"Accelo is PERFECT for service based companies with time tracking feature ."
What do you like best about Accelo?

Accelo User interface is seriously that good like when we started using Accelo , it took maximum 10 days to grab all the things and functionality . Not only this we also trained new employees for using Accelo in some days only . And it is all because of easy navigation . Not only this but also now we are able to billing and sales at one place. I love the feature of integrating Microsoft office , seriously speaking it really helps a lot

What do you dislike about Accelo?

Accelo is doing all good but at some points it is at downside like ,Our company has to pay if we need customer support . From my point of view , customer support should be free. Also if you need customer support for free , then only option left for you is via email . Many a times it happens like customers are not able to properly put there issues via email . Second thing which I want to put forward is Accelo's constant updation . I mean its good to have updates but Accelo is providing very frequent updates which are sometimes creates problem while working. The last thing is Accelo need to improve its mobile application .

What problems is Accelo solving and how is that benefiting you?

My organisation is getting helped with Accelo is CRM / ERP applications . Not only this we are also doing marketing with the help of Accelo

Accelo is used in our company to integrate sales data entry.It has removed the manual and tedious process that our sales team use to go through by allowing them to import contacts for leads and prospective buyers.

Customer support is paid for which makes it even more costly .

Saved us time by automating and accelerating data entry process.It keeps up to date clients profiles and gives us an overview of time we last communicated with them.

"Great client portal to connect and collaborate with clients"
What do you like best about Accelo?

We mainly use Accelo client portal to manage clients projects and communicate with them regularly. Client portal tool is customizable and easy to use. Clients can securely login and track their projects and confirm if their budget is being utilized well. Clients can make issue requests on the client portal and also request a specific task to be handled. We can also share files to clients via extranet like contracts or project details without having to use the mail which saves us all time. The client portal is flexible to match all our needs.

What do you dislike about Accelo?

We received complaints about the client portal not being intuitive and its needs to be improved.

What problems is Accelo solving and how is that benefiting you?

Transparency among clients and business has been improved via using the client portal as we both can track the billing history, projects and send files fast.

"Best Project Management Softwar I've ever used"
What do you like best about Accelo?

Accelo helped me quicken project delivery time by allowing me the ability to prioritize specific tasks by level of importance. I was able to find client files and emails in seconds. I was also able to fuse time tracking and get a real-time look at the project at any time I needed. This software is a must have for any law firm that deals with a lot of projects that consist of a collaborative effort.

What do you dislike about Accelo?

There was nothing to dislike about this software we were using the trial version but will be implementing it permanently in the 2nd quarter (Few weeks away from this review) of this year.

What problems is Accelo solving and how is that benefiting you?

From Collaborative tools to time tracking, Accelo offers many benefits for those searching for a project management tool. We realized that Accelo is the best because they made sure to make it mobile friendly unlike other companies on the market. In this day and time people rely more on mobile devices than ever and Accelo has stepped up in the area.

"All-In-One Solution for Project Management"
What do you like best about Accelo?

The comprehensiveness of the platform is incredible. Before Accelo we were using multiple programs to get everything we needed done. Accelo offered everything in one program.

What do you dislike about Accelo?

I’ve yet to find a dislike. As mentioned above, it is very comprehensive and perfect for what my team needed

What problems is Accelo solving and how is that benefiting you?

Instead of paying for multiple programs, tracking tasks in multiple places, and invoicing elsewhere, we are able to use Accelo to handle all of this and more.

"Accelo is an exceptional tool to manage client work"
What do you like best about Accelo?

Accelo help make all work organized by helping one in time tracking and project management. It integrates well with payroll and accounting softwares making it even more useful. Accelo offers great and powerful functions like CRM, Invoicing, quoting, sales funnel, time tracking and project management all in one place. It is a very easy to understand and use tool. Also it is very flexible and and easy to customize in order to meet the users requirements.

What do you dislike about Accelo?

First time use of Accelo appeared complicated to us and even some files failed to clear. However their customer support team was very responsive to this issues and helped us go through them.

What problems is Accelo solving and how is that benefiting you?

With Accelo in place, we are able to complete our daily workloads more efficiently , keep client work on track, make any necessary adjustments to engage and keep every worker well utilised, have detailed plans and much more. Generally, Accello has helped us organize our business operations, make our work more qualititive and efficient.

That it is totally free, thus it's subject to 100% ROI. Auto email capture keeps me updated on business procedures.

From early last year, I have never had issues with with Accelo.

What do you like best about Accelo?

It is great in keeping track of time spent in project. Works well in data entry of timesheet. Keeps track of budget and allows electronic payment. Has nice features for invoice creation and it is automatic to use.

What do you dislike about Accelo?

I can't find anything to dislike so far so great.
