It was over 15 years ago that we changed from Symantec and Trend to Kaspersky, and it has not been perfect, but we could always rely on it to do well its core function, which is stopping malware.

Kaspersky antivirus still uses virus definitions along with AI ML and behaviour analysis. It should be designed as completely without definition updates. It should be completely on AI ML and behaviour based AV/ EDR solution
