Everything to be honest, from the communication with a customer to the solution overall, its price. They are not even able to say why they are better that other similar tools on the market. Just awful.

Email deravibity, it even wrongly said ma DNS score is great and didn't help me much with solving those problems that my DNS were bad, had to do it all myself.
