easy to install deploy and manage with just one console previously I have to have multiple software consoles and consolidating reports was a nightmare to present to upper management

I'd love to have better support included with the product like they have in the past now priemium support is sold separately and a better user interface in the console when multiple versions are present on my deploy I have to learn every version screen to get into the console as option varies on its location from version to version the console should be standard option in the same place all the time
