I like that I am able to have all of my forms, registration, contracts and so muchb more on one platform, then it allows me to download the information in excel format.
Having to write my question and wait for someone to answer it instead of being able to speak directly to a representative.
I am able to do a lot of things using one platform like mentioned before. If I forget something, I can go back to registration forms or resownload all of the registrants or signed contracts.
JotForm Tables collects the data and makes it easy to view and disseminate entries. It also allows the data to be downloaded to other platforms, such as my Google Drive, giving me more options for sharing and disseminating the information to other parties for their input. The ability to see and print what I need is helpful as well. Since we are new with JotForms we are excited to delve more into how else we might be able to utilize the tables.
So far there are no downsides I can see with JotForm Tables. This is our first time using JotForms, and the tables have made it very easy for a first-time user.
We needed a way to make our applications for admission into our school something that could be submitted online. There is a lot of information we need to collect and attachments that are required for us to make our determination on whether or not an applicant is a good fit for our program. JotForm Tables collected that information and made it easy to find and view within the table the data I needed for each applicant. I can see everything at a glance. We have various parties that need to read and review applications for submission into our program, and this made it super easy for everyone. We initially tried it out as a response to the pandemic to use in place of our original paper application process. We are now considering utilizing it as the new norm from here on out. Not only does it save paper, but it saves time as well. We are thankful we found them and are looking forward to finding more ways to utilize the JotForm Tables for other areas as well
The integrations, today we use several as the integration for Google spreadsheets, MailChimp. This has helped our customer service flow. We reduced the processing time for our orders from a few hours to a few minutes.
Only in terms of value, as we are in Brazil, the exchange rate variation is high.
We have a receiving system and solved all of our problems
JotForm is the easiest and most user-friendly software for running quizzes, applications, agreements, and more. I loveit!
It may sound weird, but I haven't actually found anything I don't like about JotForm yet. Maybe some day I'll try to have it do something that is can't - but so far, it's been amazing.
I use JotForm for my customer agreements form and contributor applications. Without getting too complex, I'll just say that I have people who want to work with me fill out an application that helps to self-qualify them. Those who are a fit, are sent to my checkout page and those who are not are invited to a call to discuss alternatives. I also use it for my joint-venture partners to sign up and promote my programs via email. They agree to specific mailing dates and more - all on my JotForm. The Table allows me to review all participant material at a glance, making it easy to see what needs to be done next.
It is very easy to create any form that is needed from an easy multiple-choice form to allowing your customers the option to upload pictures.
For the most part, no coding is needed. However, if you want specific fonts or text sizes you will need to know HTML.
We are collecting a wide variety of data from our customers using Jotforms. Jotforms allow us to get what is needed and to keep everything organized.
Easy to use. Highly customizable. Data is easy to work with.
Takes some time to get used to the higher level customization.
I use it primarily for online intake forms and organizing of results. It makes the process much more efficient. The app's security gives peace of mind.
JotForm Tables allows you to manipulate the data and share with other users instantly.
I haven't found anything I dislike about it yet.
I am collecting data on registrations for various events and using Tables to disaggregate the data. The benefits of Tables are endless. It saves time and makes it easy for users to maneuver/manipulate.
The flexibility to personalize the form.To organize, see the %. Very professional. Easy to use for phones. I can see in 1 page all the request. Very pratic
Sometimes, the person who anser receiv in double the email.
More time for me.
Using JotFrom has been a great addition to our company. It has allowed our company to increase productivity and streamline our processes while meeting our clients' needs and remaining HIPAA compliant, all at a reasonable cost and with an easy-to-use platform.
It would be beneficial if JotForm automatically sent completed forms via secure email versus logging in to the system every time a client completed a HIPAA compliant form.
Using JotForm Tables has allowed our company to increase client contact, navigate the pandemic, keep people safe and propel the company to a paperless process. We have seen increased client conversion, shorter wait times, and increased productivity since implementing JotForm into our tools.
The automation of the system and the reports available to help us track COVID reports. Being able to send daily reminders
We usually send an email reminder to the parents to fill the form daily. The limitation to five emails has forced me to work around the system creating 3 groups and I will have to duplicate the form if we have more students.
I have a report available for the state at any time for registration. I am also looking at the statistics that we can collect from our registration forms for grantswriting.
I like that I can add formulas without much effort and customize the output to meet my data needs
The formulas are a little limited; I have to select from available options instead of writing my own.
When customers sign up for reminders, I am using tables to tell me when to send reminders.
JotForm Tables effortlessly takes the data from your form creations and converts the data into a table format. It is simple and accurate.
It is difficult to find fault with this well-crafted program. The developers thought of everything.
We are using tables for the creation and storage of client data. The form process to retrieve the data from clients and then automatically convert that data to a table is a breeze both for us and our clients.
What I like best is that I can create a form specifically tailor to my needs. Whether the solution is in a pre made widget, or through conditions I set in the settings. I can also look up very easily solutions to things that I may not know how to do.
Sometimes things that could be very simply solved require a bit more effort through conditions to make possible. Also sometime the customer service takes quite some time.
We have had multiple hybrid events this past year that requires more complex registration. JotForm has helped us with this specific need and made us aware of more capabilities it has. We also plan on using it for a future apparel order form.
Ease of use. Saves me hours of time vs google forms
I wish you could customize the link more
I am finding out lead's preferences and needs and creating a simply system to convert to clients.
Jot form makes it super easy to send payment links to customers for secure payments.
Nothing! Everything works perfectly! No problems.
JotForm has made is super easy to send payment links so our customers can enter payment information in a safe and secure environment they can trust.
The format makes it easy to view and engaging.
I have not found any issues using it to date.
Scheduling has been easier as well as combining information to one central place.
Very UI intuitive, clean design from colors to icons
there is nothing to dislike. I really like the way they build it
All the features to search and filter are very useful as I work with long lists of data
The capability of this software is vast and the price point is affordable. Also customer service through the forum has been wonderful. We are impressed with all the features and customization available for the cost.
Although the platform is user-friendly, there are so many features and so much to learn it is a little overwhelming at first.
We've taken advantage of forms for our website, then downloading and sorting the data in spreadsheets. We've also used JotForm to build some online scheduling forms which is a big help!
Seeing the data in a clean chart view and being able to make specific tabs of partial data is fantastic! We have just discovered too how to use the features of combining other form submissions into the tab views of a main form. It has improved a lot about how we were handling data before in JF, by downloading and working from spreadsheets. Now we've moved most formulations and extra fields into the original form and have multiple users working within the Tables to keep things squared away.
We still use Google integration sheets because we have an invoicing program that runs from there, so we do wish that changes made in the Table (rather than resubmitted as a full Edit) would be reflected on the sheet automatically. And I am not sure we have been able to get fields that have calculations to recalculate when we change a related field in the Table.
Now with Tables we can navigate so easily between various tabs and keep event registration organized for all our office users. And being able to make updates right in the Table to an entry has kept us on top of changes throughout the process.
I like how the table color codes the different options or answers. If you put a field in your form for signatures or upload a file, there will be a thumbnail of the image in the table for that entry.
If you create a long question in your form, that question is the header of your table. If you export to excel or csv, it is too much information. I see there is an option to rename the column, but I have tried it to see whether it will change the content in my form. If I export the table to excel, I usually short the header in excel.
My organization gathers information mostly registrations. Then sorts and filter information to give to the different chairperson.
