consolidation of all tasks into one place. calendar imports but still some bugs around calendar import items
the odd bugs - calendar import doesn't catch everything
getting all tasks/hours in one place
The several options available for creating tasks, meetings, reports. I also love the integrations with other apps and softwares.
I would like to be able to create recurring tasks on a monthly basis. Also, I would like the ability to access the inbox from the mobile app.
We wanted to be able to track revenue, sales, marketing, etc. better. The amount of options available to do are are far better than others we have used.
Keeping track of payroll, tickets, and projects is awesome in Accelo. Not having to double enter invoices and purchases as they auto-sync with Xero. And the biggest integration with google g-suite means we don't miss emails from clients.
It is sometimes difficult to figure out how workflows work for our team.
Keeping track of payroll, automated invoicing, syncing with bookkeeping Xero, and generally keeping the team on top of customer support. Since implementing Accelo we have been able to keep up with customer tickets and give a better customer experience overall.
The Accelo system speaks for itself, high class and made easy to use to the highest standard. What stands out for me is the customer service provided in the background to support users and future users.
At this point, I havent found any part of Accelo to not be usefull. 5 Star Service
Being able to time-keep in a professional manner and have months and months of data all recorded on the one system really saves me time.
It's very flexible. The amount of custom fields and the expansive API open up many, many possibilities. Although I wouldn't say the software is simple to use, for the complexity they do seem to make it relatively easy to build automations.
The mobile app could use significant work. It's not as "sexy" as newer software. Definitely feels like software that was designed 10 years ago and hasn't had a full UX re-design in a long time.
We've automated alot of our processes that used to be very mundane, and automated many tasks and workflows. Now, instead of relying on the team to remember what they need to do, or always looking at a procedure, the software prompts the team to do exactly what they need to do.
All communication and tasks in one place so I can see what's happening in real-time across the business
reporting is not great and I can't customize screens
streamlining proposal to SoW to signature to project creation to task creation to billing the client. We just stay in Accelo and don't need to bounce around between systems.
What I like the most about Accelo is how projects can be broken down into Milestones and Tasks. I also like how all of the clients communication are in one place and whatever you need is one search away. Daily and Weekly timesheets makes it easy to review your entire day, see your entire week in one place, log time that you might've forgotten to log. Goolge G Suite integration is pretty awesome too! Everything in one place!
The only thing that I find to be annoying sometimes is the speed when adding/creating activities.
Time management using timers, having all client communications in one place without having to search through thousands of emails. Very easy and user-friendly interface. Also, the mobile app is a great addition to check your progress or to check your day.
Time Management , Navigation features and Efficiency
Hard to track the job subfolders / Email integration / Lost Timers
Time Efficiency and Cost Management within a project
We spent a long time looking for a CRM / PSA that would allow us to manage our sales pipeline, but also most importantly our weekly recurring retainers. It is the retainer module of Accelo that made it stand out to us. It was really the only CRM that gave us the ability to manage our pre-paid recurring retainers effectively.
The user interface isn't the best that is out there. It can be intimidating to new staff, however it is certainly not bad and would still recommend it
We use it is our central platform to manage our business. WE have been able to have clearer view of what is happening in our business with enhance ability to measure staff and see whats happening in our client retainers.
I like been able to be able to see all my daily/weekly tasks and been able to plan for the week ahead. The option to be able to send tasks to others within the team makes this a must for large teams. I am able to go on annual leave and ensure that someone else within the team is able to support my tasks whilst away. Whilst been able to keep a track of daily/weekly tasks, I am also able to support team members with their tasks if they become over loaded. The guides and support offered via the Accelo website are excellent, always respond to my email messages and the guides are straight forward and easy to understand. Accelo is an excellent tool to use if you are looking for a system to use where everything can be kept together
There isn't anything that I dislike about Accelo. I have been a user for just over 12 months and still learning about it each day.
As stated in the things I like about Accelo, I think that the task option is great as anyone can pick anyones tasks up and be able to take them forward if needed. We use projects and are able to track who is the next person that needs to complete a task and can pick up the tasks that others may not be able to complete.
