What do you like best about Salesflare?

As a solopreneur, I really like Salesflare for its intuitive interface and seamless integration with my email and calendar. It saves me valuable time and effort by automatically filling out my address book and tracking all interactions. The sales pipeline management feature is especially useful for managing my sales activities effectively. With its excellent value and free trial option, Salesflare is the perfect choice for me as a solopreneur looking to streamline my sales processes. I'm glad to be using it.

What do you dislike about Salesflare?

One issue I've encountered is that when using the Pabbly automation tool to integrate Google Sheet with Salesflare, I've experienced some fields not working as expected in Salesflare. This has resulted in the inability to add Google Sheet values into Salesflare automatically. I'm hopeful that the Salesflare team will address and resolve this issue, as it's impacting the seamless integration of these tools for my business needs.

What problems is Salesflare solving and how is that benefiting you?

Thanks to Salesflare, I have been able to maintain strong customer relationships. I particularly appreciate the opportunity panel, as it enables me to gain insights into the current status of my leads. I find all of these features highly valuable.

Simple UI, not overloaded with unnecessary features. Easy settings and powerful API. And the price is really low.

What do you dislike about Salesflare?

The UI of custom fields could be improved a little bit, but it's a minor thing

"The LAST CRM You Will Ever Need & So Much MORE!"
What do you like best about Salesflare?

I have used Salesflare for a few months now, and I cannot say enough GREAT things about it. It makes tracking emails, calls, and clients a breeze. I love their workflows (email campaign), opportunities (flow chart for sales), and their customer service and support; they have always gotten back to me quickly. I highly recommend Salesflare to anyone looking for a CRM; it is far superior to all others!

What do you dislike about Salesflare?

I love everything about Salesflare. There is nothing that I do not like about it.

What problems is Salesflare solving and how is that benefiting you?

It is saving me a ton of time! And the small fee they charge per month is well worth every penny. From Sales Engagement tracking, to a CRM, Salesflare does it all!

"Fantastic and intuitive program with great customer support"
What do you like best about Salesflare?

We have moved over from hubspot to find a program that better supports automatic lead generation. We have moved from a system that cost our sales team time and now have a system that reduces time, keeps track of leads better and enables better collaboration. Shivila and Bruno have been great also.

What do you dislike about Salesflare?

so far so good. You could perhaps argue that some of the custom fields arent in depth enough, or importing data is a little basic, however the system is meant to be simple for the sales team which this is.

What problems is Salesflare solving and how is that benefiting you?

Giving a simple to use sales pipline that has rendered our excel sheets useless. Automatic email gathering and information gathering

What do you like best about Salesflare?

It's easy to use, in just a short time you are able to work with the system effectively. Everything works well, there is no need for a specific training in order to handle Salesflare properly.

What do you dislike about Salesflare?

There is not so much to be found. Maybe one point: I had some issues with the font sizes when inserting some text passages into the workflows. But now I use a workaround and everything is O.K.:).

What problems is Salesflare solving and how is that benefiting you?

We are a small company and missing time resources. The Salesflare workflows support us to contact thousands of customers and helps to present them our new products and services at a very reasonable cost in terms of budget and time.

"Easiest Integrations and automations ever!"
What do you like best about Salesflare?

Great Solution! Many things come so easy to out business from the easy-to-use integrations with email: a) Accounts with Contacts are opened once in Salesflare and then all emails are automatically included. I simply value this the most. b) All emails are tracked for opened, clicked and this even happens if the emails are sent via email clients. c) When I bought the subscription the Workflows were not there yet. Later they were added. Lots of automation and great control and management. d) Via aliases we are able to send via different accounts. Awesome! I had used many CRMs in the past. Salesflare made the work inside the CRM so easy and transparent. You do not have to spend time learning the options. Their integration is simple with Accounts, Contacts, Tasks, Notes, etc, well placed in the interface. The result is that our work is done fast without mistakes. Support and Training are also great. What do you like best about Salesflare?

Salesflare is very user-friendly, nicely laid out, looks clean and fresh on the eye, and with the use of workflows, APIs and Zaps it can be very much adapted to suit the needs of your business. I'm currently chatting with the Salesflare team to see how their platform can work with our relatively niche needs. So far, I'm finding them to be very obliging so far and feeling confident that together we will make it work. I find Salesflare's enthusiasm to be most refreshing, and their co-founder, Jeroen, and customer support team are most helpful. If you're looking for an easy-to-use, value-for-money CRM that will save you and your team admin and input time, and one that you will all like to use rather than seeing it as a chore, then be sure to take a look at Salesflare.
