ease of adjusting, possibility to bulk export detailed data form scoro, in order to analyze it. User friendly interface. Support is fast. I see constant development of platform, features and interface.
More possibilities to build you own reports in Scoro would be great - like excel pivot type of reports. Pdf forms configurator is hard to use. Product grouping, tagging could be more flexible and feature rich.
We have platform where employees form all countries can work together. We can communicate in structured way. We issue quotes in preformatted way. Order management process. We follow weekly in sales team how we are achieving our goals with built in reports. Calendar sharing is important for transparency.
Scoro is the best system I have ever used for custom furniture sales. Its easy to create pieces and add the essential items needed line by line.
The search capability is limited and it desperately needs a drop down menu function for email. When there is a large interior design firm with many project managers handling many different orders it's essential to be able to quickly email the correct person. Scoro does not have this capability.
Scoro has made custom orders more efficient and easier to manage from the quote process all the way to completion.
The calendar and the ability to create easily offers and invoices.
On the offers the calendar part is really confusing and I havent still learned how to use it.
All the progress in sales is well motiored
The quick actions bar which has the timer button that allows you to start and stop the task timing as and when you please without having to go through the hassle of timing each action and choosing from the time stamps given in the drop down.
Nothing much actually... all the things in the software make sense to me and nothing that i think i really dislike

Availability - it's online most of time. Easy to use - UI is made very good it's easy to find options and menus.
A lot of options that not everyone uses. They should reduce or add option to hide options that you don't use.
Managing huge amount's of data. With Scoro it's very easy to find and update information.
Easy to learn system, and can be set up to work on any project we have.
UI can be a little confusing until learned
We have used everything from the CRM tools to project management. The integration and task bundles helps the whole team keep up to date with any given project.
It's my finance, HR, account department in one easy-to-use tool, literally available anywhere, anytime.
The notification system could be better.
Starting my own agency, I knew how much time and energy a good system can save and Scoro really fulfils that role.
The interface it very intuitive and excellent. The works I assign get delivered in a giffy. The small inctricate design that has gone into the sofware development has been a good touch.A very nice experience and well designed UI interface, very user friendly. Gets my work done without any hastle. The timely updates that are on going in the recent years have solved may of the problematic aspects of the software. The various bug issues have also been rectified and now the UI and its functionality feels like better to work with and thus makes me keep using it and also genuinely is a life saver in potential aspects of my work flow.
The color of the UI can be a little more vibrant to suit more your people. There can be more share options and also some file formats can be added as well to pool more organisations to to this software and get maximum benefit out of the work and also improve it drastically
The problem that I had was to delegate work to the people working under me. and that was always a problem. Had to constantly keep calling them to get the work done. Now that I have Scoro. I has been a life changing aspect in my work flow. Being said that now am able to continue my work and also monitor people working under me to have their doubts clarified in a small time interval
You can input info fast and see the state of active questions
It would me more comfortable to see "Back" button to return to previous window; it is where new customers are being entered.
