I like how simple it is to use and install. My background isn't technical, but I haven't yet at any point struggled with setting it up and updating it. It also has low RAM usage, so it runs without any burden on other programs. It's great at detecting malicious websites, reporting and alerts are efficient without being overly persistent and irritating, and it keeps my computer safe with basically no effort on my part.

I haven't scanned myself, but colleagues have reported that scans do run the system hard and make their laptops very hot. Otherwise, it is also quite pricy...

We use Kaspersky as our primary antivirus program and it was used in our organization to prevent our working computers from malware attacks, trojan, malware. It has also a mail encryption option which can be useful for safe communication.

For a program with such a small footprint, it really has a lot to offer. AV, content filter, WIndows updates, 3rd party patching and remote access.

No dislikes at this time, Kaspersky had a bad reputation for a breach somewhat recently that made us rethink using it, but it has proven to be a great tool.

Having one portal to manage so many components has really saved us a lot of time, in addition, being able to shadow end-point sessions makes it very easy for end-users needing support.

It was over 15 years ago that we changed from Symantec and Trend to Kaspersky, and it has not been perfect, but we could always rely on it to do well its core function, which is stopping malware.

Can't complain about much now. In the past, it was a resource hog, but I just checked my system, and it uses about 150 MB of RAM, which is relatively low nowadays for this type of app.

In the past 5 years, I believe we had a single case of malware bypassing KAV in a single workstation, it has been a reliable solution for our security concerns with the endpoints.

Security is top notch with Multi DNS and vpn, The adware blockers could be better. The long term contracts work better as we get discounts. The mobile application in work instance is a great addition

The application is very heavy and takes a lot of resources, whenever we use VPN or virtual system, it drags down the overall performance. even the installation takes time and auto run is slow
