It is great to have one place to keep all of our passwords. When we have to replace an employee, you don't have to change every password. It has simplified all of our processes!

There are no downsides that I have experienced.

Keeper provides a single app for managing client sensitive documents, certificates, usernames, and passwords.

My only issue has been managing items created by other users as an admin. I should have the ability to edit all shared items.

The biggest one is client certificates that are used by multiple people.

Off-line and API capability with automation script.

Without user permission by subfolders configuration.

Folder migration and custom folder icons.

I like the simplicity of the program and also like that it delivers on all its promises. The lag between edits is virtually non-existent - when a staff member tells me they need a password - I update it to give them access and just like that it appears on the staff members search. If you looked away and looked back - you may think you overlooked it the first time. But no - Keeper is that fast.

There are a lot of categories of information that can be stored within keeper. I wish the widget searched all those categories, I believe it only searches password records. However this is an issue only about 5% of the time. I had to think long and hard - overall the program is the best investment I have made in my company in a long time.

Our passwords are now extremely secure, I love that no one in the company knows what the passwords are yet they can access all the websites they need to work. Before Keeper we would routinely ask for passwords or would have trouble accessing websites when passwords changed. All of these issues gone.

Some of the concepts are difficult for my users to understand. We end up with shared folders that I can't see to help with sharing issues.

With KeeperFill, we are able to create very complex passwords that our users don't have to remember and are never exposed to. I can change these passwords as needed and there are no complaints.

Easy to use, great customer service, really good apps across ecosystems (Mac, PC, iPhone, Android)

When a company gets Keeper and provisions seats to employees, each employee also receives a free family Keeper, which is a really great perk. The downside is that it's not intuitive how to get that separate account. For the tech-savvy user, it's a no-brainer, but for those with even somewhat less familiarity, we've had to explain it again and again. A quick one-page PDF we could hand out explaining the two accounts, one is business / one is family concept would be great. People don't seem to understand that they shouldn't put their personal passwords into the business account.

Much faster workflows for employees. Much better security for the company and its many platforms.

Keeper is very intuitive and easy to use, and has all required features:name any, and Keeper most likely has it. Administration of users is also simple. Keeper has 0 trackers unlike Dashlane, Lastpass, and many others, because why would a password manager have any at all?

I wouldn't say I dislike something. More of observations and recommendations: - Keeper is not cheap at all, and every new feature requires addiitonal investment - Account Managers are not so easy to reach and get a fast response from, that really needs improvement - Would be great if user provisioning from IdP was not only automatic, but allowed some manual involvement, so I could choose which users to provision now and which ones not instead of deleting them from the list and waiting for the automatic sync

- Password management with every single record encrypted on top of the vault encryption (the only password manager who does it) - Secure storage of files - Autofill, autosubmit features along with password reset help - Haven't faced any issues with web extension so far - No complaints from users (Mac, Windows, Linux) about the app performance - Breach Watch and Security Audit features are cool

nothing!! Keeper and Keeper products all have great margin, good spiffs with a short sale cycle. what is not to like? they even have great pre-sales and post-sales resources

protecting the companies most vulnerible security threats, their employees. Keeper is filling a gap most SMB companies do not have yet. this easy to use product is easy to install and easy to use.

The Chome plugin is a game changer, it makes using the tool quick and easy. Being able to change the settings on the extension is great because it can be quite annoying if you leave it at the default settings

Trying to get all staff to use the tool is difficult. The tech team use it well, but the rest of the team are difficult to get on board with using the tool on a day-to-day basis

It helps us solve the problem of users using bad passwords. The breachwatch feature helps us determine if any of ouor users passwords have been previously breached, which is extremely helpful

From an organisational perspective being able to administer employee accounts using the admin console has helped the adoption of the software throughout the company. It's easy to administer and the users have the confidence that they can just use the manager and not worry about the rest.

There are occasions when I've selected autofill and auto submit, yet I still have to manually prompt a website to use a particular password record. It's a little frustrating that the keeper prompts appears at every username/password field and is quite intrusive on the screen. It takes effort to close it.

Since we started our security awareness training program the one complaint from users is having to use and remember different passwords. Keeper easily fixes this. Adoption was easy and everyone that has used it so far is loving having the app. for us admin we can see the strength of the passwords and the whether they've been included in previous data breaches, so we can further educate users.

The auto-fill option can be bothersome on some websites, but keeper does allow an option to bypass that on a site-by-site basis.

Keeper ensures our staff's credentials are protected and not compromised. It makes logging into sites a breeze.

Browser plugin pop-ups are intrusive. They tend to get in the way, A LOT.

Organizational sharing of credentials is working great! I can share creds with colleagues with the perfect amount of granularity.

Keeper Password security has three features that put it over the top for me when searching for a password manager for our team. One is the ability to internally share logins for various platforms that multiple team members need to access. This is a simple feature, and many other password managers can facilitate the same thing. But Keeper pairs this with the app's ability to be the two-factor code generator for these shared logins. It is very frustrating to use a team member's cellphone to receive text 2FA codes and figure out who received the code, contact them to get the code and hopefully submit it before the code expires. Containing this functionality within Keeper makes it so easy. It also helps convince the team to use 2FA whenever possible on their private logins because of how simple Keeper makes it. Another huge selling point for me was the ability to do one-time shares of logins with non-Keeper users. We work a lot with independent contractors on our events. Often we need to give them access to different platforms for producing our events. In the past, we had to send out our full login credentials to the ICs for them to do the work we need. Now, with Keeper, we can initiate a time-restricted, one-time share link to the IC. The link expires based on what we set and they simply click the link and get logged in to the platform they need to use. The IC never sees the password information. Keeper has really helped us improve our password security stance.

I have only one minor gripe about Keeper: the frequency and size of some of the pop-up helpers. For example, when clicking into a sign-in box or password field, you get a window from Keeper that either offers to help you log in if it is a site stored in your vault or prompts to help you create a new login to store. While these, in general, are great and very useful, there are times I would rather not see them at all. Sometimes they show up for web fields that are not even related to a login. Often, when I'm working in the Microsoft 365 admin center and click in a search box to search for an active user account, these windows show up, and when they first do, it changes the cursor placement where I have to click into the search box a 2nd time. Another example really can't have anything done about it. We work in an events platform making registration sites. These registrations often deal with attendee email address and password forms. The tip windows always come up, as they should because these are typical login fields, but in this use case, I would never use Keeper so they become distracting. I think there is a way to exclude the domain of the event site platform so it would be ignored, which makes logging into the platform more difficult. Minor nuisance to be sure and the benefits of using Keeper far outweigh this for me.

Keeper solved our challenges in getting a team of 50 to securely store account passwords, enable two-factor authentication whenever possible, and securely share platform login information outside our company when necessary.

It is pretty straightforward the use of the platform, it does not require a lot of previous knowledge and the onboarding process is very good. One of the best things it that they provide a lot of onboard engineers that speak local languages, in my case it was Portuguese.

Nothing at the moment, they could just improve the Google Chrome Extension a little bit, depending on the use it can be a little annoying with all the on-screen alerts.

It is solving the unsecure way to store and share passwords and sensitive information across the company, we now have all the employees using it and the feedback is great.

I like the ability not to require a master password and allowing for the use of SSO with Multi-Factor authentication. This makes for a better UX on the platform.

Whenever I sign in to my keeper vault, after a period of inactivity, I get signed out of Keeper per our policy configuration and get logged out of Microsoft service apps. This means I need to sign back into my Microsoft services. This is poor UX, and I would like it to be fixed/improved.

Before Keeper Password Manager, our end-user base would save their passwords in insecure format (spreadsheets, notepads, sticky notes, etc.). Since we adopted Keeper, users have been storing their passwords securely while maintaining the ease of use for password management.

Keeper helps you create strong passwords, stores them for you and helps you keep up with changing passwords when a website requires it. It is also helpful to be able to share certain records between staff members.

It takes a bit of time to set up, and occasionally, the autofill option pops up when you don't want it to. However, the positives far outweigh the negatives for our organization.
