Respona's UI is very intuitive. I've found their customer support to be best of class and they have a lot of helpful resources to get users onboarded quickly. The demo call I was on was catered to my needs and the presenter gave me specific tips on how to best use the tool (and for link-building strategy!) I like that you can connect Ahrefs to Respona to import your data over to help the software work even more to your advantage. I think this product has a LOT of potential, and I will heavily consider using for any linkbuilding tasks.

A few things come to mind: - To get the most out of Respona it seems as if you need to use Hunter.io (for contact finding)-- which will be an additional service to add on. They don't support many other contact finding services (our company uses Apollo) - Our industry is a bit niche, which means that it's quite a bit harder to find relevant websites to backlink from. Plus, with backlinking, there does seem to be a pay-to-play aspect, that Respona doesn't totally accommodate (or help you plan for) - When using the contacts that Respona populated, many were returned as invalid emails.

I love the all in one aspect of the software; before I had to manually build email lists (time-consuming process) + pay a VA to add names/email addresses to the list. Now the manual process is reduced 60%, and the VA process has been automated by Respona (eliminating the VA need).

The fact that I can't easily import Ahrefs competitor URLs into Respona (at scale), so there's some manual work to do in order to make that work for me.

I like how basic the features are. It is simple, fluid, and pleasant to use. I like the client service as well. They are in front of the curve! Kind and knowledgeable, with an answer in under two minutes. I adore the constant advancements the tool makes. I advise anyone looking to automate cold emailing to try it out!

I've always had trouble with the outreach process. But Respona has offered an excellent resource for cold outreach.

In the last 18-months of my previous positon, I earned ~950 links (no duplicates / syndicated links), with an average DR per month ranging in the 65-80 range, with 50-69 links per month. During this time, I had limited prospecting tools, no support staff, no PR tools, just google sheets, great content, and manual prospecting. Having been doing Digital PR for 5 years, and now in a new position, using Respona is able to truly take things to another level of scale, targeting, segmentation, and results. My favorite aspect about Respona is that it combines an aggressive focus on high-quality results and work, with seamless integrations between each of the various modules. I have been able to do away with a lot of the different tools that I had previously that piecemealed my prospecting and outreach efforts with just this one, simple-to-use tool. For example: Scraping google for targeting queries allows for highly targeted campaigns, segmented by groupings of KWs. The personalization fields allow you to include those added touch points in your segments to pitch truly unique emails at scale The prospecting automation and different sending strategies allow you to spend less time in the weeds of finding who to contact, more time creating campaigns, and touch base with all the right prospects in one go. The integrations of Ahrefs and SemRush do wonders for helping you filter for higher quality sites to target when scraping google and for creating backlink based campaigns. The prospecting features are great for using different means of identifying the right prospects, a versatility that no other platform provides (having used nearly every one out there to date). A built in relationship contact database for a single place of having all your contact data (which they are working on making even better soon) A HARO management module that allows you to filter HARO queries for specific KWs, assign those queries to specific users, that they can then pitch directly from within Respona Crazy to think how killer Respona will be in the next 2-3 quarters with the updates and features they have planned. Best of all: The team. Between Farzad or Ivan, I have never had better customer service. The team is attentive, wants to learn from you and your needs, always looking to improve the tool, are happy to show you their strategies (which are killing it), and even meet to help you with your own.

If you are a traditional PR or digital PR looking for a "contact database" to just export and use, this isn't it. The thing is, if you want to be great at PR, I have found that isn't the answer. You have to learn how to target the right people, at the right sites, with strategic searches on google, bing, and bing news. Doing so will provide you an endless amount of opportunities of highly relevant journalists, editors, reporters, writers, bloggers, industry sites, or publications that will thank you for reaching out.

The major problem Respona is solving is by removing all the complexities of finding relevant sites to pitch, finding the authors of that content and/or relevant contacts at those sites, automating the finding of contact details, loading them into segmented campaigns, tracking the results, managing your relationships, and providing the ability to do one of the hardest things -- Scale high quality PR / link building outreach.

Respona feels intuitive and directly solves the problem of scaling outreach. I love the ability to personalize messages and I have quickly seen results from Respona campaigns. One nice touch in regards to onboarding was receiving an onboarding call with the team to make sure we had everything set up for success. Everyone on the team is super responsive and attentive to feedback/questions.

We primarily use Respona to place our product in articles that we think prospective customers will read. I'm impressed with the ease of Respona's flow and its effectiveness! On the first round of outreach, I landed our product in an authoritative, high-quality blog. Super easy and great for startups like us that don't have much time to do this outreach manually.

Respona has helped me with my link-building efforts allowing me to reach more people in less time. Before using Respona, it took me a lot of time to contact the correct persons. Now, I can find the perfect prospects for my campaigns and build more collaborations in less time.

When you are doing a link-building outreach process you need to use a tool that helps you to schedule your email and get proper results after the e-mail shoot like response rate and one of the best parts you can integrate ahrefs, moz, and email finder tool which very helpful to see the website metrics as well. I am using Respona since the last year and I found no tool is better than this as I already use many emailing tools.

Respona is the all-in-one tool for me and sometimes it takes more than the usual loading time, but as It provides high-quality user interface I am happy for that as well.

Earlier I use many other tools which help me to email the contacts but they are not showing DR, DA, and traffic and I need to check them manually, Now I am free because of Respona as I attache my ahrefs and moz so I t will help to check all the metrics on the same tool and no need login on another tab on my browser.

I like being able to set up complete email sequences that I can set and forget, as well as being able to see the analytics for those emails. It's also helpful to be able to find contacts and sources to reach out to.

I often had issues when uploading CSV's of contacts, so be sure they are perfectly labeled before adding to a campaign - the system will flag errors if it doesn't recognize something that isn't explicitly labeled.

It solves the problem of both sourcing contacts and setting up a sequence for outreach that's completely automated without having to do the manual subsequent follow-up.

Respona is worth an investment because building links on high-quality websites is constructive with this tool. It is fast, user-friendly, and affordable. The user interface is incredible, and The HARO feature is impressive. Overall this is an excellent product for link builders!

Right now, I don't think there is any problem with this tool. Some issues occurred when I started using this tool, but thanks to their outstanding customer support, They fixed the issues fast!

Respona helped me to solve the issue of finding an appropriate email address to pitch my first email for the link-building campaign. It increased my performance next level! In the end, Respona has made it much more manageable to find a perfect email address.

Respona's platform is incredibly user-friendly and easy to use, and if by chance I'm unable to figure something out on my own their attentive live chat customer service is always exceptional at helping me problem solve (either at an account level or just navigating the platform). It's made my outreach work streamlined instead of grabbing emails from multiple sources and having to send out communications individually. I also love their integration with Ahrefs so I can get the most up-to-date data.

Sometimes there are a few glitches as the platform is relatively new, or error codes that I'm not sure how to override, but again when these issues do come up their staff are quick to get their engineers on board and see if the problem can be solved.

My team is using Respona for outreach purposes to promote out content and to take out some of the manual work that would normally be included in this process (things like finding emails one by one, sending individual emails to long groups of contacts where each email needs personalizations, and keeping track of the results/opens/replies).

The process of finding contacts, creating a sequence, and finalizing your outreach strategy is seamless using Respona, as all of your campaigns are kept neat and tidy. Each campaign has its own inbox and metrics are reported for each. When doing multiple campaigns for the same piece of content you can easily organize your campaigns using folders. It's a great tool when you have multiple teammates using the same tool.

One issue is being able to move campaigns around from one workspace to another. I have brought this up with the team and they are going to be working on it in their roadmap. I always get a response to my questions within MINUTES and the entire Respona team is super helpful. I can't recommend a better product in terms of support - they have been with me every step of the way. I really like how the chat records all of your support tickets - so you can go back and look at previous solutions they have suggested. As a marketer who is starting to have to do more SEO work, this has been invaluable to me.

Respona is automating our outreach for link building campaigns that we are running with pieces of content that we wish to generate organic backlinks with. I can reach out to infinitely more people when using Respona, than I could do manually on my own, by searching for contacts and emailing them individually (very tedious).

It's easy to use and it "just works". What I love most about Respona is the amount of content they have around backlinking and podcast outreach and how you can use the platform for that. I'm new to backlinking so this info is invaluable. It also gave me insight into what we've been doing wrong and what we should be doing instead. Having this platform got me to commit to learning how backlinking and outreach work which is something we should be owning as a startup. I love the email templates that it comes with so I don't have to start from scratch. The built in contacts is a gamechanger. I also love the ability to personalize each templated email before you send the batch out so it looks more human. Their support team and reponse time is A+

Tedious process of backlink out reach which we would have tried to do manually with our CRM. We would've given up. We've always hired a company to do this outreach for us but this platform is making us rethink whether something this important should be outsourced.

It does what it says on the tin. You can create end-to-end backlinking campaigns to places that actually matter for your audience, your business and your niche.

In the HARO (help a reporter out) section, results were hit and miss. The hits were small but really, really good, while there were a tonne of misses. It's improved recently, which is good to see.

We're in a super competitive niche where ongoing backlinking is table stakes. Initially, I needed a tool that allowed me to do backlinking as part of my job without it becoming my full-time job, and this allowed me to do it. However, as the demands grew, I got an external consultant into our respona to take care of our campaigns. Now I can sporadically check-in to see how things are doing.

I love that Respona is intuitive and easy to use. I also love the fact that they have managed to incorporate all these useful outreach tools in one place. Moreover, I love the Reponsa is a huge time saver for my day-to-day operations. Lastly, I love the fact that they are with you the entire process (they offer demo calls, onboarding calls and all the support you might need to get started with this tool).

There's nothing I can think of at the moment. I strongly believe that everything that Respona has to offer fits perfectly with my needs at the moment.

The customer service is one of a kind. They care about their clients and it shows. The service itself may take some time to learn but once you understand it, the possibilities are truly endless.

Growing my business and reaching out to like-minded individuals and benefits. Prior, it would take hours to search for contacts and then write a letter. Now, it is much simpler and less time-consuming.

The interface's really user-friendly, with the main dashboard that shows all the ongoing campaigns as well as the expired ones. When setting up a campaign it's easy to create tailored messages and with the dynamic fields filling up automatically URL page names or links, everything is easy and fast.

When setting up a campaign the platform allows you to choose which day of the week to start it. We use Respona for our campaigns all over the world, so it would be great to be able to set up not only which day to send off the emails, but also the time.

Thanks to Respona we've been able to scale our content promotion, by easily reaching out to relevant pages in our industry. It has been greatly helpful in taking on this without wasting a lot of time in contact research.

Before using Respona, setting up an outreach campaign would take me hours. It was a manual process involving spreadsheets and 3+ tools to prospect, filter, find contact details, and send out emails. In Respona setting up a new campaign from start to finish takes under an hour. I particularly like that Respona has a dashboard where I can see and export campaign metrics, which saves the job of manually calculating things after a campaign has run. The Respona workflow has already saved me days of work, and I'm convinced it's the best tool on the market for launching outreach campaigns, whether you're trying to get unlinked mentioned linked, or pitch podcasts.

With the caveat that I think this is by far the best tool on the market for link-building, there are a few things that I think can be improved. Sometimes the UI is not entirely intuitive. You get used to it after some time but on your first couple of campaigns it can be quite confusing. Thankfully the Respona team respond to requests for help very quickly and I've never had the experience of being stuck for more than about 5 minutes. I've noticed that the contact search does not work as well as purpose-built tools. Sometimes I still use other tools to supplement contact information of prospects. It would be great if we could send from more than one email address without doubling the subscription fee. I would probably use more of the paid credits that way and it would allow me to make better use of the tool for other purposes.

Respona has massively reduced the amount of time it takes us to launch an outreach campaign. It has also reduced the number of tools we need to rely on to do that. My team love being able to see a clear dashboard with the open rates and reply rates of different campaigns. And it's really helpful to see at what stage in the campaign a certain prospect is. The tool has allowed us to scale our PR work in a way we couldn't manage well with other tools. In that respect, I think Respona is truly something special.

Has really streamlined the outreach processes within content marketing (link building, guest posting, HARO responses). It combines what you used to have to use multiple different apps and tools for (Ahrefs Content Explorer to find opportunities, LinkedIn to find people, Hunter to find emails, Reply/Gmail to send emails) into one system and makes the entire process a lot easier to do at scale.

Having to use the shortcode stuff when searching for content is kind of annoying, instead of it just being built into the search itself. Still in the early stages of development right now though, so I imagine little things like this will improve over time.

Customer service is top-notch, I can't stress this enough. Both the founders and our support teams are easily accessible and go above and beyond to promptly meet our needs. Product updates are frequent and valuable, and so is the support community.

Honestly, no issues with Respona. Fantastic product and team all-around. There were very minor UI glitches when we first started using the app in its earlier stages (keep in mind this is still a fairly new product!) but those were fully addressed. I was impressed with the level of resolution the team provided - almost always including a video walkthrough and live chat. Many software companies tend just to go back and forth over an email thread... not when it comes to Respona!

Scaling our affiliate marketing efforts - using Respona in conjunction with our social listener to engage high ticket bloggers. Most recently, we found success outreaching to local and national publishers for a press release, using Respona's PR tools to fulfil the gaps of a PR agency.

I like that you can manage the entire outreach process from one tool! (Except email replies), and the free user seats.

It doesn't have an intuitive way to navigate through the steps of sending a campaign, at least between steps 3 and 4. Other than that, they don't have a referral program :(.

Before Respona, I was subscribed to about 4 different apps and had a team of 10 people doing outreach! I've actually cut costs by a good amount thanks to it.

It is easy to use and has capabilities that other tools don't, saving me tons of time. The new feature called "Press Inquiries" is a cool addition as well. Oh, and the support is super fast and helpful.

Respona has been a lot more effective than other tools in the follow-ups for the email chains. We use them to contact potential partners. Respona needs to improve its database for the tool that gathers B2B contact information from URLs. It mostly works well but I did notice a few times I could not find email addresses. Luckily the few I couldn't find I went directly to the website and was able to find at least a general contact email.

No problems to resolve. The benefits are that you can have a great solution for a great price!

A clean and easy-to-use user interface. A well thought out content finding engine. You can dial in for specific words in the SERP title and body text, so your campaigns are super targeted. Also, next to SERP results, they show domain authority and ahref rank, which I find useful to be able to clearly see and determine if I even have a chance to get a backlink from such a site (saves credits). Email sequence creation is a breeze. You can save it as a template and later only make minor changes for different campaigns. It is very straightforward and easy to work with. After you select your target URLs, Respona will go out and find your name and contact information, along with obvious things like post title and URL!! Remove that feature, and to me personally, you would lose most of the appeal. It’s not perfect, however, and my success rate has been about 50%, which I’m happy about. In the last step of campaign creation you can personalize each contact/email. For example if you wanted to mention something specific from the post. Best tool for backlink outreach to date that I’ve seen. Enormous time saver. With Respona one person (not a team) can pull off an effective backlink outreach campaign and actually get somewhere with SEO. Very responsive, helpful, no frustration customer support.

I wish it tracked campaign link clicks. I find it a missing step between an email being opened and a conversation is initiated.
