A simple, intuitive tool to manage your cloud services. Thanks to this service, I'm only limited by my imagination.
I miss some services that are not connected in to integromat yet... I hope they will add those in the future :)
We have significantly increased the information flow in our company. This allows us to react faster and increase our efficiency.
Flexibility, integrations, and excellent pricing.
Need more help with some of the advanced features.
Automating my lead generation and sale pipeline.
I've been using Integromat for more than a year and it has been very useful for our company, Messina Group. I've enjoyed the advanced data manipulation tools that are built in to integromat, as well as their generous pricing. As a past Zapier user, I can confidently say that Integromat is 10x better.
I would say that it is missing a copy & paste functionality, however, they JUST added it! The only think I wish was added is custum fields for Wordpress.
Proccess Automation and Data Syncing
easy to make complex automations in minimal time.
nothing to dislike about. A great tool with lots of features coming every week.
manual operations
We love how Integromat is compatible with almost everything on the internet. Often times we find ourselves saying I wish "x" could interact with "y" and more often than not, Integromat has an answer. I will also say that their UI is next level and they are constantly developing it, such as the copy-paste feature.
Integromat's support articles can be a little vague and hard to decipher. Further, I wish there were more concrete timelines for new features.
Our usage of Integromat is mainly for data processing and aggregating.
Ability to have multiple environments and to backup code assets.
Not much to dislike; it still needs some additional features like global variables; but those are on their roadmap.
Data movement between various cloud platforms
I used a few other automation tools before finding Integromat, and it was game over once I found it. Integromat is easy to use with a variety to third party platforms and apps, and their interface makes building automation fast and easy.
There's not an integration with Microsoft BI.
Creating automated tools with a variety of platforms and apps, and doing it without having to hire a developer to write code to connect to different APIs. Some things that would have costed thousands of dollars and lots of time can be done as part of the plan we're already paying for in just minutes or hours.
Integromat is one of those rare pieces of SAAS that is getting smarter at a rate far faster than its competitors. The language has been simple to learn as a "non coder" and have continued to bring me more and more confidence. You can begin by automating simple things via templates and then advance your skills by reading articles or guides. I have also enjoyed the increase in tools that make sense (like search functionality in the API connections, I never thought to ask for it but Integromat delivered and made life even more simple. I am a huge fan!
Sometimes the validation messages can be a little vague. However, these seem to be improving as you go. It is also not easy to teach someone how to use the system. They really need to experience it by using it. If Integromat were to create some tutorials that involve building things then I suspect that would be a MASSIVE step forward.
Automation flow, Reducing "dumb" tasks and data entry. Building functions to reduce fraud. The sky is the limit and we keep building smarter tools as we go. When you experience what can be done it gets your mind thinking about where to next. Just start, you won't regret it.
The amount of customization you can setup between integrations
Nothing to dislike for me, i like everything
Connecting different companies API's - mainly an online ordering system with an instore POS. Also so many other things like a loyalty system database with automated emailing to customers. I also use it for triggering lots of other parts of different API's like requesting report data from my POS and receiving it via whatsapp
Integromat has allowed us to automate some giant portions of our business for far cheaper than Zapier. Most people probably start with Zapier, and then when things get too complex, they move over to a product like Integromat. For us, we've been able to automate connections to Drip, MailChimp, Mixpanel, Google Sheets. We have over 50 active scenarios.
The only thing I wish was better was the ability to define retry logic for scenarios when they die. For example, sometimes the best thing to do is to just wait 10 minutes and retry again if a certain error is encountered.
We were trying to connect a bunch of our marketing and analytics systems without code.
Integromat takes automation to the next level by integrating with an amazing amount of services (with more being added all the time) and they do each integration well, not just to add a name to the list of integrations.
While the service integrates with an abundant amount of services, they are missing a few obvious ones like Ebay.
We're able to integrate internal infrastructure with external services that was previously not possible. This gives us an edge with competition!
Integromat provides looping logic, the widest variety of service integrations I've seen, and is easy to understand even with complex scenarios. It contains features that make creating scenarios easy in contrast to many integration services. The documentation Integromat provides to users includes a wide variety of nuances in the APIs it supports and clearly shows Integromat is experienced in how those APIs work.
Integromat scenario testing can be difficult since the cost is identical to running the scenario live. It can be difficult to work with some of the in-text functions. The documentation is lighter here and needs better examples.
Integromat, through webhooks and instant events, is bringing data about tasks and meetings in front of developers when they need it. Integromat helps us keep notes about meetings through Google Calendar and ClickUp integrations. It also assists us in bringing meetings into our project management software to see our meeting capacity in relation to other development tasks.
We use both Zapier and Integromat and if we could switch everything over to one service it would be Integromat. The canvas to create workflows is amazing. We love the ability to update to modify any of the workflows without having to start over like zapier. The queue for when workflows go wrong is amazing. We can pick up where we left off very easily and remove offending tasks without losing any tasks that followed after the error.
Wish there were better access to custom fields in WooCommerce and Trello
Integromat helps us connect our HubSpot, Trello and WooCommerce applications together. It's easier to manage than Zapier and saves us tons of money on hiring developers.
Integromat lets me connect completely different products and services and create workflows as if they are built to work together. For example, when I receive order in PrestaShop, Integromat can automatically recreate the order in my order ERP system built with Podio. Or when I publish a new product on my PrestaShop online store, Integromat lets me automatically create a blog post about it in WordPress, publish it on Facebook and then publish it on Instagram. With Integromat, I can also integrate Podio and SendInBlue so I can send emails on different events in Podio, like when a user subscribes, and send them an email thru SendInBlue and also track the email events, like open, view, click - directly in Podio. The phone integration is also awesome - you can log all your calls and messages in another system bor backup or just for easier reference. The workflow builder in Integromat is amazingly flexible and provides excellent flexibility. You don't need to have an IT degree to use it to its best. You can create branches, loops, and all kinds of workflows. I started Integromat as a free user but then gradually upgraded my plan because the more I use it, the more valuable ways to use it I find. The integrations in Integromat save me a lot of time, which saves me money!
Sometimes I can't find an integration for a specific service.
Integromat lets me integrate completely separate services I am using on a daily basis and automates my work. This saves me a lot of time and prevents me from forgetting or delaying a task - it just does it automatically on the fly.
The support is stellar and there's a really useful and supportive Facebook user group. There's an extensive range of APIs and integrations. There's a wish list for future improvements, APIs and integrations. The interface is visual and intuitive. There's a clear pricing structure that's highly competitive compared to similar alternative products. You can set up instant email alerts for any kind of issue or error with a scenario.
Sometimes the third party APIs are slow to update their integrations - such as Pinterest - but that's no discredit to Integromat. There is a steep learning curve to begin with.
Solved all our internal calendaring issues. Streamlined email filtering. Gained 10 hours+ back per week through efficiencies generated by using Integromat.
Support, lots of features and affordable price
Integromat is better than any similar software we've been working with - the only downside is that support docs sometimes don't cover every feature
Integromat helps us to connect our systems to database and automatize workflow.
Customer Support, they are by far the best team ive ever had. they help with EVERYTHING, even create a flow from 0.
i really got nothing that i dislike about it.
connecting all my apps together
functionality, particularly with older file types like txt, csv and using ftp. Also love their support.
can be tricky sometimes to get a scenario correct if you are not a developer/programmer.
we've been able to import customer data from csv to shopify including metafields that we have not been able to do with other apps. we can also export orders in a required layout as a csv to our ERP via ftp. we also feed our suppliers social media posts to our own local social media pages without human intervention.
Knowing that there really is somebody there to help and respond to us. The pricing is also very good.
Nothing to dislike about this company and service.
Integration with Cognito Forms (also very good)
The ability to create scenarios and test them on the fly with just a few minutes.
there isn't an option to simplify thing using a "built-in" Python code
automate things over Zendesk and Jira process + paying attention to important emails and sent them on a Slack channel
