Paychex application makes adding new employees, making changes and processing payroll a breeze. They offer competitive pricing and their customer service has been responsive and helpful anytime we've reached out to them.

It would be helpful if we received an email notification payroll reminder two days prior to payroll to avoid expedited payroll fees.

We no longer have to calculate our own reports or calculate time off. We also benefit from Paychex assisting with 403b deductions.

Since I used Paychex Flex, i feel easy to use.

I really don't like the set up new user profile from Paychex Flex. It's too many steps.

I can call their support staff with a huge problem or a small question and receive the same courtesy and very professional assistance every single time.

I don't feel like there is anything to dislike. Price is fair. Service is great

Employee access. Reports that meet our small organization's needs. Cost is incredibly reasonable for what we have access to. This is the best decision we ever made as a small non-profit and I tell everyone that this decision allows me to sleep better at night..

They excel in all areas: Responsive customer support, easy to use on-line portal, good value for what you get, and they are very proactive in reacting to emerging payroll related issues, etc.

Biggest single benefit to me, as the person who deals with company finances, is how they take care of all the tax requirements and I never have to worry about if I made a mistake or forget to send in something by various governmental deadlines.
