With Optimonk you have a lot of opportunities to create different kinds of Pop-Ups. What I especially like are the gamification variants. Here I used e.g. the Lucky Wheel for the first time and it worked great together with the connection to Emarsys.

I'd be happy if we could also use individual codes for the Lucky Wheel. For now you can only use fixed codes and here we had the risk that customers share the code. This would be a very big problem if we want to give a bigger price. For this reason we can use the Wheel just in a limited way and not so often.

Optimonk helped me with the setting and also come up with new strategy ideas.

My team can quickly create exit-intent pop-ups using this tool. There are pre-built templates to use, and it's easy to implement. Its's been 6 months I'm using it.

At this point, I don't think I found anything that I dislike. Though the pricing could be an issue for startups if they are tight on budget so there could be some year end offers.

We're currently using it to convert website visitors and show essential announcements using the pop-up tool. Apart from that, we're planning to use more features in the next year.

I like the best that Optimonk gives you what it offers you. No hidden fees or anything like that. It helps bring traffic, and they have good sales when you can subscribe to one of their packages at a reasonable price.

Huge range of templates and options for integrations. Online training opportunities for free. Fair pricing. Customer service: friendly, quick, competent and the technical explanations are easy to understand even for beginners.

Templates can be a bit tricky sometimes if you would like to customize every little detail. The mobile version is sometimes not so handy. There could be more options for pricing - for instance between Gold and Platinum. However, you can always negotiate with the sales representative to find the optimal solution for both sides.

Reduction of cart abandonment. Customized offers for different target audiences in a less disturbing way. Publishing important information in unexpected or crisis situations.

Support is very quick to respond and always very friendly. Tool itself is very userfriendly.

Sometimes the font adjusts itself a few times, which is a bit unhandy.
