than a conventional spreadsheet is better for the workflow.
The integrations, today we use several as the integration for Google spreadsheets, MailChimp. This has helped our customer service flow. We reduced the processing time for our orders from a few hours to a few minutes.
Only in terms of value, as we are in Brazil, the exchange rate variation is high.
We have a receiving system and solved all of our problems
Using JotFrom has been a great addition to our company. It has allowed our company to increase productivity and streamline our processes while meeting our clients' needs and remaining HIPAA compliant, all at a reasonable cost and with an easy-to-use platform.
It would be beneficial if JotForm automatically sent completed forms via secure email versus logging in to the system every time a client completed a HIPAA compliant form.
Using JotForm Tables has allowed our company to increase client contact, navigate the pandemic, keep people safe and propel the company to a paperless process. We have seen increased client conversion, shorter wait times, and increased productivity since implementing JotForm into our tools.
The capability of this software is vast and the price point is affordable. Also customer service through the forum has been wonderful. We are impressed with all the features and customization available for the cost.
Although the platform is user-friendly, there are so many features and so much to learn it is a little overwhelming at first.
We've taken advantage of forms for our website, then downloading and sorting the data in spreadsheets. We've also used JotForm to build some online scheduling forms which is a big help!
I liked how it was easy to add the question as a block as well as the plugins which allowed me to connect my Mailchimp account to auto send emails when people signed up. I also enjoyed how I was able to easily track the number of visitors to my forms and see where they are located so that I could then inform my marketing team on where to advertise more. I also enjoyed how I could see where the people register for my event were located as it gave me a better idea of who my target audience was and how I could potentially accommodate them to make my event more inclusive (ie not host a discussion at 4:00 PM est and a person located in Asia would have to stay up late or vise versa). Otherwise, I really like how I could use Jotforms to create a simple but visual report which I could use to present general statistics about the event to the rest of the volunteers who have helped with the event. All in all, I was very please with JotForms and its simplicity to use.
I disliked how the search feature when reviewing the submission, sometimes it would bring up the wrong submission or not bring a submission up even though I saw that the submission previously existed. Also when we were initially debating to use JotForms or not, one thing that was against the usage was the price as we are located in Canada and are not-for-profit organizations. So maybe have some sort of discount for not-for-profits or reduce the cost of the bronze plan.
It was helping me track where my participants are located so that I could find better times for events so that everyone could attend. It also helped me by creating a registration form for my event which was easy for people to use to sign up for my event (UOttawa Designathon).
Easy of use, enormous potential. You can have submissions from your forms and transform and append more data...You can get rid of Excel
A bit expensive for small & medium bussiness. It worths it, but the price can be an obstacle
I don't need to download the data from my forms and operate with Excel anymore; besides, I can collaborate with colleagues and edit data in real time. And with the report editor, the job is done in minutes.
