The way that Accelo seems to have thought of the best way to have the software follow the normal path of business and the integrations that are available and how they work together, keeping the stream of communications in one place and having the project started with the quoting process is a good way to help keep things organized and keeps the flow of information flowing nicely.
So far, the only thing that I would like better is a little better documentation so as I start to use more of the software, there is a little better understanding of how it is set up. I would also like to be able to do some custom reports, but I hear that it might be coming in the future.
Accelo is keeping the client information organized, allowing sales quotes to go out easily and receiving payments has worked well. It is also kept us in looking at potential client jobs organized and keeping us from over booking our staff.

Once everything is in place, your firm will perform admirably, from the initial encounter with a client through quoting, selling, and administration. When my team members leave on vacation, I can keep track of their emails and answer on their behalf. It has also kept me from overlooking follow-ups. Because of how we've built the triggers, it just won't allow it to happen. Simple rules like 'if no incoming or outgoing communication has been received for 4 days, create a task' have transformed how I manage accounts and prioritize my own memory.
It might take hours to figure out how to properly tailor it to your needs. I would have loved to see something added. The smartphone app requires significant improvement. It's the one thing my prior provider performed better, and I've seen far better from the competitors. I'm hoping they'll alter it shortly. I also wish the tablet browser experience was more fluid. I'd want to be able to utilize Accelo on an iPad without an additional mouse.
It is a tool for almost everything, and everything related to client communication has been streamlined. Money was saved without missing billing, and it was easy to assess how much time was spent on tickets. I used to have to use three tools when opening a new client, but now I only use this one. My churn appears to be reduced as well, given that I can better track touchpoints. Accelo enables me to appear extremely proactive to my consumers, ensures we're hitting all of the right contact points, and reduces the need for me to control my personal calendar.

Sometimes creating schedules for our projects is very difficult with Accelo as sometimes they did not respond quickly and on time. It is also really difficult to link one scope with other and have to go through complex procedures if we want to link different scopes with each other. Accelo is a very challenging task.
Accelo provides us with multiple management services that are easy to use. They provide us with accurate presentation solutions. We can easily create reports and documents. It is a complete end-to-end project management solution.
I like its adaptability, as it allows us to customize many aspects of the program such as invoices, branding, reports and templates for marketing campaigns. It has a whole invoicing module, where we can create and customize invoices, calculate taxes, online invoicing and integrate our Xero software to have everything in one place. It allows the creation, assignment and tracking of activities to team members easily and we can follow the progress of each task and its time in real time through the Gantt chart.
Having so many features and tools, it was a bit difficult for all the work teams involved to quickly adapt to the program. If it had a module to manage personnel and payroll, it would be the perfect software. The software configuration and migration took us a lot of time and effort, I would have liked the process to be simpler and more automatic, after the technical help and tutorials received, but it was not.
We use Accelo to keep up to date all the important aspects of the project, from assigning tasks to the work team, to invoicing the project. I like this software because we can keep track of our contacts and clients, each one with their notes, invoices, payments and all the work we have pending with each client, plus many more functions. It has important integrations with software such as Xero, Salesforce sales cloud, PayPal, MailChimp, social networks and many more, for the best development of projects. A cloud-based platform that allows access to it all the time, with internet connection. It allows access not only in its web version, but also in mobile devices such as Android, iPad, iPhone. The client has a portal where you can log in 24 hours a day to monitor the progress of your project.
The navigation is powerful and relatively intuitive. I feel like I'm learning fast and enjoying the process.

Nothing yet. We've been using for 3 months and haven't had any issues that remain unresolved. There were one or two areas that were a little confusing when it came to setting up custom fields but these were clarified quickly.
We wanted to improve our pipeline reporting and visibility across the sales team. This was achieved quickly. On top of this we have benefited from the task management functions and the ease customers and prospects can have activities added and updated.
Using Accelo is a fantastic; I fancy the intuitive user interface and the function-rich dashboard; it's so easy to trace a feature ( the common ones you use). Project managers have an easy time tracking tasks and monitoring the team's progress. Accelo has improved our team-cordination. The marketing team also experiences better invoice interactions, and they need little assistance from the IT team from the moment we configure them into the system.
Accelo somehow lacks a strong programming base; adaptation and machine learning ability are a bit clunky. More improvements could be made on aspects such as inquiry elements (speed-wise) and the search criteria overall.

Just like any other software, Accelo may appear a bit complicated at first glance. Accelo is designed in a way that often you can use your intuition to find a feature/function that you are looking for. Accelo's Support team is beneficial and fast to respond in case you have any questions or issues.
I have been using Accelo every day for about a year now, and I really can't think of anything I dislike. However, if anything like this was encountered, I would contact their support with a suggestion to make it better.

None of the resources online are up to date. The system is complex and requires ongoing learning. It is imperative they update their online learning platform and not rely on forums for clients to educate one another.

The reports are great to know how time is utilized and how to allocate resources in order to optimize production. Also, time loggin is quite good, specially when working on timed projects.
The UI might be overwhelming at times as there is too much information on the screen at times which might lead to confusion
We provide support to customers so, when troubleshooting issues, the time logging allows us to identify how much time is being spent on issue solving. Accelo has allowed us to identify blockers and improvements to the support process.
