How it can be easily customised and set up to work with the business. It is also updated regularly and integrates with our accounts package (Xero) and time tracking software (Toggl).
It could do with a task timer to alow task time to be more easily tracked. As an alternative, we use Toggl, which Scoro integrates with. The integration with third party systems like Toggl and Xero can occationally be a little buggy, with occational sync errors. However support have been helpful.

For our type of business we need more possibilities with prepayment invoices. More choices for reports would be nice. But I hope it will get it with new updates.

Good for project management, easy to keep an eye on company's overall situation. Easily accessible.
Sometimes it is difficult to find where to change settings. Getting help might be difficult and time consuming.
It is easy to keep track of the orders and take actions when it's time for that (order transportation etc). Easy to monitor the invoices. Easy to compare the company's situation on different time periods.
I like the possibility to give tasks to other teommembers and follow the progress.
I don't dislike anything, however there are many feature I have not used yet.

-too many updates! Just as I'm getting used to something there comes e-mail from Scoro: hey guys, great news, we have an update. No, it's not great news! I want to use the program as I'm used to! :)
Scoro is my everyday tool for managing contacts/companies in my client list, making/confirming offers, managing calendar and to-do list... It's simple, but does all the work. No unnecessary bells and whistles, just a plain and simple program. And that's a bonus! :) If you don't have a team full of IT-geniuses you'd want something that fits for users with different computer skills.

Scoro helps me to have my daily tasks properly organized. I work in different projects and tasks on a regular basis, and the way Scoro organizes them visually helps me greatly to keep my focus where and when it's needed.
Generally, nothing. But sometimes the way Scoro shows the tasks, starting with the old one and moving to new ones, is a bit counterintuitive. It would be best to be able to change the sorting order.
Keeping track of the status of a project, and having a centralized place where all the parties can collaborate and see the progress. Having also a place where to understand what resources are available at any given time.
Scoro has allowed us all to eliminate paper and spreadsheets permanently. The application is highly robust and packed with capabilities, but it is easy to use. The system is intuitive and constantly improving. It works with your already familiar software and is continually improving.
There are still a few minor issues to be resolved in the application. These include making it easy to track all tasks and linking individuals in the CRM. Occasionally unusual things occur, such as when attempting to connect the calendar.
Scoro is fantastic software for monitoring processes, keeping tabs on where things stand, and sending out alerts to relevant parties in case of problems or missing materials. It is an ideal solution for geographically dispersed teams.
The Gantt chart and how it's used to organise projects into tasks and phases. As well as the planner which gives an easy holistic view of the whole teams tasks.
The need to create a further task for minor changes once the main task has been completed. This is a lengthy process as you have to go back into the job and Gantt chart. This, however, may be a problem on our side with our processes.
I like the new addition of the predicted versus actual time costs so you can see wherever you are going over time and losing money or making a profit at a glance.
Being able to see what work I've got in my work list.
Not having enough notifications around deadlines coming up.
It's helping our team share projects and helping with collaboration. Also we can see joint projects in one place.
Scoro has been able to streamline our Agency operations by giving us more visibility over key metrics of our day to day business and projects.
Looking forward to continue refinement of the UI.
