"Integromat links my apps together"
What do you like best about Make?

I can link various different apps together. The interface is more intuitive / visual than zapier, and the cost is less.

What do you dislike about Make?

I've had one time in a few years where they ran out of API quota with infusionsoft, but it was fixed within about 24 hours.

"Super flexible, easy to learn integration tool"
What do you like best about Make?

I love that anyone without a strong tech background can use Make and set up their own integrations. There is a huge Make community and lots of resources available to figure out all the possibiltiies and get support for any anomalies. It's quick to pick up and reasonably priced. Definitely highly recommended for startups and MVP creation.

What do you dislike about Make?

Make used to be a lot more affordable since we were on the legacy plan. However, as our business scaled and Integromat rebranded as Make - we have definitely noticed a difference in cost.

What problems is Make solving and how is that benefiting you?

It helps our business create MVPs really quickly. We are an ecommerce company and we use Make to push our inventory to the site daily. We also use it in operations to power our dashboards.

"Excellent No-Code for Integrations"
What do you like best about Make?

1. Easy to build and automate workflows 2. No to minimum learning curve 3. Very user-friendly UI, which makes the entire automation process quite fast 4. Very affordable unlike other tools in market 5. Provides multiple integrated tool options

What do you dislike about Make?

Nothing as such as of now. The cost in which they have provided their solution, one cant ask for anything else. It is perfect.

What problems is Make solving and how is that benefiting you?

1. Seamlessly connecting our software with different platforms in jiffy. 2. It has reduced our effort and cost in doing different integration in a big way.

"Great automation platform!"
What do you like best about Make?

I love that Make is simple to use and very cost-effective!

What do you dislike about Make?

Some of the tools that I use aren't supported apps within Make, but their ability to make HTTP requests allows me to work around that.

What problems is Make solving and how is that benefiting you?

Automating workflows at our company. It helps us to create these automation quickly and without the need to use development resources.

"Best Integration Service fair pricing"
What do you like best about Make?

Make manages to create an intimate and simple environment for simple but also complex integrations of any kind with its user interface.

What do you dislike about Make?

The only thing that I personally find negative is that you have to be careful with the execution of the actions because you can otherwise exceed your limits quite quickly depending on the plan. What would be a perfect example here: a Shopify store with 2000 articles, where Make should update the 2000 articles every hour. Unfortunately, this is not possible because each article counts as an operation and the workflow cannot be mapped by Make (in terms of costs).

What problems is Make solving and how is that benefiting you?

Make makes it very easy for me to link external APIs with larger providers and in our case manages to 100% automate a completely manual process through simple 4 steps.

"Make -- Makes It Happen"
What do you like best about Make?

The graphic interface makes it very easy to visually see what you are building and what steps are happening next. I love the flexibility of being able to copy/paste action steps from one scenario to another and/or create a multi-part split that isn't capped at only 3 options. Also the ability to start the scenario at some point in the past makes the scenarios extremely useful.

What do you dislike about Make?

They keep promising the ability to split a scenario and then rejoin at some point in the future ... which would be awesome, as many times you have one small part that needs some bifurcation, but the rest of the scenario can run the same. If they had that, I think it may be perfect.

What problems is Make solving and how is that benefiting you?

Connecting SaaS systems in the past used to require you to be a full-on coder. Now, with low-code/no-code systems, you can start to connect your data more seamlessly without a degree. I love that we can help streamline people's operations and save them tons of time in their business with a tool that is fairly straightforward to use and doesn't cost a fortune.

"Couldn't Perform Without Integromat"
What do you like best about Make?

I've been an Integromat user for 3 years now and will be for life. I like that Integromat offers out of the box integrations with open source software such as Vtiger. In fact, it is the only api software (at this time) that works seamlessly with community editions of Vtiger, SuiteCRM, and a handful of others. This allows our company to scale and perform operations for our clients. The community behind this company is amazing, and the support is very responsive.

What do you dislike about Make?

I can't think of anything I dislike. Everytime I have had a concern support fixes the issue and even went out of their way to help me connect to some software.

What problems is Make solving and how is that benefiting you?

Integromat allows us to skip long api development times completely and the price points make the ROI easy to earn.
