Prezi Pricing Reviews
There is no other presentation or design software or app that comes anywhere near Prezi and what it offers in terms of originality in layouts and design, seamless navigation and transitions from objects or words to stunning slide transitions and control over where and how objects inside the presentation interact. Our audiences, some of whom are Angel investors and others who are audiences of CEOs, leaders, HR peeps and managers are always impressed anytime we use Prezi and our results show that. Prezi is gorgeous and effective for presentations that "Wow!"
The price but I dislike that on anything. No big complaints. No major issues.
Benefits are described above: looks fantastic, wows our various audiences and solves the problem of unimpressive, tired templates that people have seen dozens of times before. It also solves the problem of being indistinguishable from other companies and consultants in our space. When we use Prezi people tend to remember our pitch better than when we don't.
The good thing in prezi is that it is free to use tool and you can make PPT with template or you can edit a existing PPT using the PPT editor. There are many different options like you can record video, creat new designs etc. This makes you presentation unique and impressive.
This tool is used with the help of AI so one needs to learns the command propts which are to be inputted to get the appropriate results. Some times you need to correct few things as AI cannot create everything a 100 percent correct.
It helps in creating unique powerpoint presentation with impressive design and contect. AI helps in saving time, cost and effort. It helps in exploring new ideas of presenting our thoughts to the viewers.
Prezi makes it possible for users to create presentations that are unique as compared to traditional tools like PowerPoint. With almost no limitations, users can be as creative as they wish in crafting presentations that will hold an audience's attention because they have never seen Prezi in action and even if they have, they have no way of knowing what they will see next.
There is a bit of a learning curve to overcome when you start using Prezi because it is very different than traditional presentation tools. However, if you start with an open mind you will quickly see the value in doing something ubiquitous in a vry different way.
I use Prezi to tell potential clients a story that draws them in and engages their full attention. Even if a potential clients doesn't buy the product we are discussing, we do get comments about the unique manner in which we presented it to them.
It is a versatile tool, easy to use and with multiple options to make dynamic presentations with an artistic touch. It goes beyond the type of presentations that we commonly use, since it offers a dynamic alternative, which allows transitions with movement and fluidity, to show our work or product with a different touch. Presentations with Prezi offer added value due to the dynamism with which they are shown, I have made presentations with this application that have been so good, that they have resulted in videos. They have a wide selection of ready-to-use templates. It offers several options to share the finished product: share a link, download or export it, which facilitates the options when it comes to transmitting or sharing the information, it can even be shared in ZOOM which is a success. You don't have to be an expert designer, to produce your presentations with a professional level, just use this application and start creating presentations, videos and posts for social networks with excellent results.
Sometimes it is a bit slow to download or open a job, which can be a bit annoying, perhaps because of the heavy weight of the program. The paid options are a bit expensive, however without a doubt very useful and efficient.
I use it in the educator mode, to make presentations for my students and when I use Prezzi they tend to be very well viewed, the material becomes more understandable, dynamic, versatile and I have even received praise. The truth complements my work very well and it is favorable to use it.
The upside of using Prezi is the seamless transitions and movement. It adds depth and interest to presentations. I like the different backgrounds that add creativity.
The downsides are not being able to add timers without having it as a video or having to go to a different website. Another downside is some of the backgrounds cost instead of being free.
I have found different ideas to present a variety of materials to my students through other people sharing presentations. I have opened new technological doors for my students.
The software is interactive and offers more to your presentations. Definitely a step up from PowerPoint and other software for presentations.
No chat collaborators for group projects; Pricing- although the features are really good I don't use Prezi enough to pay a monthly fee.
I used the software for less than a month and I didn't encounter any problems during that time.
The basic feature that I like 100% is the simplicity on which Prezi is based, it has extensive tools but the most amazing thing is that It isn't so overwhelming when editing or creating a presentation since its entire interface is based on the simplicity. Unlike other presentation software, Prezi is more intuitive and visually pleasing, in addition to the fact that the base function of scrolling and zooming into the presentation makes it draw more attention from the general public when exposing an idea created in Prezi. I like the idea of being able to download the presentation without requiring another PC to have Prezi in charge (sometimes I have had problems opening presentations to some PC's but I think it's already a problem with that PC where I try to open Prezi presentations). I like the idea that I can convert the slidees that I make in PowerPoint Prezi since that way I can give it the touch I want from this amazing software.
When I moved to Prezi Next it was a bit confusing when it came to making a presentation, many functions had changed, so it took me a bit to adapt to the new functions. In spite of being very easy to use, they should create complete minitutorials that help the new user to use Prezi correctly without getting frustrated in the process, since at first you have to be guessing or looking in the help section how to the first time. I don't like it to be slow, although it is a blank presentation, no matter if Prezi is used on the web or desktop it is very slow when creating/editing presentations.
I have been using Prezi for several years in a professional way and I will not stop doing it for the simple fact that it is very easy to use once you adapt and also since I started using it I have seen improvements in my work and it saves a lot of time when it comes to needing create a quick presentation due to lack of time. I share with my work colleagues because sometimes they love the way I desing my presentations and they use It as a template.
The best feature I like in Prezi presentation platform is their focus on creativity in scientific sense. Presentations with Prezi can be not very polished and not contain clear message but creative. Fair / affordable pricing plans and commitment to standards, third party support, marketplaces for Prezi presentation templates. If a webinar or presentation is using Prezi for storytelling it is surely high quality and deserves trust and serious examination.
Some audiences prefer using Power Point or SlideShare for everything they do and there arises issue of compatibility and popularity.
