SimpleTexting Reviews: 4.7/5 — Highly Rated
SimpleTexting is an SMS/MMS business texting and mass text marketing platform that lets organizations send text campaigns (broadcasts), run two-way conversations, automate messages (drips, scheduling, autoresponders), build and segment contact lists via opt-in tools and web forms, and integrate with APIs and third-party services. Use cases include marketing promotions, customer alerts, internal communications, surveys, polling/voting, and transactional notifications. Plans are credit-based (messages/MMS consume credits) with number provisioning options (local, toll-free, short code) and both web and mobile app access.

Ease of setup, smooth operational, great tech support
I do not have any problems with SimpleTexting
SimpleTexting makes communicating with my customers easier and faster.
It's so easy. We have other programs and still chose to use this service. It is so easy and notifies you via email when someone has responded. We use it for recruiting at our company. We get a better response rate than emails and phone calls.
The only thing, I would say is that you cant customize the area code. We do have some question the validity of the text because it does not come from our local area code.
This service allows us to use templates for our reach outs and schedule text reminders for appointments set. And the pricing is great for us!
Easy to use and schedule. The open rates are exceptional
It's a little expensive for a small business
It allows us to send prospective event attendees last minute reminders that we know that they'll receive. It increases our advertising reach.
How easy it is to send messages to our clients
The mobile app often redirects to the web app. Other than that it works great.
Communicating with our clients has never been easier. One clear message to 500+ people with the push of a button.
It is easy to use. The staff is super helpful, and they never keep you waiting. Simple texting has helped us grow our business.
I can't say there is anything that I dislike. They have always fixed the problem on the spot
It helps me save time as it sends out a multi-text campaign.
The most helpful thing about SimpleTexting is it is easy to use interface. You can quickly set up a text blast and send it off.
I do not dislike anything about SimpleTexting.
We are able to reach message people and market through text messaging.
The ease of use and how it has helped us to improve patient communication. Patients really enjoy the 2 way functionality.
That there is no dedicated app for use on windows. You either have to log in via web or use a mobile phone (not allowed at front desk).
SimpleTexting solved the problem of patients missing phone call reminders and subsquently missing their appointments. With SMS reminders missed appointments are no more.
I like that the features are above average, there are pricing tiers & it's fairly affordable, and that there isn't much limitation to character count & content formatting.
The only thing I'd say I "dislike" is that because it's not our only means of communication with our audience, we have to set up automations or manually enter a contact's info. The text to join is helpful, however we don't rely on that since we'd rather use one sign up form where they can check off which options theyd like to "opt-in" to.
Being able to communicate with our audience via text AND receive messages. I also love that there are ways to mark conversations so that you know what "status" they are in!
I use this for my business to notify customers about upcoming installs and general communication.
NOTHING, I find this service to be incredibly easy and so important to our business.
Its reducing the phone time with customers and everything in writing.
I've used Simple Texting for over 3 years, and it's so user friendly and simple (hence the name, HAHA). I use it 3 times/year for client events/reminders to our real estate client database, and it's very functional to schedule new campaigns, duplicate/edit from past campaigns, and the customer support is very responsive and helpful.
I do wish it was a little easier to manage for when I only use it 3 times/year; they do have some options for this, and I wish it were a bit more clear. My team doesn't use it as frequently as other users or big corporations that text weekly/daily, but it's still the best option I've found for mass text services. Love it overall, and really no issues.
It helps us send thousands of texts at one time, and makes it so easy to respond/see engagments, and create new campaigns. Very user friendly.
