Easy to set up, easy to process disputes, hooks up very easy to Shopify, mobile app is super user friendly, timely payment processing.
I dont have anything I don't like about Stripe! We have had a great experience.
Captures payments automatically, and fraud prevention. Works with Shopify seamlessly.
The simplicity of the system, both for me as a vendor, and for my customers.
I cannot say I have any dislikes. Security (MFA; OTP's etc) can be annoying, but I realise they are necessary in this day and age.
It allows me to automate recurring invoices. We rent out equipment, sometimes for long periods, and bill monthly. With Stripe Billing, my customers can receive and pay invoices without me having to lift a finger.
Easy to use, Easist steps to implement to my business with good customer support. My payments were cleared in 4 days while paypal takes 12 days sometime.
Nothing as such at the moment. Its better than paypal in terms of payment process so I can over look every bad sides.
It helps you get the payment from different countries of the world while keeping track of your analytics. Its easy to use and can be added to ecommerce stores like shopify for payment gateway.
I implements this during COVID and we were able to get it live in days
It took about 4-5 steps for vendors to set up their side
I used Stipe to faciliate a giftcard website where I didnt want any of the funds coming to me for tax and compliance purposes
Stripe is awesome and handles all our company billing. It's really easy to use for our team and simple to setup all the various different payment arrangements we have for upfront and monthly billing. I've only had to contact support once but they were super helpful and friendly and resolved the issue quiuckly. We use stripe everyday both internally and also customer facing. It's easy for our team to make requested modifications to any cusrtomers orders and they can even managed their orders themsleves.
I have occasionly had to contact our web developer when I have not understood the documentation at times but he usually makes quick work of it.
Stripe handles the processing of all our customer orders. We use their order forms so that our customers can also purchase directly. And we use it to manage our subscription payments and alert us to the incoming totals each day.
Intuitive user interface. Easy to use. Great intergration.
A bit of a learning curve. Not streamlined intergration with all CRM software.
Stripe helps us invoice and keep track of our customers payments.
It lets you manage customers as per our need. Recurring billing Udhar based sales negotiated
Nothing as of now. No problems faced till now
I do not have to worry about my website payments as based in the plan the payment keeps getting done
- Wide range of payment modes - One can manage subscription completely just by utilising stripe's API. - Just integrate customer dashboard provided by stripe, and customer would be able to access, update all their personal details. - Stripe takes off the burden of PCI compliance
- Only thing that i donot like is its high per transaction charges.
I am working in Saas company, we need to develop mechanism to charge our customer based on data point consumed and also on the basis of plan tenure opted. Stripe have inbuilt mechanism to track billing based on both scenario. This have helped us to go live within a week.
Stripe Billing is reliable in regards to automatic billing, support for a wide range of methods and API.
method limitations per country, eg. you get SEPA outside Europe but no ACH outside USA.
automatic billing
The ability to brand all of my online billing and being able to store all my clients data.
I think lower fees is always a plus. But I know it's pays for the cool features.
I don't have to manually bill or keep track of client's credit cards.
Fast and amazingly simple to use with fantastic quick links and steps to make doing business swift for my customer and me. Other platforms require too much repeating of data, so I use stripe exclusively.
Weird little access codes are needed when initially logging in, but knowing that's a safeguard to prevent hackers from attempting to access our valuable customer's sensitive information.
Fast electronic payment processing without a wealth of data required from our customers. Efficiently stores info as we desire but not when we don't. Our loyal returning customers can trust us to save their payment details for future orders and expedite the shipping of their goods.
It Makes setting up payments and Subscriptions for reoccuring transction so easy and smealess. You can set it up, pause, void and even adjust billing dates and prices.
Pretty high on the processing fees for the Indsutry, i did hear that you can negotiate your proccessing fees after you have done some business with them but i havent reached out to verify it yet.
managing payments and subscriptions
The user interface allows you to develop your own workflow. It allows you to find very old transactions in a really easy way and generate reports thanks to its interface very friendly. Works perfectly along with other tools we use for fraud detection, improving the service we offer to our customers protecting their information.
It would be more helpful to have a general information from every transaction, like a "preview" before entering into it because sometimes we do need a specific field and that's something you need to know entering directly in the transaction.
The disputes tab is very helpful and intuitive, it helps a lot to bring the documentation we would like to upload to make sure we're not losing money.
The ability to get payments from almost anywhere while using stripe.
There's not much to not like, I've been using stripe a year now and never had any issues.
It helps me collect payments from my clients internationally without having to go through all the stress. This has been one of the most helpful tool with stripe.
Setting our billing up with Strip Billing and collecting payments was seamless. The dashboard is user-friendly and self-explanatory. This is a good alternative to PayPal.
Slow payouts it is not as fast as PayPal. I would love to see if they can add a feature that can switch to Dark Mode to help individuals like myself see better using their billing platform.
This platform integrates with a good majority of Apps that Paypal cannot. Invoicing has been useful when setting up ACH as an option to pay to settle our invoices for companies.
Stripe has so many features that make it an all-in-one complete payment gateway that can be used for more than just online payments
There is nothing to dislike about Stripe
Stripe allows ups to manage our subsrcriptiosn business efficiently
Ease of use, clear and concise documentation.
Higher tier processing fees can get a little high.
see all metrics in one place. Learn how to improve your metrics and learn about the latest customer signups, churn and more.
I like how simple it is to get reports and the automation.
There's nothing I dislike that I can think of right now.
It allows us to charge users' credit cards and have it be automated. It saves us time.
It is easy for accepting multiple currencies and having the amount automatically converted and deposited into my bank account.
It can be difficult to calculate the cost of the transaction and there are some fees that I wasn't expecting based on using invoices.
It allows me to accept both CAD and USD payments easily. The payments are instantly converted into CAD and deposited directly to my bank account.
Overall the UI of the system is very modern and easy to use. It is also easy for my team when it comes to using it for bank reconciliation. Stripe's recurring subscription for billing clients has made all late payers pay on time. It is like a dream come true.
Stripe has no way of telling if someone viewed an invoice. Xero has that. Something like that would be great. Also, fee is a turn off, i hate to see money deducted for card processing as well as for invoice itself.
Biggest problem stripe billing is solving would be the fact that it is allowing for customers to have a easy to use payment page rather than a phishy looking page that requires signup like paypal or payoneer does which makes it conplicated to satisfy clients. Also, the all in one ACH is a great feature.
Easy to check billings and details about customers
Lack of support articles, difficult to find topics as a regular user
Check my customer's subscriptions on a easy way
The best thing about this is that I don't need to change tabs when using the intercom. All the customer details are listed right there in front of my eyes. If I need to check their payments and subscription it's right there.
There's nothing to dislike. It would just be great to see the reason for failed payments right in the app.
Custom service with subscription and billing. I don't need to change tabs when using the intercom. All the customer details are listed right there in front of my eyes. If I need to check their payments and subscription it's right there.
It is very economical as it takes fewer fees than other payment platforms and it has a wide range and we can do payment anywhere in the world. It is very reliable when it comes to collecting payments and it allows you to search every transaction made to you. It also has great customer service and I use it in my day-to-day work.
No Refund policy is available and sometimes I feel it should have more functions.
It integrates with my practice management software and it helps me to transact and secure payments all over the world , it has a well-designed API and it has good customer service, I am totally satisfied with this app.
Support has been amazing and it's the best part of the Stripe experience.
They should have more programs with better pricing for small business that process small amounts of sales a month.
"Y" payments is the main thing we use Stripe Billing for.
The API is well-designed and there are already good solutions in place for things we need. We are mostly using subscriptions and the Stripe-generated invoices can be easily linked from our app.
Sometimes it is not clear how to integrate a new feature into our process. It would be great to have a set of templates that work together and can be reused. There are so many features that we want to integrate, so it always feels that we are not using the full potential of Stripe.
We can accept payments from nearly everyone without doing anything. Also, recurring invoices (subscriptions) is something that we do not have to deal with, because it is very easy for our customers to change their subscriptions themselves.
I've been using Stripe for years and I've never had any problems with it, which is essential for making sure my business is accepting payments efficiently and without any problems for myself or my customer.
I haven't yet found anything that I dislike about stripe, I think everything works perfectly.
Stripe billing allows me to have all my businesses financial transactions in one place, my entire financial ecosystem works with Stripe as the foundation, it's truly an essential tool for me.
The three things I like best about Stripe Billing are: 1) The UI dashboard. Stripe has a full-featured web dashboard that I can use to manage all of the customer data, subscriptions, coupons, etc. Having to build this ourselves would have been very expensive and it's not the sort of thing you want to get wrong. 2) For devs: the API. Stripe has some of the best API documentation in the business, and there are a lot of third-party software options that integrate with it. 3) The mobile app. Similar to the web dashboard, though not as fully featured. The mobile app makes it easy to check in on things and do certain tasks.
The additional cost of using subscriptions on top of Stripe's fees is a little painful, but ultimately worth it in other ways (ease of use and reliability). There are probably some competitors to use where you could save some money, but you have to ask yourself if it's really worth it in the long run in terms of production and opportunity costs. I've also found that their live chat customer service isn't as good as it was years ago when Stripe wasn't as big as they are now.
We have a recurring subscription-based business and Stripe Billing has been a reliable and cost-effective partner to manage the subscriptions and accept credit card payments.
What I like best about Stripe billing is that the dashboard allows you to search every transaction made to your organization with boundless filters and segments.
I dislike that there are a few sections that require multiple clicks to get to a certain point that could be a bit more minimalistic or menu navigation that could help save on time.
I'm solving issues with refunds, chargebacks, and general billing reporting. The benefits I have realized are with Stripe Billing you have the opportunity to defend your company in wrongfully filed chargebacks and identify cancel uncaptured payments that can linger on user statements,
The fact that I dont have to take a screenshot for a refund receipt, I can just hit their little send refund tab and enter the email makes sending a receipt a breeze!
Honestly, it has been working seamlessly compared to other services like it, and I have yet to come across an issue while using the program that would cause me to dislike it.
The problem it solves for me is time management. On other services like stripe, I spend more time taking a screenshot of a refund for a customer so I can send it to them than I spend on the phone during the call.
Strips accept payments from credit cards, a bank transfer is completed within few hours, The API allows for so many different applications to interface with it, and their support has always been prompt and helpful.
First application Integration is not that much easy
I'm an e-commerce seller, I need to collect the payment from multiple methods, I recommend all marchent to accept payments
