Keeper is the preferred platform for many major enterprises given its highly secure password management features that works on major web browsers and mobile devices. It features a highly secure master password keeper that’s the key for encrypting and decrypting information. The platform also has a KeeperChat function, deep-level encryption that is the strongest in its category, FIPS 140-2 validated, and offers standard multi-factor authentication. While popular among blue chip organizations, Keeper is also available on a personal scale at more affordable rates.

I like how I can use it on all of my devices.
All of the pop-ups asking for me to turn on additional services that cost more. I am unable to turn on the touch - I had it for awhile and then, it upgraded. I haven't been able to turn it on, again.
I can have many passwords and all can be listed.
Easy to use and restore data to a new device
The fees to us the app. Which there was a free version
I am able to use thundering passwords since I have a secure place to store t hem
Ok to store one password per item / account
As I passed to premium all the account/folders got duplicated and more and more, so that now it’s a total mess.
Password management
Clean interface, remembers where you were last when logging out / back in.
Only one hidden field per record is bad.
Password management
I like that you can feel confident that keeper protects your passwords.
The fact that the yearly subscription rate went from $9.95 to $29.95. That being said I feel like the optional functions/upgrades should be included or at least some of them. Also, multiple users in the same family should get a discount without having to merge/switch accounts. My husband & I both had keeper when it was $9.95 & want to keep our original seperate accounts & feel like we should get both for the family subscription price. Additionally, I don’t need to put it on more than one device so I shouldn’t have to pay for the ability to use it on multiple devices if I am not going to use it. I also get really IRRITATED when I am prompted on the app all the time to upgrade or remain ‘unprotected’. There should be some additional options included with the yearly subscription price.
None currently.
Easy enough to share access between users. Control access is pretty good.
Browser extensions are unstable (often get warnings it needs to be stopped). Lack of basic "versioning" of account password (very useful in an organizational setting when many people are editing entries).
Controlling access to "shared" accounts and passwords without having to expose the password. Having a "single source of truth" for users and password.
That you are able to securely store all your passwords and not lose them.
I don't think there is anything that I don't like.
The problem that we are solving is losing passwords. There are so many websites that are used amongst the 13 hotels that you need to keep track of
It has a great interface, is easy to use, and clients for IOS, OSX, and Windows are all equal in performance and usability. The ability to add custom fields as well as notes/plaintext is also a compelling feature.
Past versions supported syncing locally via ftp and/or wifi. Most recent versions have removed this functionality and now require you to use the cloud to sync your devices. While this now requires a recurring payment to enable this functionality, it's not the worst part of this new restriction. The worst part is that now if I want to sync my passwords, I'm forced to send my (albeit encrypted) password database into the cloud where I lose all control over it.
Storing unique, strong, and hard to guess passwords for a multitude of services. This removes any need or desire to write passwords down where they can be later found by others and helps promote using stronger passwords.
the password vault, but it is not obvious which logins relate to which passwords.
I find it easier to keep a secret file of my own passwords, than to rely on the Keeper to provide them when needed
none, it is difficult to benefit from this program.
The platform seems fairly solid and secure and has all the expected features, albeit presented in a confusing way. Cheapest corporate password manager I found.
They screwed up the billing, charging my personal account for our corporate account. Anyone offering a password manager should be hyper-organised so these kinds of problems are a concern. The interface and architecture is pretty confusing when you get into the nitty-gritty of sharing.
We use Keeper to track passwords in the IT department and share passwords with accounting, admin departments.
Great reputation for not having been hacked, unlike my current tool.
Unfortunately, this solution lacks intuitive categorization and will put things like secure notes, addresses, payments, bank accounts, and social security data under one big vault folder or in random misc folders making it very hard to find and navigate. While other solutions are smart enough to put things on the left side of the app menu keeper makes you hunt for your categories and data by sorting and filtering from a massive pile of data. So this product is not recommended until they upgrade their very outdated 1995 UI experience to something more intuitive and logical. I will gladly migrate over from the current solution when they do this.
password management for personal and business accounts.
Keeper is simple to use. I've actually been a customer for about 8 years. They have an easy plugin, lots of great features. It's a great product.
I have had a business subscription for 5 years now. They have started slowly changing their billing practices. They now have minimum user counts - so even though we only have two users, we are charged for 5. That's not a big deal. But, we are now being charged more than $800 of extras that we cannot opt out of - if we want to keep our simple password repository. We like the product. We don't like the shady business practices.
Keeper helps us keep our passwords and other confidential information secure. That having been said, we won't be renewing because of their deceptive billing practices.
Nothing tricky, easy to use, does not bug you with internal promotion much, price make sense
I found security holes that I reported and customer support said, they didn't replicate them. It was never fixed and I quit the app
Password management
I like the ease of use once you are logged in. Ability to switch from account to account on the interface is smooth.
Lots of bugs - have re downloaded several times and run into crashes left and right.
Ability to safely save down login information for clients. Very sensitive info, and I feel safe saving it here.
