With our medium-sized team, it ensures we don't go over time or budget on any of our client projects.
I like the fact that all parts of Scoro are interconnected. You make a change to a task in the projects view, and it is automatically updated in the tasks view and timesheet views. I like that tasks are easily searchable and easily modified. I like the collaboration that Scoro allows and that all team members can be aware of your contributions to a project. I love that the help button is on every page to assist you when you need it. In the task view, it is awesome that you can use past tasks to add new time entries to a project. Overall, Scoro is great to use.
Scoro requires some training to get started and it is not always easy to find sections that you need. Sometimes I search for projects and get no results even when I'm sure that the project is listed in Scoro. This can be annoying at times. I usually ask a colleague who I know is listed on the project to add me as a collaborator or send me a link to the page where I can add my time and tasks. If all listed projects would show up when I use the search function, that would be great.
We are solving the problem of time allocation and employee availability. Previously we had resources being double-booked for different projects or even the same project. Now that is a thing of the past. we benefit from having relevant information about projects being on a platform that is updated in real-time and available to all employees.

We are understanding the profitability of our projects better. Able to see clearly who has time available.
We have few departments and we are not both working in full time. This facilitates the exchange of work and facilitates quick communication between projects. We know what to work, when to do, what to schedule and invoice. We know when to do. The time I saved with the work group feature elsewhere has been used to enhance our offerings and connectivity with customers, which finally enhances our overall market and team functionality. I like the labeling feature too. I can simply enter one of my team members in a reply, which informs them of my messages and makes it easier for our team members to communicate.
I never use the planner feature and find the graphic interface a little distracting. I also found it difficult to connect my Gmail account with Scoro so I couldn't send Scoro emails. It would be great to have the Scoro emails to see the contact with our consumers more closely. When we add events to the schedule, we had problems with Scoro's smartphone edition. Oddly enough, though, it seems like in the next version, if we come across anything we don't like. Or if it is anything personal to our system, we basically email and discuss how to resolve it to our support staff.
Scoro helped me design a robust internal A&R mechanism and traceability. Now I can watch a number of tasks to see who's doing stuff on our team and who doesn't do things. This has helped our team to complete tasks in good time and to maintain internal and external contact. Scoro also helped me monitor analysis and communication with customers. In reality, we solve all our problems in industry, only finding customers first and foremost is not what it doesn't. We also discovered that the business of deciphering a project's path isn't all that simple, because everything is in sight.
I like the concept of billing really quickly. It has a very basic yet elegant interface, tasks and software are very easy to find at the moment. There is no need to have a lot of software expertise to achieve successful results. The premium version is available to users. You should organize the work of any employee accurately, set negotiated timetables for each worker, and log records, in order to create and complete a competent work on time. The software combines all required elements in one area, one of its strengths is time management and program alignment.
No application remote control. No Gantt map. Gantt chart. Compiling the project report is not easy to comprehend. Live video chat and web conference capabilities are not included. There are instruments that are more up-to-date, such as the expenditure portion, since many currencies need to be managed.
Meeting and job management has been a great benefit to us. Through this software, we generate weekly financial reports. We use it to give our customers plans and the app is also very convenient. The contact database was very easy to use and helped us organize our details for our employees and customers. With the Scoro element, we have factured efficiently. The monitoring of the activities of our employees has strengthened our duties for any employee. We will save a lot of time because the reports are collected automatically. Scoro is simple to use because it can be completely adapted.

We now use Scoro as our lightweight, very powerful device compared with simple CRM, which allows us to have great advantages in electronics or rather digital marketing, so we can analyze different styles, in terms of competitiveness, increased users' buying, rate reports and other qualities, which are quite useful in business terms. We should also manage prices in the economic margin, otherwise adjusting to the consumer needs would enable consumers to share their apps and be portable with advanced tray for their financial functions.
It's easy to use and ensures efficient employer participation for smooth performance. Not to mention the fact that it contains a unique user interface that provides a fantastic experience because of its dynamic design so it is easy to implement on any platform which chooses to perform its functions as it's the best way to introduce in this essential compatibility testing phase. I love our workflow management, it has very good tools which help the salesperson prepare and segment the customer. The CRM framework we've introduced for this program enables us to boost revenue and overall solutions to challenges to improve project control.
We have not been through bad experience with Scoro. Yeah, there were some challenges, but they were overcome thanks to the support staff, who was really helpful to the customer and still accessible on the website to better function. It is a solution for big as well as small businesses which offers a control center that provides account detail management and job management with KPIs, the organization of activities within the scheduling schedule plus one screen at a time, and allows all customers using Scoro to be updated in full time with all the company's preparation. It has many quality features, for example comments, which enable us to address a specific aspect of our project. I don't care about sending e-mails to workshops, but invite my colleagues at Scoro for a very long time.
The monitoring time functionality is extra, and the amount of time that I spend on projects I can't judge one's skills. This should be replaced and the price increased further. However Scoro, as a high performance provider, is one of the most requested solutions in advertisement firms.
It's very useful and helpful. I have a clear vision for cheap and non-checkable work so that I can handle my accounting, chart progress and quantify how long each team member has worked on a specific project. It also allows us immensely to get information on all the functions that operate in real-time, mission budgeting, project management and multi-calendar synchronization related to the addition of new customers.
Most helpful are definately all the analytics tools that scoro offers. Also all the options scoro gives you for personalisation specifically to your company’s needs. Biggest upside is that scoro can hold a lot of information and you can look the history of invoices/companies etc.
Some of the tool in scoro are not useful for my company and that is why I do not use them. Biggest downside is that there is pretty big learning curve, it takes a lot of time to learn all the possibilities that scoro offers
Scoro is helping me to see all the salesnumbers for specific products and I can see the situation with specific months budget on a daily basis. I can see all the thins my project managers have done and see how many offers have been confirmed and hiw many have been declined.
It's easy to find everything in one system. Everything from first offer up to final invoice we could manage throuth this system. It is easy to check all steps in diferent project, time we spend for it and etc.
It would be nice to manage our products on stock throuth this system.

The fact that you have the whole process - from quote to invoice and everything in between - in one package + the fact that Scoro keeps getting very useful updates all the time.

Task lists and planner are my most used tools. Gantt chart works well, and I like the pace at which new improvements are being rolled out.
It can be overwhelming and complicated to many. Calendar view is not the best.

I log new companies and contacts for prospects and also do quotes. Having a standard tool to prepare quickly quotes become my life easier and results are documented in a single place that can be retrieve by the company users.
It covers almost all of our requirements, and the helpdesk are fantastic

The extensive flexibility and customization of the platform. Coupled with the ability to always know where I stand on my project. Furthermore the ability to have integrations directly to other tools that we use, Scoro is definitely a strong platform.
I don't believe it's the best tool for a company that requires a lot of task delegation to different departments/team members. The feature is definitely present on scoro and works pretty well, but I've worked with different platforms that were better in that segment.
Our projects are quite varied and diverse, ranging from Events, Broadcasts, Marketing Activations, Competitions, etc and regardless of the project, I'm always able to know where I stand on my project, both in terms of milestones, finance, tasks, meetings, time tacking, etc. I'd say the biggest benefit of scoro for me is the visibility and integration, I'm able to have all the information about my project in one single place.
