Clearly that there are no fees whatsoever. No fees to use the platform and no transaction fees. I also like the clean design along with their incredible customer service.

We have only been using the platform for a couple of months, but as of now there seem to be no downsides.

We were using Network for Good and had been for years. Their customer service started out good in the beginning but over time really deteriorated. I suppose the biggest probelm that we had was paying way too much for NFG. With Zeffy we keep 100% of someone's donation.

I run a small advocacy non-profit, and fees were a huge concern for me. When I saw Zeffy took no fees, I was suspicious (as I'm sure you are too, looking at the reviews!) but after looking at reviews, I decided to give it a chance. I am happy to say Zeffy has been invaluable in getting us off the ground! Many of our donations are small, so every penny counts, and it has saved us that. It is very easy to manage funds and put them in and out. I use it frequently to manage expenses and my account, and to keep track of ticket sales (which it can do!) for events. I have recommended it to all my friends running non-profits, and I hope this review has acted as a solid recommendation. 5/5 stars for Zeffy!

I had difficulty connecting my bank account to Zeffy initially. But I haven't had issues after that first hurdle.

Zeffy gives 100% of proceeds made to nonprofits! If your part of a nonprofit, you know that every cent counts! They have a ton of options to choose from. So wether your looking for donations or wanna host a raffle. The first time I used it I found it easy to setup and use. It was so easy to use and we recieved alot of donations through it, I'm doing raffles more frequently to help of clinic raise money. Customer service answered the question I had within 24 hrs, and was extreamly helpful.

I wish that Zeffy had the ability to put all the names in a random wheel and select the winner for us! It took alot of time to add everyones name for every raffle, but over all I can't say enough good things about this company!

Because we are a nonprofit 100% of all proceeds go to our clinic. If you used other platforms they would take a precentage out of your proceeds.

It was easy to use for our non-profit organization as well as the individuals and groups who created their fundraising profile for our peer-to-peer campaign. I like that I could easily share the fundraising progress bar and the entire campaign on my website. It was also a plus to choose between monthly or weekly payment to receive our funds.

The pictures of the individuals and groups on our peer-to-peer were too small and not very visible. I wish I could personnalize the fundraising page so it aligns with the brand of my organization.

It made it very easy for people to give money remotly. As we organized a peer-to-peer campaign, it was easy for individuals and groups raising funds to ask friends and family, basically accross the globe to support their campaign. In the past, we used paper pledges and people needed to stop by our organization to grab one and fundraisers were collecting cheques and cash.

An extremely straightforward and easy to navigate interface. I actually think Zeffy beats other platforms that are charging money. It is remarkable that they are doing this at no cost to my organization!

Is this like the famous interview question: what's your greatest weakness? Sorry, I have zero dislikes when it comes to Zeffy!

Not only is it free, it's also a high quality, intuitive and beautiful tool for collecting donatins, running fundraisers and selling merchandise. We could not be happier to have come across Zeffy. The cherry on top is their great customer service. We got everything set up within 1 day and have raised over $30,000 in 2 short months.

The "nudge" to get donors to donate to Zeffy on top of the nonprofit that they are supporting is a bit more like a "shove". It comes close to feeling manipulative.

There is literally notjhing I dislike about Zeffy!

When fundraising online with other providers, a large chunk of what is donated gets eaten up in service charges. This doesn't happen with Zeffy! 100 % of what is raised is forwarded directly to us.

We are a small non-profit that hosts a couple of events per year. We tried a couple of WordPress plug-ins for event registration which proved to be difficult to use, very buggy and came with very little documentation or support. Other online platforms were far too expensive for us. Zeffy is incredibly easy to use and their customer support far exceeds anything I've experienced anywhere. Our audience is accustomed to voluntary donation in appreciation for services, so the payment model is not a barrier for them and is a real win for the organization.
