24/7 customer support team that is dedicated to resolving most issues and queries. The print quality and the options of products to choose from are some of the best out there.
The quality check process could be improved a little. Although quite rare, there have been occasions where the end product shouldn't have passed quality checks but still did. More branding options such as custom packaging, or hangtags would really put Printful at the forefront of the Print On Demand space too. All in all, I've been really satisfied with Printful and would highly recommend them.
Being a white label Print On Demand & dropshipping service, Printful takes care of your warehousing, production and fulfilment needs - and that really helps you focus on growing the business and saves time versus you personally doing the production and order fulfilment etc.
We like the ease of use, customer support when we need it, and our account manager. We have been able to grow effectively and scale efficiently using this service.
Sometimes QA/QC is lacking; however, they quickly resolve any print issues or quality concerns. The choice of products, especially concerning t-shirts, can sometimes be lacking. Still, we understand that they are maintaining and warehousing many SKUs across many warehouses, and it would be untenable to carry every product that a blank shirt manufacturer would carry.
The ability to print on demand without the need to sink a bunch of money into inventory. It is enabling us to divert money to where it needs to go to continue to scale.
Printful is an excellent web platform that will allow us to buy clothes designed by other people, also allows clothing designers to sell their products on the platform. This goes from flannels, to pants. The payment platform is very good, we have placed several orders for the company and we have been fascinated with the results and how well we are treated in the platform
the platform is very intuitive so I have not found faults. Although I have no complaints, I feel that the platform also has a lot of competitiveness in the market, like it is Amazon (although it has all the departments) I think the platform should implement gift card
At the business level, but my friends and I have been able to do commissions for the platform and get quality clothes and we like it
Their process for creating designs is very straightforward, but also can be very deep if that's what you need (down to complete custom branding items and shipping labels). Printful is a well-considered service and is certainly useful to small nonprofits like mine, which need a one-off printer since we don't manage inventory.
There have been a few hangups that required me to communicate with their print team directly, and that was a bit clunky and time-consuming. However, they did resolve the problem and made it right. Also, their embroidery digitization isn't that great just yet.
Don't need to stock inventory, can very quickly and easily offer a variety of custom products to our supporters without having to spend any money at all on purchasing materials.
I absolutely love that I do not have to have inventory to run my business. Printful makes it so that I can serve a huge number of people without the overhead of a warehouse. I also love that they work with my Amazon store and integrate seamlessly. It takes a lot of the work out of something that would normally be a headache. I also really love their new customer personalized designing tool for tshirt designs.
I would say just like any dropshipping or print on demand company there are exceptions where people get wrong orders or the ordered item is less than our standard for quality. In those cases we simply remedy the problem, but for the most part we have enjoyed using Printful and those times have continued to be exceptions.
I don't have to keep inventory. I can sell across the world. I don't have to fulfill or track orders myself. I save time by not having to do any of these things manually. That time can now be used to create designs, work on the business, blog, and many other business related tasks that I need to complete.
Easy to integrate with any platform. Customer Support are good.
Multiple products uploaded on a single design are not available.
I want to push multiple products on a single design but in Printful I do it again and again. But I want to Upload my single designs on all the desired products etc... Single design should be published on T-Shirt, hoodies, Canvases and Mugs through single process.
Printful is easy to use and integrates with bigger platforms. Here are the best traits: - I love that the prices are transparent and easy to see, there is a large variety of products. - The process of creating your product is simple. Adding your art to the template and sizing it to get it right takes a few minutes but then you are set and can use it over and over again. - You can add multiple stores from each platform in one shop (for example I sell abstract art and have another shop that says graphic posters and totes) and I can manage those and my shopify store as well. - Printful integrates with a lot of different platforms, Squarespace, wix, etsy, weebly, etc... - Helpful customer service - Updates when shipping delays occur so you can inform your customers.
The one thing I don't like is once it integrates with Etsy you can accidentally delete your listings. I thought I was cleaning my listings out of Printful to start over fresh and I deleted over 50 Etsy listings with a lot of history. This was completely my fault but I wish there was a more of a warning.
The problem solved was wasted time. I can get everything I need from one place and the perks are great. You can customize everything so it doesn't feel like it's shipping from a random warehouse.
The ease of integration with Weebly/Square, the ease of merch creation, and the ability to produce small amounts of merch orders on demand rather than spend tons of money on a bulk amount to sit in a warehouse. We use Printful every week, and love the ability to sample order merch we like.
Slow processing, not enough customization options
Being able to produce our merch by the order instead of in bulk-- saves us so much money and time and allows us to offer our customers more options.
Definitely product quality, fast processing times, file-browser to access your files and DPI quality checking for prints. Well, can't pass the student promo as well. That is pretty nice touch to help people settle their first POD business
Connection to your marketplaces/stores sometimes gets downtime and disconnections, and you must connect them again to make automation work. Catalog interface in Orders tab is sometimes laggy but does the job.
Well, I benefit from saving time for going to the Printing shop, packaging it and shipping it. Instead they do all of that for a reasonable price.
