"Easy to use and self explanatory"
What do you like best about Accelo?

I like that accelo makes it easy on their users by making all the tools self explanatory. For instance when I'm logging my hours it only shows me the rows that specifically apply to me. I don't have to scroll through hundreds of rows or even type in a search bar. They do it for me.

What do you dislike about Accelo?

Their API can be a little tricky to use. I had a run in with it in one of my past projects and the data it returns is not as predictable to read as one might hope. I'm guessing they'll clean that up in the future though.

What problems is Accelo solving and how is that benefiting you?

One of the projects I worked on that was using accelo's API used it in a script that automatically created projects based on the data from accelo and also assigned related labels to the project(s).

What do you like best about Accelo?

Accelo offers quite a few workarounds and options to be able to achieve what you want kind of project and breakdowns you're looking for. There are different viewing options and customizations!

What do you dislike about Accelo?

Since there are so many customizations and ways to achieve what you're looking for, the platform can be a bit difficult to navigate at times. It's not always intuitive.

What problems is Accelo solving and how is that benefiting you?

Assigning work and the time allocation for each team member has been beneficial but have encountered a few issues with time rolling over and how to stop certain functions

What do you like best about Accelo?

Accelo has been a pleasure to use! Being part of an digital agency, the days are fast paced and Accelo has enabled me to track my time accurately, increasing my productivity. At the same time, I have oversight of my projects, retainers and invoicing, making sure that I have a line of sight at all times.

What do you dislike about Accelo?

I have not experienced anything particularly unhelpful or challenging to use. I have not been using the platform for very long, so there may still be functionalities that I encounter along the way, but for now, it have been a pleasure to use!

What problems is Accelo solving and how is that benefiting you?

Accelo has helped our agency manage the capacity of our teams and assisted with resource management through reporting tools and team schedules. It has also enabled our team members to track time quickly and accurately in a variety of ways (daily or weekly) that suits different employees' preferences. This has enabled accurate individual utilization tracking, as well as keeping track of the scope of retainers and projects.

What do you like best about Accelo?

Our creative agency had been looking for a powerful, customizable and easy-to-use time tracking, scheduling and billing platform for many years, and have been thrilled since adopting Accelo. Contracting, onboarding, tech/user support, UI/UX, reporting all outstanding. Flexibility allows us to meet our ever-changing client billing demands. We want Accelo to continue to succeed so we can continue to thrive with this new platform.

What do you dislike about Accelo?

There is a bit if a learning curve with the platform, but that really has to do with how many features come standard. We actually had to turn many features off that didn't apply to our time/billing process, and devise a few workarounds for other idiosyncratic parts of our billing structure. But ultimately the well-conceived framework met every challenge we threw at it. Also, the UI takes a bit to get comfortable with, but probably no more so than other comparable platforms. Now that we know where everything is, we have been completely satisfied with usability across the team and improved workflow.

What problems is Accelo solving and how is that benefiting you?

We had an old custom-designed platform that was sucking energy and dollars with bugs, fixes and antiquated interface. Accelo completely modernized our time and billing processes and has improved quoting, project management and agency workflow.

"Just the right amount of flexibility"
What do you like best about Accelo?

I like how the accelo software allowed us to implement it in steps. This made it much easier to roll it out and allow people to migrate and learn at an easier pace.

What do you dislike about Accelo?

I haven't found a downside yet, You've always got to be willing to hand everything over to the single system.

What problems is Accelo solving and how is that benefiting you?

This system became the digital nervous system for our whole business. We use it as a CRM and for all of our projects and for tracking our sales funnels. Next we are going to start using the Client Portal.

"Simple amazing tool and easy to use!"
What do you like best about Accelo?

I love the retainer included the most. I'm ready to effectively arrange retainers, their worth and hours apportioned to every client. While Accelo was deficient with regards to a portion of the mechanized usefulness found in some different frameworks, it was the email incorporation that at last sold us.

What do you dislike about Accelo?

The absence of an expert work schedule page. It would be great if Accelo had a more precise plan line. There is by all accounts an excessive number of choices.

What problems is Accelo solving and how is that benefiting you?

We have a lot more prominent perceivability of all our correspondence with our customers. It gains it simple to follow the headway of a task through achievements.
