TEST IT YOURSELF FIRST AND YOU WILL CONCLUDE THATTHERE ARE MANY REPETITIONS AND NO OPTION WHEN YOU DONT USE THE FEATURE> KEEP IT LIMITED TO GET USEFUL INFORMATION We enjoy the perputual inventory management capabilities in conjuction with the integration of the finacial record keeping from XERO. Furthermore together with our external consultant and the by MRP provided consultant we had a great experience during the implementation.

The functionality related labour time on our manufacturing orders.However the support we received was or is great.

The main issues solved in our accounting are: * perpetual inventory management instead of periodic system so solving our figures for inventory and Cost of Goods Sold * having the functionality of Work in Progress * matching of Revenues and Cost of Goods Sold * Profitability per Project (manufacturing Order) * Labour efficiency

Simple to use ERP system, it just works.

The remote assistance - sometimes you do just need to jump on a call and discuss but overall it is not a problem.

It is simple to use and that lends itself to easy implementation. It works for our inhouse manufacturing and outsourced (3rd party manufacturing) too.

MRPEasy is so intuitive to use and provides advanced functionality equivaelnt to many top-end MRP systems. If you are a seasoned manufacturing person, there is little functionaiity missing and everything is where you expect to find it. The on-line help is excellent and technical support team are very responsive. The time for new users to learn MRPEasy is very short and the team have found their jobs to be much easier now that MRPEasy is in place.

A bit more customisation in reports will be helpful, especially making more fields available to include in the various reports.

Solved our inventory management issues, bill of materilas and manufacturing work orders. The quality control / inspection has provided an excellent way to perform QC. Purchase orders and vendor management are far better implmented than what we had before using an accounting system alone.

Simple web based interface which can be populated with imported data quickly without needing a high level of IT expertise. Excellent customer support and integration into our new accounting package

Using MRP easy the procurement process, the inventory management and the material planning are more straightforward than using multiple excel sheets.

The implementation was easy as an iser guide is provided by the company. The modules are properly stated in the guide and the help bar in every page helps the user to navigate and understand the system thoroughly.

Sometimes, we need to make changes as per our requirements. Coustmaization becomes difficult with the message support only. We do not get any instant cuatomer service from the company.

It is a very useful software for small scale business manufacturers, user-friendly interface, it's affordable, and provides many such distinguished features like drag and drop schedulers for resource allocation, CRM feature for all customer related information and other such useful features.

Though it a very usable software, it lacks a few small features which can be added to enhance its users experience like making rectification in the past activities, providing separate number list for credit notes, sending emails to all the involved people for approvals.

Using this software, the procurement process, the CRM management, inventory management has become efficient and the speed is also increased saving a lot of time.

Production planning, inventory, supply chain management. I appreciate CRM and mobile access. Price and cost calculation i one of the things. It has more functions than others.

In MRPeasy you can only calculate normal activities only, also you cannot change any past activities like changing activities in inventory etc.and you cannot calculate errors.

You can easily used for production planning, you have to feed data step by step also you can easily calculate when your order is ready and at the end you can export its report.

With the help of this we easily create our models and structure. When we use this it is very easy to change our language by only one click. It also upgrade our function.

In starting periods this software runs and work very quickly and efficiently. After some time it will give problem in running and other things. In complicate area it is not perfect.

In starting to create some thing very much time is required. But after use of this we reduce our time and quality. Client understand things very quickly and easily.

It was an easy transition, the Team really liked the changes we made.

Saving time as a Team. It helps us stay organized and allows us to spend more time on other projects.

I like how accurate the information was when showing current inventory.

Some of the navigation screens aren't straightforward. There were some screens that had too many sub menus to navigate through and there were no shortcut options.

It helped solve inaccuracies of our inventory. When switching over to MRPeasy, we were able to see realtime inventory.

Easy to keep our structure controlled, we organize our warehouse all-in-one with the software. The basic functions are allowing us to keep the overview in the dashboard. Production will be controlled thanks to the software and a stock planning is so possible.

The self-service panel gives the permission to every user to change and cancel documents, it would be better to can set different user and employee rules.

Organize of the production, stock control and customers care and shipping process control. Also the general order management will be controlled and we are testing the invoice and billing possibilities.

The cost control of the purchases is perfectly organized, we have a dashboard with several functions to see the ongoing business activities. The cloud based connection works perfectly, now we can enter into the system also outside the office and have a perfect access to the data.

The shipping procedure can be tracked just in limited accounts, we don't have access to the full options from a mobile device. The stock movement needs a refresh, it doesn't do this automatically.

Perfect control of the sales, inventory check, contact to costumers and cost control. Stock lots are possible to control in the report list, several stock settings are helping to be up-to-date.

MRPEasy is affordable and easy to configure. There is a fast and easy self-service signup that allows easy evaluation compared to nearly every other MRP. Since MRPEasy is a web app, it can work with nearly any system or device that your company uses.

As a manufacturer of raw materials into goods, MRPEasy lacked what we needed. We have to send parts out for some outsourced work, and when I spoke to my MRPEasy account manager about how we can track that process/cost in their system I was told that was not a feature yet. For those manufacturing from raw materials, I think that your operation is too big for MRPEasy.

MRPeasy provides inventory tracking, warehouse management, order management, and accurate costing. This is great for small businesses that are selling online and is a huge step-up form manually tracking inventory.

Simple to use, easily track each of our costs to individual products. Contains all the services a small manufacturer needs.

That I didn't have this tool before! I don't find any part of the experience to be missing or unpolished. I just wished I had used it prior to this year.

We are solving documenting and tracking issues. It saves us time, which is of course money reinvested in the company, making us more agile.
