It is very intuitive, beautiful design, has all the needed tools for overviewing the tasks and also has a time tracker which is really helpful.
That it cannot be used effectively as a CRM for sales. We found it useful just for production purposes so far.

Really big stack of programs - Trello, Excel (for gant), google drive, some massengers (skype, watsup and so on or even few of them), some calendars and even more were replaced with 1 solution - Worksection. 3. Many questions from stakeholders and weekly and monthly report preparetion
It's really user friendly. All my employees were able to get used to the software immediately without any hassle.
Nothing much, the pricing was a little bit on the higher side but other than that, nothing.
