The ability to integrate what Zapier is unable to do. I'm able to integrate 2 different software so that they can speak to each other according to my specific business processes It saves time by bringing your entire business to one screen
I don't dislike anything bout Make. It made my business better
I'm saving a lot of time and money for my business
The integration with all the tools that we need and use.
As a programmer, I'd prefer to do it through code, it would be faster and more versatile to use, for example, a serverless Python script.
We use Make to connect our sales with license delivery, so we don't have to do it manually. We also connect JotForms with Jira and other services that allow us to track bugs faster and get good integration with our customer service.
This is a very good product. You have almost endless possibilities and excellent support.
Since it has many options, it is a bit complicated to use. However, the support is so good that this almost does not matter :)
Automatic conversion of PowerPoint files to PDFs. When PowerPoint files are updated, this is automatically converted into PDF and the old PDF is updated.
That the possibilities are virtually endless. I know nothing of coding, but the community helps you out so much, I was able to parse an email, and since then, I want to learn more and more!
How imposing and completely useless you feel when you first start playing with it. It just adds to the satisfaction once you complete an integration.
We work with a CRM that is very closed up and doesn't like working much with other systems. NO open API. We need to communicate with our tenant, and at the time when we started using integromat, the communication tool that CRM had was sub-par. Integromat helped us communicate better. Now I try to use it for everything. Automated email responses, automated application processing. It is just a dream, and I guarantee we are only at 5% because I am not great at coding, and I also have other things to do than figure out how this all works like a pro. I highly recommend taking the Integromasters Course too.
Once the scenario is setup, you don't have to think about it any more and everything just auto-magically works.
Sometimes building the scenarios is challenging to figure out.
We use Integromat to move tasks through our workflow. The automations reduce our developments team's time in performing repetitive tasks.
Lots of integrated applications. Easy to use GUI, drag and drop interface, a bit of coding can be used to make more advanced rules etc which can be very easily picked up. Very reasonably priced too!
The dashboard interface can be improved slightly. The navigation around scenarios (especially if you have many) can be a bit confusing and require several clicks to find the right tone.
Integrating many different applications like sheets, forms, websites, Facebook/IG and so on. It has helped to automate many tasks and more them more efficiently executed. All at a very decent price!
Caz I can create any automation scenarios for business.
Connection errors sometimes happens with QBO.
Minimize handle-input errors.
Unbelievable value and versatility. Strongly recommend.
UX is average, but overall is good. There could be more ed materials
It is a core IT system for me and my clients. I am integrating different platforms with this tool.
Integromat it's all that I need to simplify my work; it can allow connecting a lot of different platforms to automate all you want
Sometimes I can't do all that i want because not all tools that I use have integration with integromat
I optimize all my workflow and growth my business consistently
What I like about Integromat is the ease of use to set up the connection between software. I looked into other options (I don't recall now who they were) but found Integromat to be the simplest and best price for our business.
There isn't much to not like. I know I don't use Integromat to its fullest capabilities, but it does what I need it to do. I have the script to run every five minutes, and a few times a week I'll get an error message saying that Integromat couldn't complete its request. I'm guessing this is just a hiccup somewhere. It's usually off business hours though, so it never really affects me or my process.
I was looking for a way to get information from Salesforce into ClickUp. Using Integromat made this a reality for me. We use Salesforce for many things, one of those being Cases for our development team. We use ClickUp though for task tracking, project management, and time management. It was important for us to have the case information in ClickUp as well as Salesforce. Using Integromat allows for this connectivity which makes my job easier.
