What do you like best about Scoro?

Scoro comprehensive approach is one of its significant benefits. It can be time-consuming to input data on the administrative side, but Scoro software collects all the information needed to assess how a project is progressing. This makes it an excellent way to keep track of your team's workload and ensure everyone knows what needs to be done. The email function is also beneficial for storing sensitive company information securely outside the inbox and organizing project materials in one place.

What do you dislike about Scoro?

Time constraints make automating the process of completing forms more difficult than if there were no restraints. It takes time to learn the software and how to use it properly. There can be a bit of a learning curve, but it's not too difficult once you get past that.

What problems is Scoro solving and how is that benefiting you?

Since using Scoro, I've found that my productivity has skyrocketed! The software is easy to use and helps keep track of all your tasks in one place, meaning you can easily see what needs to be done next. A handy calendar feature also tells you when deadlines are approaching, so you can plan accordingly.

What do you like best about Scoro?

Scoro ability to reallocate tasks to other team members is what I love the most. Scoro allows for more dynamic management and saves time when resetting a task. The alerts function is beneficial for reminding you of tasks and events you have previously set up in your calendar. It is easy to keep track of invoices and have a complete overview.

What do you dislike about Scoro?

Scoro is an excellent tool that allows us to not only manage projects but also how organize meetings. Its services and its team, which work efficiently, are something I would appreciate.

It helped us in advertising, consulting, and new client acquisition and kept us fully informed about all functions running in real-time.

It also displays different ways to measure performance, so you can see which team member is doing their job well. In addition, it organizes crucial events using a calendar so everyone can see when they should prepare for upcoming events.

As the number of features used increases, many unspecified fees are being added due to a general lack of guidance and information when making decisions.

Some settings are hidden in the interface, and contacting support was necessary to find some of them.

What do you like best about Scoro?

I love that Scoro lets me delegate the tasks to different people in my team. It saves time because we can use a variety of methods to track what needs to be done. I also really like how Scoro creates alerts for specific events and activities that are scheduled in my calendar. These alert emails give me a summary of what I need to do, which is very helpful.

What do you dislike about Scoro?

Apart from the problem with the missing contacts in our list, we haven't encountered any serious problems

Scoro makes it easier for me to delegate tasks to my employees because I don't have to keep checking on them. This software has changed the way I work.

The mobile app UI should be modified to be more user-friendly. For example, the drop-down menu could have a standard look just like the PC version.

What do you like best about Scoro?

Planning my work for the week using my contacts to keep building relationships. Updating time cards in my profile up into the future is awesome. Planning is essential to our business growth, knowing what to do next and having the option to move if something happens in between. Fantastic planning tool.

What do you dislike about Scoro?

Merging multiple contacts into one employer is daunting. Would like to know if there is an option to integrate LinkedIn profile into Scoro under my name to explore potential customers from my personal profile, but with the added security that they stay private and linked to my profile only.

Keeping in contact with my clients. Follow up etc.

Thr projects and contacts tabs. I love that I can go into the contact tabs and find emails, phone numbers and the last time we contacted them

What do you dislike about Scoro?

When I link my calendar to a project it glitches, wish it just backed out to my calendar.

What problems is Scoro solving and how is that benefiting you?

It's helped me track my time more appropriately. I can also make sure I'm not going over on certain projects.

"Great feature updates, sometimes updates change things, always has been reliable for time tracking"
What do you like best about Scoro?

Easy to track time, gets lots of updates. User interface is clear and minimal and projects assigned to me can be easily seen in the tasks window when I need to quickly go and add time.

What do you dislike about Scoro?

Sometimes the regular updates change or remove features, most of the time new features get added but it can be a lot of change if you leave the Scoro dashboard when on a few weeks of holiday.

What problems is Scoro solving and how is that benefiting you?

Project time tracking mainly, for large projects they are broken down into smaller tasks assigned to people. This helps to break a large project down into manageable chunks.
