What I absolutely love about Respona is the system's deep integration with SEO tools. Moz, Semrush, Ahrefs - you can connect each to Respona. This helps us prioritize our outreach targets based on our preferred SEO metrics and focus on quality over quantity. I'm not saying that the quantity of links we're getting with Respona is lacking, though.
Sometimes, when you have a large batch of opportunities to discard, instead of removing all of them it once, it deletes only some of them, so you need to hit delete a few times. Other than that, it's smooth sailing.
With all that said, Respona has undoubtedly solved one of our most crucial problems: crafting personalized emails. Before using Respona, we struggled to scale our outreach without compromising on the personalized touch in our emails. But with Respona's custom variables feature, we can now create personalized campaigns at scale, which lets us have the cake and eat it too.
As a team focused on SEO and link building specifically, it is crucial for us to leverage the right technology. Respona is an invaluable tool that combines all the elements of link building into one place, making it a seamless process. What impresses me is how Respona allows us to carry out extensive research on link prospects and effectively automate personalized email campaigns. With a user-friendly UI and an organized dashboard, this tool provides a smooth experience for even beginner users. The feature I appreciate most, however, is the collaborative environment Respona creates. This is an aspect that is often overlooked, but important. Being able to easily pick up where another team member has left off in an outreach campaign or simply to review efforts contributes to an increase in efficiency and ultimately to the success of our campaigns.
Nothing that springs to mind. Everything works quite well, and intuitively.
Before integrating Respona into our practices, one of the biggest challenges we faced was fragmentation – having several applications open at the same time, switching between tools was not ideal. Respona provides an integrated platform that takes you from prospect research to outreach without needing to jump from one tool to another. It significantly speeds up our tasks and boosts our productivity. Beyond improving efficiency, the use of Respona has directly correlated with the success of our campaigns. The highly personalized emails at scale we can send using Respona help us establish a good connection with potential link prospects right off the bat, and build more links, quicker.
The best aspect of Respona for me is undoubtedly its streamlined workflow, simplifying lengthy outreach tasks into easy steps. 1 - find content, 2 - fond contacts, 3 - create a sequence, 4 - personalize. All of it is just easy, fast, and effective. Also, Respona is specifically tailored for link building so it's not as bloated and cluttered with unnecessary functions like some other tools.
I wish there was an option to automatically launch a campaign once the verification process is complete. Right now, you have to wait for the verification, then click "launch" separately. Just a nit-pick though as you can close the tab and come back later to lauch - just need to remember it.
We now have a unified and efficient link-building platform that simplifies our workflow considerably. It's safe to say, Respona has become an irreplaceable asset in our SEO toolkit.
The software takes the tedious task of contact discovery and makes it quicker and easier. With its automated prospecting feature, we can compile lists of high-quality targets in minutes, something that previously took hours to achieve. It certainly makes the whole process a breeze - from prospecting to finding contacts and, of course, personalization. Its shared inbox is also awesome, and makes the entire thing that much more transparent. You can track and manage all conversations from one neat interface, with tons of helpful filters for finding stuff that would take entirely too long to find manually.
The default outreach templates are a bit generic, but I guess that's the point of default templates. It's nice to have one for every single type of campaign, and they do suggest a pretty solid structure, but you still have to change them up quite a bit. But again, they're default and as I imagine there are tons of other users using them, so you need to stand out in some way.
An enormous problem it addressed was the hassle of tracking multiple conversations across different platforms. Respona’s consolidated inbox helps us keep track of all the communications within the tool itself. So, whether it's the initial pitch or subsequent follow-ups, everything can be managed through a single interface. Our email outreach process is now far more streamlined, with the brunt of the busywork taken care of by the software. As a result, we've seen significant increases in positive responses and new acquisition partners for our link-building campaigns.
Respona makes it super quick and easy to identify potential affiliates / partners, find contact info for those affilaites, and create and launch automated email outreach campaigns to recruit those affiliates. It turns 10 hours of work into 1 hour of work.
If you manage an affiliate program in-house for a company that has super strict security requirements, you'll need to pay a premium in order to get the security features necessary to connect Respona with your email account for those automated campaigns. But if you're not limited by such security requirements, it's super fast and easy to connect Respona with your email.
Streamlines potential affiliate / partner identification, contact info lookup, and automated email outreach campaigns; turning a partner recruitment project that would normally take 10 hours into something that only takes 1 hour.
Before trying Respona, I was kinda pessimistic about outreach automation because while it can speed things up, email personalization remains on a generic level. And it is personalization that can make or break the entire outreach campaign. But this software could change my viewpoint. At the personalization stage, Respona has a rich set of options allowing you to make your email feel personal. I’m not talking about generic stuff like adding the recipient’s name to the email greeting and calling it a day. You can actually be much more creative than that. Respona lets you choose from multiple recipient’s and organization attributes and even add your own custom attributes to personalize your outreach in any way you like. That way, your prospects will get a feeling that their inbox is the only place where your email landed, not in hundreds of others.
Not sure if it’s just me, but when I signed up, I couldn’t find a way to edit my schedule for a while. And then, I noticed a gray icon on the right that didn’t stand out on the white background. So, I believe some minor color changes in the interface would be much appreciated.
Respona helps me discover link prospects, analyze their authority, find their email addresses, automate outreach, track email opens and other stats on my campaigns. Basically, it’s an all-in-one outreach solution that can replace many tools, which makes it not just time-saving but also cost-effective.
Respona integrates everything I need into one platform. I used to have to pay a VA to collect all of the data that Respona collects for me and integrate it all seamlessly. It gives you great ideas for outreach if you need to start there, or lets you create your own campaigns from scratch. Easy to use and very user friendly.
I would say the downside is that you can't set up automated messages to people's LinkedIn inboxes directly and that it doesn't give you those details automatically.
Getting me targeted emails with little to no bounce rate and the inserts are easy to use and faster than manual entry because of the integrations.
The dashboard. It provides me with all the information I need - how everyone is performing, and so on. Every campaign is easily trackable with the number of opportunities, open rates and reply rates. You can even A/B test pitches and find what works pretty quickly. Then, there's the shared Inbox and Relationships tab - here I can get a birds-eye view of everyone's opportunities, and how well they are handling them. So, from a manager's perspective, Respona is perfect, ensuring full transparancy within our team.
Even though the contact search automation is pretty good, it could always improve. In rare cases, Respona coudn't find an email when a different tool could. But in most scenarios, the accuracy of Respona's contact finding is actually higher, even if it sometimes finds fewer emails.
As our team does a great deal of link building and Respona is our one-stop shop for all SEO metrics and real-time email verification. Before we used to struggle with managing our outreach campaigns, duct taping different solutions together. It worked ok, but not nearly as well as Respona.
I love how much it automates. It practically does everything. The prospecting engine is fully automated. The contact finder is automated. Even the personalization step has a built-in AI article summarizer that speeds it up. The only thing that isn't automated are the actual responses when someone gets back to you - but that is to be expected.
I wish you could have canned responses built into the tool. But it's alright since we already have them in our internal slack channel anyway.
We don't have to juggle 10 different tools anymore, and everything is easily manageable under a single roof.
What I like most about Respona is just how easy everything is to do. So, for example, I import a list of prospects, start the contact automation, and come back an hour or two later and just launch the campaign. Completely effortless - in contrast to how we used to do things before Respona, stringing 10 different solutions together and wasting a bunch of time as a result. Respona saves us that time, allowing us to send more campaigns in the same time frame, and get more backlinks as a result. Oh, and I don't even need to open my actual emails to respond to prospects, Respona pulls everything in its shared inbox, so even with my 5 sender emails, I can answer everything in one place.
You don't get that many credits on the standard plan, but since we use Unlimited that's not really a problem for us.
It provides me with a wealth of potential contacts for outreach purposes, saving me time and considerable effort in research.
