Keeping track of project progression has been vital. Having colleagues working worldwide that can keep projects updated means it as a company, we are on top of any potential issues.

Scoro is systems-oriented and flexible. We opted to have full onboarding help, so it was adapted to our workflow. This made us think in a systems manner which allowed us to discover ways to improve efficiencies. Recent updates, including the Gannt chart, provide performance information that is easy to assimilate.
The learning curve was quite long. When we introduced Scoro to our workforce, they did not have a formalized system of CRM or PM. The monthly cost is high and there could be a better incentive program. Adding new users should reflect the marginal cost.
We juggle 30+ active projects at a time with limited resources and tight schedules. Scoro allows our Project Managers to properly track progress. Quotes were not consistent and Scoro provided us with a system and framework.
The flexible nature of the production software Makes assigning and tracking easy from top level to more granular levels.
In the end we are about the money. Need better accounting integrations or an in-house build.
We have better data for visiting new work we also can better measure variance from budget in real time.
I can see what my colleagues have done and how far the project is. It makes it easy to replace one another whenever necessary.
When I search for the contact on company's page and the search can't find him/her I have to separately add her. No plus button appears in the search window (as it does with some other search windows). Also the calendar takes ages to load. And the to-do-list sometimes isn't loading all the tasks on a particular day, only showing some of them so there might be some unpleasant surprises at the end of the day ;)
I really like that I can see previous contacts and what has been discussed before I'm contacting a person.

Scoro made it possible to manage Agenda, Projects, CRM and the accounting of the interventions of the tasks for each individual project in a single interface.
I use Scoro for project management and appreciate all of the constant updates and new tools that Scoro is rolling out. It also syncs with Google calendar which is a great synchronicity feature.
I don't know how to use all of the features that I know exist on the platform. I also wish there was a way to customize the overall visual look of the platform (fonts, colours, layout, etc.)

"Quantity | Unit" - field very short. Is not fixed although I have been writeing and explaining. Field a bit too short for even 6 figures! "Cost and supplier info" - Notes filed was diminshed for some year ago to almost unusable. Not much info that can be written in. I was told that nothing can be done. Pity. The "Product | Description" has huge space.
All info concentraded and uniformed. Easy to find even very old projects. Handeling of multiple projects at the same time.
Easy to use Efficient Customizable Flexible Quick implementation of the features requested Have checked numerous systems for our daily tasks, but Scoro seems to be the first that attracted my attention since first demo observation. Implementation took so short due to the ease of use, all of our staff started to like and work with Scoro since the first day. My favourite feature is the ability to view your planner by week or month, giving you the perfect snapshot of how your working schedule is looking both currently and in the future I also greatly appreciate how you can view all time entries specific to a project, giving you a strong overview of the time spent on the project by all users involved, which is very useful when working collaboratively as you have a project summary easily accessible in one place
As a business organisation with staff using the software at multiple levels, it would be good to have more varied options for permissions that individual users can have, such as the ability for staff on lower levels to add in project entries they have worked on Another useful thing would be to colour code project entries. For example, blue could always represent your daily team meetings and thus at first glance, deciphering your planner could be quicker visually
Scoro has helped give me an accurate overview of the time I've spent working on projects, allowed me to see how my time pans out over future weeks/months, and given me the added benefit of helping to improve my efficiency and project profitability through this knowledge
The easiness of how the software works, the interface, the support.
I Would like to fill the day with tasks between the events created. From a planning perspectieve this would help. Perhaps this means that everything should be plannend with a start time?
We went from 4 applications to 1 so that solved the problem of working with multiple kinds of software. The great benefit was that we work more efficient.

The program does not have a remote access option. There are no live video chat features or web conferencing. There are tools that can be more up-to-date, for example the expenses section, for the need to manage multiple currencies.
The contact database has been very convenient to use and has helped us with the organization of our employee and customer information. We have been billing effectively with Scoro's feature. Monitoring employee activity has improved our task allocation for each employee. Thanks to the fact that the reports are compiled automatically we can save significant time. Scoro is one of the most solid applications that I have used however it is not perfect it has some notable weaknesses which you realize when you have been using the software for some time such as all the configuration that must be done to achieve synchronization of the application with Outlook, its cost sometimes the program has hidden fees that you do not realize if not when you have already purchased the product so I recommend the basic plan, it is a program with an extremely complex operation and users who wish to work with this application must have previous experience in order to get the most out of this product

Within the experiences lived with Scoro we obtained with several difficulties that can be solved within which they are, when it is used in its maximum power the solution begins to present/display many difficulties at the time of integrating the provided information, another one of the things is that in its version of free test they do not give to know the totality of the functions which leaves to you in disadvantage when you acquire the product totally.

Calendar view is comfortable to use. Adding tasks and working hours is flexible and easy to use. Great overview of all project related data. Scoro team is really dedicated and they are doing a great job.
Getting needed project summary information was difficult, but thanks to recent updates it is now much easier. Now I need to adapt to the changes. Currently I don't see any other problems.
We are logging our working hours and getting project summary information thanks to the Scoro. All client and project related information in one place. We are also collecting all knowledge base / know-how documents to Scoro articles, which greatly reduces time, which was previously spent on searching in various other places.
Simple yet fully functional user interface that allows to change between different menus quickly.
Inserting the daily work hours takes time and it could be done in a more robust manner.
The biggest benefit is to oversee the status of project and the budget, also who has done what and how much resources has been used.
