"Fantastic service, much better than Zappier"
What do you like best about Make?

I've used Integromat for the past 2 years on everything from small automation to large-scale SaaS operations. Their team is fantastic, and the service keeps improving all the time. There's almost nothing I haven't been able to build there.

What do you dislike about Make?

I wish billing options on packages beyond the regular ones were a bit more clear.

What problems is Make solving and how is that benefiting you?

I've been able to automate cold email systems, create automatic social media posting bots on my SaaS business, and much more.

"Integromat is a powerful integration tool that has helped me automate my workflows!"
What do you like best about Make?

What I like most is the versatility that Integromat offers. In addition to having specific tools for data processing, Integromat provides a range of applications ready to be used.

What do you dislike about Make?

The learning curve is a little slow in the first week of use, but then it increases significantly

What problems is Make solving and how is that benefiting you?

I managed to solve a problem in lead capture. Through Integromat, I was able to integrate email marketing with CRM and many other apps available. This led to a reduction in lead losses, a much faster lead handling process, and after the integration, manual lead creation processes were automated.

"Do you want time back in your life use Integromat"
What do you like best about Make?

Easy to set up and get up and running. I love how easy it is to start building some automation in my life.

What do you dislike about Make?

I wish there were more documentation on how to use some of the connectors. Also would like better error handling.

What problems is Make solving and how is that benefiting you?

I am solving the problem of doing repetitive tasks when I should be able to do it once, and it goes to other platforms and posts for me.

"An amazing tool at an even better cost."
What do you like best about Make?

We work in healthcare and as such we require our tools to be supported and hosted within the EU, as such, we went through a number of competitors and alternatives but everyone else had a negative. Some charged massive amounts, others didn't have the functionality to features, others were simply far too complex to the point I'd rather just write my own API scripts myself. Integromat was the best of all works and on top of that priced very well. On top of this the level of support is fantastic and one of the biggest unexpected positives I've run into. If I ran into problems, issues, or anything unexpected it's simple to contact support and I get a response normally on the same day. They support and help a wide range of items as well as constantly building and adding in new tool support.

What do you dislike about Make?

I wish they supported a few more apps and the tools they don't support but have API options, I wish there was better generic support but I know they're working on expanding.

What problems is Make solving and how is that benefiting you?

Automate, automated and automation. It solves the work of automating simplistic but extremely repetitive tasks. We have this tool working cross tools such as our ITSM tool and IM tools while working with a bunch of others from data reporting, monitoring and making changes as we need.

"Very Powerfull and felxible automation tool"
What do you like best about Make?

Integromat is exceptionally versatile and has a vast app connectors database. It's easy to use while staying powerful and personalizable. I've been able to simplify processes and save a lot of time in the company.

What do you dislike about Make?

Creating automation takes a lot of testing, and these operations are being charged o the monthly allowance. Webhooks arent available always.

What problems is Make solving and how is that benefiting you?

Internal processes. Marketing, messaging automation, status updates, orders processing. We've been reducing the amount of time required to process orders and decreasing humans errors.

"Integromat right tool for you"
What do you like best about Make?

It has a good amount of connectors to help with the automation between tools.

What do you dislike about Make?

I wish there were more information and training on how to use the tool. Also, a better way to handle errors when they come up.

What problems is Make solving and how is that benefiting you?

I'm automating my life, so I have more time to do other things. For example, when I post a new article on my website, it will then push that article to my social media sites, so I don't have to do it every time manually.

"Amazing Support"
What do you like best about Make?

Integromat is a powerful, cost-effective integration tool with great support. We recently struggled to set up a calendar automation and Aksah Paul (a support engineer) went above and beyond to help solve our issue. We jumped on a call and had it working within 30 minutes.

What do you dislike about Make?

Power often comes with complexity. Integromat is the most cost-effective integration tool that I've used. But there's no free lunch. You will have to learn to use it.

What problems is Make solving and how is that benefiting you?

Saving time and less context switching.

"Zapier on Steroids"
What do you like best about Make?

Discovering Integromat was a game-changer after spending some time using Zapier. Zapier is a great automation tool for those with no coding experience that want to quickly automate common tasks. Integromat on the other hand opens up much more possibilities for those who are familiar with basic coding and need a more niche automation that Zapier doesn't offer. Integromat allows for creating more custom-tailored solutions for a particular use case, all the while having a feel of piecing together lego blocks. Integromat takes care of 90%+ of the tedious and time-consuming pieces that would arise by building a particular solution from scratch. The platform is truly a delight to use both in terms of look and feel and the process of creating an automation/scenario. Being able to see the data as it travels through each stage is a nice touch and incredibly helpful for debugging.

What do you dislike about Make?

So far there isn't really much to complain about. One minor annoyance is the lack of the ability to resend incoming data to a webhook when testing. For e-commerce, for example, one has to keep placing test orders for the webhook to pick up new data. It would be super helpful to be able to resend the last message in the queue when setting up a scenario. As a huge bonus, it would be awesome to see some of the integrations that IFTTT offers, like Alexa, Google Assistant, or Wyze for example, but it seems that these APIs are locked down to IFTTT specifically, as no other automation platform offers them either.

What problems is Make solving and how is that benefiting you?

Automating a number of different tasks that would otherwise be tedious to do manually. Things ranging from connecting Instagram to sliders on a website to mailing lists, CRM integrations with e-commerce, git repositories with project management platforms, and anything else that removes the need for clients to carry out repetitive tasks manually.
