I absolutely love the shared inbox. It saves me the trouble of switching between different tabs and manages everything in one place. I can also add tags to each conversation so I know exactly where I stand with each prospect without having to read through the actual thread. And this is on two levels - individual, and company-wide. So for example, I can have a tag on a company that they're interested in collaboration, but further tags on specific people within that company indicating who's the best to talk to for marketing, link building, etc.
However, the software can lag occasionally causing minor delays. It's only a few seconds at a time though, but still.
Respona has been instrumental in solving our outreach campaign management. From finding the right collaborators to tracking the progress of our campaigns, Respona has made these processes a breeze and allowed us to focus more on doing better outreach, faster.
Respona is a great tool that offers a one-pack solution for outreach campaigns and link building. What I like the most about Respona is how easy it makes automating outreach campaigns. It saves time and makes it easy to manage multiple campaigns at once. Respona also has a clean and user-friendly interface that makes it easy to navigate and find what you need.
However, one of the downsides of Respona is that sometimes the email finder tool works very slowly, which can be frustrating. Despite this drawback, the tool's many benefits make it an excellent choice for outreach campaigns and link-building.
Respona is solving the problem of having to manually manage and keep track of multiple outreach campaigns and link-building efforts. It automates the process and makes it easier to manage, saving time and effort. The tool's email finder feature also helps to simplify the process of finding the right contacts to reach out to, which can be especially beneficial for those who do not have extensive contact lists. Overall, Respona's ability to automate outreach campaigns and simplify the process of link-building is highly beneficial for businesses and individuals who want to streamline their outreach efforts.
The simplicity of the tool. The user interface is great. It's a pleasure to use.
Sometimes respona does not find an email address.
So I had some problems with the name of my CSV, and the client quickly identified what was wrong with my file and helped me to solve the problem.
It takes less than an hour to launch an outreach campaign for 50 outreach targets. The best part of this outreach platform is the option of finding valid email addresses. Afterwards, craft your email pitch, prepare a follow-up message, and launch the campaign. Respona automates your outreach and you won't feel this process boring anymore.
Let's face the fact that any new SaaS platform works with some glitches from time to time. Therefore, these minor glitches may occur during the work. Likely, you can chat with a support team and they handle this issue in a blink of an eye.
Respona is all about outreach. Our outreach team uses this service for our outreach purposes. These purposes include content promotion, link building, and building business cooperation with niche-related experts.
Respona helps us build links on quality sites at scale. The flexible monthly payment options are also ideal for an organization of our size.
I have no major critiques to make of Respona. Any minor tech hitch that we encountered was dealt with the a timely manner zia the chat function.
The ability to reach out to a wide range of perspective partners with a relevant message in an appropriate manner.
Accuracy in finding contact information and warnings to prevent spam. The UI is fun. The executive and support team are top notch.
Like all SAAS you will want a back up alternative on hand "just in case" of downtime. Respona used to have glitches as they were growing but has gotten better and the support team is the best support team in the industry, I have had to contact them often - but they are helpful and responsive. in other words, Respona, when they were migrating to a more robust system, broke more often than I would have liked - but for the last few months straight it works! Also price-wise it is frequently a debatable expense when budgeting because there are multiple in-house/creative ways to do what Respona does for free (being honest). However, I keep ending up renewing because Respona's support and executive team is Excellent - like I want to work there they're so good (seriously, if their team ever asked me to be their Chief Coms Officer or offered a board seat I wouldn't hesitate they're that impressive at their jobs) - And the contact finder is accurate (depending on the domain - if you get good at manual searching, albeit time consuming, it helps with research). The UI is also fun to use, almost gamifies my day. I still have to use my own expertise, industry secrets/know-how, personal relationships and strategy - it is far from "automated" - but is better than having a human intern/assistant.
Contact email verification, research, certain communications scheduling. Managed to save time by not having to hire and manage interns for basic tasks.
I like I can schedule multiple emails as sequences and see the overall response rates.
Really difficult to navigate once someone responds. You can't mark incoming messages as unread or click into specific contacts when you are reviewing the overall response rates.
