Prezi Reviews: 4.2/5 — Solid Choice

Working in cloud operations, I find Prezi's software full of advantages, especially for dynamic presentations. The way it allows for collaborative work is impresive, and it's got some really stand-out animations that make our reports look more profesional. I apreciate the dynamic nature of its designs, which adds an engaging element to what could otherwise be dull data displays. Its premium features are particulary useful, making it easy to craft presentations that stand out. This software trully brings life to the usual static slides.

However, there are aspects of Prezi I'm not too fond of. Sometimes, it feels a bit slow, especially when dealing with larger projects.

Prezi has been instrumental in solving the issue of mundane and flat presentations. Its engaging design capabilities have enabled us to communicate complex cloud operations concepts more effectively.

As someone who develops apps, Prezi really does stick out among crowded competition by making presentations interesting and dynamic. With the zoom feature and more creative transitions, we have a fresh alternative to standard PowerPoint slides: every story comes out all the better for our presentations. What I really love about Prezi is that you can create more of an interactive background. This gives my work a bit more of a business-like look.

Yet there are times I have trouble with Prezi's user interface. As for editing the transitions or personalizing text boxes, compared to Google Slides or PowerPoint it can be less user-friendly. This can indeed be rather frustrating at times.

Prezi has played an important role in overcoming the problem of holding people's attention. With its unique features, I can better explain concepts of how to develop complex applications in a more pleasant and interesting way.

Using Prezi, I have created presentations that I absolutely adore for their intuitiveness. Integration of images and graphics in my slides is done quickly, thus, I can make an attractive slide. They are seamless, adding an air that traditional PowerPoint decks lack. Also, there is an abundance of template types from which I can commence using my own creativity for tweaks. It saves me so much work, leaving me with only content.

Yet, at times I think that Prezi is somewhat slow particularly in case of huge sized pictures, as well as intricate shifts. This is really problematic during quick edits or when I am in a rush.

I have used Prezi to make my presentations more interesting. This enables me to explain tough mobile app development ideas on screen in an engaging manner that has worked well with clients and other team members. Clearly, it works as well that the level of active participation by the audience becomes visible.

The use of Prezi has indeed been crucial in my role of coordinating collaborative efforts. Prezi has eliminated the boredom of conventional slides. Interactive nature allows for more intense discussions and brainstorming. In this case, this means better communication and a team that is on the same page for someone in my position.

It has changed the way I do business presentations. I can easily integrate the video and blend content in a dynamic manner. It is different from the slides I always struggled with design-wise. Also, I like the fact that my emails and contacts links are directly linked, improving the communication. It is also worth mentioning integration with other business tools.

Using Prezi desktop app has been a bit of a challenge, more so when I try to activate the laptop’s camera. I had to adjust the settings myself since the camera feature did not kick off automatically, and that was tedious.

Prezi has killed monotonous presentations and revolutionized the presentation industry. It enables me to communicate the ideas efficiently and hold the audience’s attention. That has enabled my content communication to be much better saving time and increasing collaboration.

There is no other presentation or design software or app that comes anywhere near Prezi and what it offers in terms of originality in layouts and design, seamless navigation and transitions from objects or words to stunning slide transitions and control over where and how objects inside the presentation interact. Our audiences, some of whom are Angel investors and others who are audiences of CEOs, leaders, HR peeps and managers are always impressed anytime we use Prezi and our results show that. Prezi is gorgeous and effective for presentations that "Wow!"

The price but I dislike that on anything. No big complaints. No major issues.

Benefits are described above: looks fantastic, wows our various audiences and solves the problem of unimpressive, tired templates that people have seen dozens of times before. It also solves the problem of being indistinguishable from other companies and consultants in our space. When we use Prezi people tend to remember our pitch better than when we don't.

It makes presentations much easier and smoother to use than PowerPoint

This did not happen to me, but a fellow classmate in school had technical difficulties displaying her presentation using prezi

Prezi allows for presentations that are much more enjoyable and easy to follow.

It is eye catching and audience cannot stop talking about it.

It is not useful when you are slides are very busy and content heavy. It is a good tool but I am longing for the day when I don't have to use Microsoft PowerPoint and just replace everything with Prezi

The good thing in prezi is that it is free to use tool and you can make PPT with template or you can edit a existing PPT using the PPT editor. There are many different options like you can record video, creat new designs etc. This makes you presentation unique and impressive.

This tool is used with the help of AI so one needs to learns the command propts which are to be inputted to get the appropriate results. Some times you need to correct few things as AI cannot create everything a 100 percent correct.

It helps in creating unique powerpoint presentation with impressive design and contect. AI helps in saving time, cost and effort. It helps in exploring new ideas of presenting our thoughts to the viewers.

The animations and their capability to run on different platforms and easy access to presentations with their pre-built templates help make presentations quickly

At first, the platform had a learning curve so for first-time users it's difficult to make slides easily. It could be more user friendly so the first time users feel it's easy to use.

Prezi has readily available templates that i can use on the go. It saves my time and it helps me be creative with the existing templates that save up my time. The animations bring life to the presentations.

PREZI by far outreaches many other software doing the same. It has a user-friendly interface and simple learning dynamics Anything which brakes the monopoly of a few is always better, As it tends to bring in better alternatives. Prezi is exactly doing the same with its easy user interface, dynamic platforms with multiple slide designs, and graphic options which are almost updated on a daily basis. Prezi off late has been picking up quite widely and fast in almost all industries.

It is a perfect product, it's all one can ask for. There is nothing to dislike. Prezi does what it is supposed to do best. The only thing I can say to dislike is that Prezi is unknown in the market.

As a doctor, I use Prezi to make presentations that are used in my field. These dynamic, ambient presentations in my field are used for research generals, making presentations to the bulk of people & Marketing a new concept. Prezi offers me better fonts then PowerPoint which helps me better.

Prezi makes it possible for users to create presentations that are unique as compared to traditional tools like PowerPoint. With almost no limitations, users can be as creative as they wish in crafting presentations that will hold an audience's attention because they have never seen Prezi in action and even if they have, they have no way of knowing what they will see next.

There is a bit of a learning curve to overcome when you start using Prezi because it is very different than traditional presentation tools. However, if you start with an open mind you will quickly see the value in doing something ubiquitous in a vry different way.

I use Prezi to tell potential clients a story that draws them in and engages their full attention. Even if a potential clients doesn't buy the product we are discussing, we do get comments about the unique manner in which we presented it to them.

When teachers were asked to teach virtually I had no idea how to use any programs to enhance my lessons. Prezi saved me and reduced my stress knowing I had a program that was easy to use. I was able to figure most of it on my own. I could use more training on other aspects of the program. I have watched others do incredible presentations. I learn best when someone shows me how to do it specially as I don't have a lot of time to be learning about a program on my own.

I would like to have more ready backgrounds and the possibility to pause and review and be able to go back to record were I left of. when you review, you either save or delete. I was never able to use the editing cut tool. Also, when you show charts on the camera, it presents backwards so for some presentations I moved to IMovie or screecastify. The good thing is that it pushed me to learn about other recording programs.

I signed up for a session to get more training as I would like to be able to use all the amazing tools available to us.

Prezi looks so much more sophisticated than the standard presentation suite most people are used to. I think everyone has come to dread in person and virtual slideshows, but Prezi looks so fresh that it keeps people awake and engaged

The only real downside is that many people have not used it previously, so every time yu have a new hire, you may have to train them on how to use Prezi. It's not too hard to learn, but it takes some time and practice of course.

Providing important information to internal groups, and providing sales presentations to potential customers. Sales are much more likely to land if we can get in front of a customer with good visuals rather than relying on emails or phone calls.

I like the fact that Prezi is not like any other presentation software as it has all of the parts of a presentation software but it also has great automatic animations which help convey the message.

What I don't like about prezi is the fact that I don't have a lot of options where I feel like a collaboration with Canva would be excellent and improve the quality of the product.

Prezi is helping us with presentation issues but also helping convey our diverse topics in diverse ways where there are multiple ways to do a presentation where there is a difference in quality.

I started using Prezi during my studies, and I continue using it at work. Prezi provides lots of templates so everyone can make unique presentations. You can easily upload pictures and videos.

Difficulties with pdf conversion. You have to spend some time learning how to use Prezi - at the beginning, it can be pretty tricky.

The powerpoints are made public so we cannot make any inter company powerpoints for free as we have to purchase the premium version to design the powerpoints without public feature

The uniqueness and attractiveness of the powerpoint compared to Microsoft and google powerpoint software. It makes it look different and unique compared to others.

I'm more of a non-linear thinker and have not found a presentation platform that works for my way of thinking and communicating until I found Prezi. I love the ability that Prezi gives me to see both the big picture of the presentation and the individual details. I also like the ability to embed PDFs and all other kinds of content into my presentations without the need for third party plugins or outside hosts. The zoom and rotation features still make my Prezi presentations stand out from all of the slide based platforms, but I still have the option of using slides if I want it. The thing I love most about Prezi are the frequent trainings they offer, and most recently I've gotten excited to use Prezi Video for my video presentations.

I miss the path function that was in Prezi Classic. I liked having more options for the path of my presentations.

Mostly, Prezi gives me a way to communicate my ideas that is more fitting to my style of thinking and communicating than any other presentation software. I'm also pleased with the initial reactions I'm getting from people about my Prezi Video talks.

There are no problems with this software at all.

The best that I like about this tool is the rich UI and the templates that were there already to use. We just need to update the content and it's ready to give a presentation. Also, offline feature.

There are multiple times where it will take loads of time to load other than this, I really like this product.
