I feel that Whale was created for me. As COO of my company, it can be overwhelming to manage corporate SOPs, onboarding, and user training, along with having a single source of truth for document management. Whale has given me the ability to share this burden throughout the company with assigned experts to manage each of these areas going forward. The review reminder process is great. The ability to create training flows and AI-generated quizzes has been a game-changer for us. Since we deal with customer contracts and P&Ps, having a centralized repository for these documents is great. No longer am I searching for the latest iteration of these documents. Card Analytics is great for tracking revisions and having an audit trail of user changes. Whale has many more features but what surprised me the most is how efficient this software is making my company. Or, should I say, it's showing us how inefficient we were in these areas. Whale's onboarding team has been great. Katrina and Stino have been excellent at making sure I would be successful using Whale. Once you get into it, it's very intuitive.

Whenever I think something is missing from Whale, a new release comes out and it's there. The folks at Whale take customer feedback seriously. There is nothing I dislike or have concerns with. It's a great company with a great product.

Whale's ease of use has us churning out a searchable knowledge base that has made us way more efficient. The Chrome plug-in to search our documentation in Whale has reduced the number of inquiries to each department for specific docs. It's all about efficiency. Whale has delivered.

Whale has an incredible web extension tool that allows for quick access to company informaiton with the ability to bookmark favorites and search without ever leaving the webpage I am on. It is incredibly helpful.

We have had small editing issues with font and such. We also need more permission levels. Right now only an admin can do certain things such as create quizzes however we don't want the people who can create quizzes to have acces to everything.

Whale gives us quick and logical access to company SOP's, templates, and more with the ability to assign items to users and track employee participation. We set review intervals so all the company managers can keep company inofrmation up to date.

I love being able to type in questions and get answers when I do not understand something. It's a great tool to have in the workplace. It alleviates stress when you have a question and no one is around to answer it.

Searching things can be a little confusing. Quite a few answers pop up so you have to look through everything to find what you're looking for.

Whale is an awesome tool to have in the workplace. It has helped me immensely when I have forgotten information that I need to know to be able to do certain tasks at work. It's a great way to help train as well. It has all the information in one place and explains in detail how to correctly get things done. I think it's an awesome site that is very beneficial in many situations.

We see Whale as our digital assistant. When the subject matter expert is not around, Whale is there to replace the SME and answer questions of employees. As a company it is so easy to build up and maintain. As an employee it's just lovely to have your digital assistent around and to consult the knowledge.

One of the only things I wanted Whale to improve on was to make a list view of the kanban view. But guess which feature Whale's launching next week? The list view. ;-)

Whale is a user-friendly application that makes it easy to create training flows. The drag-and-drop interface allows users to quickly and easily add content, such as text, images, videos, and quizzes. Whale also includes a variety of features that make it ideal for creating engaging and interactive training experiences, such as emoticons and gifs.

I am not satisfied with the lack of customization options in the Whale application. Specifically, I would like to be able to change the font and size of the letters, as this would allow me to personalize my experience and make it more comfortable to use.

With Whale, all training materials can be stored in one place and accessed by new hires on demand. This eliminates the need for time-consuming onboarding calls and allows new hires to learn at their own pace. Additionally, Whale provides a variety of features that make training more engaging and effective, such as interactive quizzes, gamification, and analytics.

The software is user friendly, their onbording videos are amazing... everything about this product and it's team is top notch.

My only feedback would be to make the quizes more detailed... but I still like their current format as it is useful as is!

Whale is becoming our internal knowledge base and "source of truth" for our current staff. With this, when we are ready to hire, training our next round of team members is going to be a breeze.

I like how easy Whale is to use, as well as how user friendly it is.

Nothing inparticular that I dislike about Whale but starting from scratch with all of our SOP's was sort of overwhelming.

We are early users of Whale but the app has been very beneficial when information is needed & you are away fromt he office.

Whale provides an easy and intuitive training tool for staff that saves time and reduces recurring questions. It is user friendly and easy to navigate.

I have not identified any downsides yet.

Whale has streamlined our onboarding process, we can train new staff without requiring experienced staff to be available. We can update training processes or company policies and easily distribute them to all staff.

The ability to upload videos and leave comments for peers to review, it's a wonderful tool if you have a new member on your team and don't have enough time to train them, they can use Whale to go page by page and train themselves and leave their questions as a comment for each section.

I didn't experince any downsides, The tool is users friendly and easy to navigate.

Whale is taking care of training new members, and they can always refer back to it if they have any questions.

How much easier it is to organize and sort through compared to Google Drive
