As a non-CS and non-developer, I was ablet to create a pretty complex bot that feeds and feeds into a spreadsheet. It allowed me to create a well functioning and clear MVP for my startup with its very intuitive interface. Additionally, Customer Service is excellent! The team really works hard to solve your issues and review your questions, whether in person or through chat.
As you build on the bot and it gets more and more complex, sometimes it goes a little crazy, whether by attaching newly created blocks to other flows or connecting blocks that were not linked before. That can be very annoying since you only realize it happened once you're running and bot and something doesn't work. While Customer Service is stellar, not having support 24/7 is really complicated for those not located in Europe. I am located in Mexico and would constantly have a one-day delay in response since the team is working in UTC and would end the day when I was barely starting work on this side of the globe. While their responses were swift once they were back online, it would usually be 8 or 9 PM here which is very inconvenient.
I am building an MVP for a startup that looks to provide financial services through WhatsApp to a group of users that are not digital natives. Since these customers are familiar with WhatsApp, being able to integrate so seamlessly with this service was incredible.
The dynamic data block makes it easy to integrate existing data so that you can make a webapp of any size. Lots of ways to customize and integrate into your website.
The log function. Sometimes it isn't easy to retrieve a chat to review what happened.
I developed a shop for ventilation system filters (yes, a chatbot shop!), a customer services application, and a kind of chatbot lead generation tool. The main problem I solve is usability and personalisation.

The admin interface can feel a little clunky until you get used to all the features. What issues I have found in the past are typically resolved in one of Landbot's releases. They are constantly updating the service, making it easier for me to use with my clients.

We switched to Landbot because we needed to run custom code in the middle of the interactions with our users. The amount of customization, flexibility, and honestly freedom Landbot offers is unparalleled.
The only thing I wish Landbot did was to have more control over timing and being able to push users to specific blocks after a given amount of time.
I run a virtual trivia game show that needs to compare two strings for similarities 26 times over the span of an hour. Landbot is the only platform I have found that can accept open-answers, run a JavaScript function using them, then output the results to various outside platforms. It's superb the way I can implement it.
Shallow learning curve thanks to user friendly approach. I've been using it for years but quickly got another team member up to speed to start building their own bots.
Some of the reporting suites aren't detailed enough. Reporting has made leaps and bounds forward in recent years and the gaps I'm finding usually come as a result of complex bot builds - not simple ones.
