I have used Optimonk for clients across the industries, such as B2B SaaS, E-commerce, etc to improve the conversion rate. I've promoted many white papers, ebooks, and offers, and have seen a significant increase in the leads.
Besides the very supportive customer support I find this app very useful for marketing strategies.
I did not find anything to dislike so far.
It is benefiting me in partial marketing strategy currently. But I already see potential in this app for long use in many other different aspects.
A sokszínűségét szeretem. A kampányokat a legkülönbözőbb helyzetekben is tudom használni. Komoly rendszer, én mégis úgy élvezem "összedobálni" a kampányokat, mint egy kisgyerek a cukorkaboltban :))))) ....mondjuk ehhez nagy segítséget jelentek a hírlevelekben kapott tippek is.
Már pár éve is használtam egy rövid ideig az Optimonkot, de túl bonyolultnak találtam. Most még összetettebb és profibb a rendszer, már szinte bármilyen kampányt meg lehet valósítani, MÉGIS könnyű a használata. Nagyon logikusan van felépítve és a support, na az egyszerűen fenomenális!

The customer service was super helpful. When I had a question they immediately asked questions in order to be able to solve it.

I went through a disaster with a previous lead capture software that failed (even after many tests) during my campaign. It took a lot of research to find something that can integrate with WIX and Mailchimp. I found OptinMonk and right from the beginning I was blown away. The customer service is incredible, even prior to purchase, guide me through every step of the way. I felt I got personal concierge service to find the feature that I needed and got a step-by-step instruction. This tool works for WIX, which not many software out there serve Wix. I am so happy that I found OptinMonk.

Not all the platform functions were really obvious to me, but once I understood them, it worked perfectly.

Besides the ease of setting up campaigns, I LOVE the support team. They are very knowledgeable and respond very quickly.

Its a great tool to publish popups, offers on your webpage and attract visitors.
With Optimonk you have a lot of opportunities to create different kinds of Pop-Ups. What I especially like are the gamification variants. Here I used e.g. the Lucky Wheel for the first time and it worked great together with the connection to Emarsys.
I'd be happy if we could also use individual codes for the Lucky Wheel. For now you can only use fixed codes and here we had the risk that customers share the code. This would be a very big problem if we want to give a bigger price. For this reason we can use the Wheel just in a limited way and not so often.
Optimonk helped me with the setting and also come up with new strategy ideas.

Eszter sokadik alkalommal segít megoldani valamilyen felmerülő problémámat. Laikus számára is érthetően és könnyen követhetően magyarázza el a lépéseket. :)
Nem volt ilyen. Mindig gyorsan választ kaptam a kérdésemre.
Nem tudtam elkészíteni egy pop-upot és ebben kaptam segítséget.
Rengeteg design és popupfajta van. Több webshopot is lehet használni. Nagyon sk feliratkozót sikerült szereznünk amióta használjuk. Nem zavaró a vásárlók számára.
UNAS kapcsolat nincs kiépítve így a feliratkozókat manuálisan kell átmásolnom. A termékajánlót sem lehet úgy beállítani mint Shoprenter esetén. Jó lenne UNAS integráció!
Az oldalon tartja az érdeklődőket és eljuttatja nekik az információkat amit szeretnék, így növeli a konverziót. Kuponkódokat segít megjegyezni a vásárláshoz. Könnyen kezelhető a felület.
Az ügyfélszolgálat nagyon gyorsan reagált, már az első üzenetemre is. Profi módon segítettek a kérdéseimben, sőt, végigvezettek a folyamatokon, és javasoltak olyan dolgot is, amit kezdőként nem is tudtam, hogy fontos lehet és hogy ilyet is be lehet állítani. Köszönöm.
