Knowing that there really is somebody there to help and respond to us. The pricing is also very good.
Nothing to dislike about this company and service.
Integration with Cognito Forms (also very good)
Full API connection, easy usage, great opportunity
No Coding, no converger, less apps and more unknown compared to Zapier
Amazing solutions
The fact it easily connects to any API. The fact you get support from the first second (even before becoming a paying customer). The fact there is a great facebook group which also gives support.
The only dislike is documentation. It can be much better and with better examples.
Integromat is actually the base for our marketing and sales processes. It helps us with distributing our content as well as outreach in so many ways. We collect business intelligence through it and actually all major decision in the company today are result of feedback we got from customers whom we approached through integromat
The ability to create scenarios and test them on the fly with just a few minutes.
there isn't an option to simplify thing using a "built-in" Python code
automate things over Zendesk and Jira process + paying attention to important emails and sent them on a Slack channel
The graphic layout reminds me of Max, and since I don't really know how to code I love being able to build something in a visual language like this.
Ehh, not much, but some of the action descriptions are confusing. The one consistently annoying thing is if you add a router to a flow with a filter, the filter will always default to the left of the router when I almost always want it to go to the right of the router. I don't know if there's a way to change it without rebuilding the filter (easy).
We release educational content 365 days a year with a very consistent production workflow and this opens up endless endless possibilities for managing this within monday.com
I like the user interface and easy to use to integrate almost all of applications my clients need to use. A huge variety of using, a lot of settings, triggers, working with numbers and string and much more ... this is amazing! Integromat is suitable even as for beginners and basic usage as for solutions in enterprise environment.
Sometimes I get an error with no detailed explanation (maybe it is not the integromat's problem but the application's I try to integrate...), there are a couple of parameters missing in one or two applications I want to use to integrate. But, in any case I have not found the kind of problem I have not been able to solve it, so far.
Optimizing processes, integration more systems/applications together, data exchanging. I can save my client's time (= money) because of automation running in Integromat.
Easy to learn, very powerful, great community
Still waiting for Integromat 2.0 release
We're using tons of 3rd party apps (mostly SaaS based), Integromat really helped us make an order in them
Its hard to describe what is actually the best. The biggest "value added" is intuitive UI which helps a lot in making automated scenarios.. so a total newbie can make himself some valuable automation without a knowledge of any code. In that I see the future and Integromat opened my eyes and made my life easier
I dont realy dislike anything. Maybe there could be more user friendly manual on custom https requests or Oauth2 but is so advanced anyway that most non-coding users will struggle with it anyways. Some manuals are even missing on some modules but thats quite ok because the system is intuitive so its not that big deal
Right now its my job to automate workflows etc for our clients. But when I was a sales man and my friend showed me integromat I have solved my post-aquisition workflow so it reduced my workflow from 40 minutes to 2 minutes which was amazing. That day I saw a huge potential that this platform can bring to ordinary ppl in their job routines
Quick and easy visual setup of complex automation tasks.
Documentation sometimes lags of information.
I'm using integromat for almost anything in my business. It allows me to automate a very high percentage of my tasks and helps me to build backend integrations without any coding knowledge. I learned how to work with any kind of API and can make use of it through integromat. There are still tons of things I didn't explore yet but that are very useful like discovering new integromat functions and their usage all the time.
Ease of use, very user friendly. Worked great with any platform I tried to connect and integrate with. Super innovative product and huge ecosystem which covers most of the popular solutions in the world. Also, the team is just awesome and assists with any questions.
Nothing much.. The solution is great and we found everything we needed and more.
We automate everything I find myself doing more than once. For example, we are running many internal processes of updating data in our databases, based on data from other platforms.
