ease of use: I was implementing the Pipedrive system for a client, and it was very easy.
Some functionality is only available in tiers that are not actually suitable for you

The best feature is the simplicity right "out of the box" and overall customizability of the platform. It's ability to interface so many different platforms to make the whole pipeline matriculation process is handled with incredible ease. Customer service is responsive and is handled primarily through email, but Pipedrive is very accommodating and willing to create a deal that will truly present value.
The only critique I really have is that you cannot remove default fields that are prebuilt into a profile. Some are not useful to our overarching purposes and really can be overlooked, but if that aspect was customizable it would really improve the overall experience.
It is managing the sheer volume of applicants that we are tracking towards a successful closing from a recruiting perspective.
Everything in one place about customers, organisations and timeline of what has been happening with the account. Everything is time stamped so easy to check back on what has been done when. Rollout to the team was quick and easy, with good customer support and really easy to integrate with current systems. We use this every day across the team, for all our quotes and follow ups every week. There's lots of features to integrate with systems we already use, and the potential for customisation is huge.
Personally, there needs to be some more variation in the animations when a deal is won! Other than that, it's a great system.
We use Pipedrive to organise our quotes and pipeline - some things that make it great is easy to track and schedule follow ups, easy to see overall pipeline value and each stage value, and the different stages make it easy to see what is going to be an order soon.

Very pricey, would love to have more members of the team use it, but it cost too much, there needs to be some form of a bundled rate.

Ultimately we appreciate Pipedrive for the fact that it delivers great value for the price, at all subscription levels. It is fast, easy to use and is focussed on the experience of real salespeople. The sales manager can also drill down to obtain the reports she/he will need.
There are a couple of capabilities missing, which we find bothersome. In particular, one may not (yet) use dates, past or future, as triggers for the otherwise very-good automations in the product. This won't affect many users, but we miss it. Pipedrive says it will be available as a feature in H1 2024.
Pipedrive is a CRM, first and foremost. It performs this job perfectly well. When used correctly, the user can always see what to do next... and that is the most important benefit.
Pipedrive is very useful and esy to use software for sales individuals as well as for managers. It allows us to download the report very easily and ghe filters to use is also very convenient.
I don't think pipedrive has any features which users can dislike, you have to customize the software as per your team size and requirements. Mobile UI could be better.

Pipedrive is one of the easiest CRMs to use and configure. The simplicity in the UI and the feature-rich options are a great combination. The support chat is awesome and the tutorial videos cannot get easier!
The user interface does not have a native dark mode. One has to use dark mode extensions on their browser to enable this. I think the experience is best if the CRM has a dark mode toggle somewhere.
When excel charts are not good enough to manage your customer interactions and notes, pipedrive not only replaced the spreadsheets and tables, but also added great value to our entire ecosystem. With the Zapier integration, a huge number of other data sources helped in adding contacts, deals and products. I found it so easy to manage leads and other notes within pipedrive, it is hard to think that any desktop application could take care of such complexities in a simple fashion.
