How easy it is to view the tasks that I have to do on a daily basis.
There's not really anything that I dislike about the product.
With our business, we're able to see how much time we spend on each client on a monthly basis. Previously, without Scoro, this has been difficult to prove.
The receipt checking is done in a fabulous manner that provides you with an actual depiction of the relative multitude of subtleties that I want. Everything is so straightforward, and the looks are extraordinary. Simple to learn the framework and can be set up to deal with any venture we have.
We invested a lot of energy refining our cycles to embrace the work process helps that worked for our group. They ought to decrease or add choices to conceal choices that you don't utilize.
With Scoro it's exceptionally simple to find and refresh data. We have all that we really want to oversee the organization in one spot.
It has helped us get organized. It helps us navigate our reports and see how we are doing. Great place to record and comment on clients. It is the best I have used to date
Sometimes especially when being introduced to it, It can be time-consuming.
It helps me navigate my sales pipeline. It helps keep a record of my clients and manage it from one place. I am more productive with my time Business performance has increased
it is very easy to understand and to use once you get the hang of it
It can be time-consuming too and takes a few moments to add tasks and projects
Creating tasks and projects are pretty simply to apply in my daily routine
We have moved completely off of paper and spreadsheets, thanks to Scoro. The tool is very robust and offers a ton of features without being too complicated to work with.
It's expensive, but it does almost everything I need, and more so I can't complain.
We have gone paperless. Managing projects has also become an absolute breeze, where we had previously relied heavily on spreadsheets.
When considering platforms in this space, we looked at quite a few – Scoro is leagues ahead of the others. I can confidently say there were no other platforms with such a thoughtful UX for the end-to-end process. Next, from the initial sales consulting team, to the onboarding specialist, to the after-care and support, we've been thoroughly impressed not only with how pleasant the Scoro team are to work with, but how knowledgeable, responsive and amenable to feedback they are as well. Lastly, the platform – easy to use, beautiful, and constantly coming out with new features. It's reassuring to move to a platform you know is going places and is under regular development..
There's very little to dislike about Scoro. There are a couple of minor irritations that will hopefully be resolved in future software updates. One of these is the inability to easily reshuffle the order of items in a quote in bulk; items need to be dragged individually. The other is the inability to export Gantt charts as a PDF / JPG attachment to integrate it into a presentation or send it along to a client. However, in the grand scheme of things, these are minor details in a dynamic, thoughtful platform that's a joy to use.
Realtime analytics on agency resource usage, and project budget burn. Our previous platform would go into a meltdown if you tried to generate a report, whereas Scoro provies this data live via the dashboard or in the Reports area. Additionally, our employees are happier using Scoro than they were with the previous tool; if you need to spend all day working in a professional services automation tool, it's important for it to be fast, intuitive and have a nice UX / UI.
It is simple and very useful. I like activity based tasks, calendar. Everything is really understandable. Moreover, You can edit it for Your needs and requirements. As well I like the opportunity to save all date what we have in Scoro
For me everything is fine. Maybe sometimes to often changes and improvements, but actually, it is okay. Sometims system is slow but I think it depends from Internet connection. I can add as well that it would be usefull to see past activities
All processes for HR, recruiting, budget, activities. We can control each team member, delegate tasks etc. As well it is very easy to plan all work and as well to plan a calendar events for other team members. We use Scoro as well as a data base.
All that is significant is not difficult to utilize. It brings all that we do into a solitary climate. It's been a valuable apparatus in working on our adequacy as an organization.
I don't especially feel that Scoro has a timekeeping highlight that truly conveys against a creation groups needs. The format is very extensive and can be somewhat difficult to change at first
Asset Planning was the greatest efficient factor for us. That by itself has been a gigantic turn a positive way for our business.
Pleasant interface and simple to utilize. Has the greater part of the components that anybody can require. For us is additionally excellent, that we import our customer messages in a single table and its great to sent significant data to every one of our customers.
Might want to have a combination with Mailchimp and Outlook so the data would match up without a hitch. Adding new items and new undertakings however exactly at the initial time.
Following outreach group and their endeavors. We have saved parcel's of time and energy.
Scoro's customisability works for beautifully for us. We've been able to tailor a lot of the settings to really suit the way we deliver projects. It had all the features everything else that we tried, didn't.
It's very customisable, so it can be a touch overwhelming finding the specific report or detail you want...
We've now got much greater clarity on profitability of staff and jobs on a per project level. While's there's still room to improve, the clarity is helping us make clearer strategic business decisions.
Integrated nature of the system and it's 'whole-project' coverage.
Expense handling remains a little clunky and we therefore still don't use it or have it synced with Xero.
connecting up quotes, project management and billing: one streamlined process.
Many complex activities became easy to manage
Hard to say - navigating the submenus could be easier
Making quotes became 4-5 times faster, managing the customer database became much easier and faster
Adding new team members to Scoro - whether employees or contractors - is straightforward and fast. In addition, we can customize projects or use task/project bundles for "repeat" projects to save hours each month. We researched 9 project management tools, demoed 3-4, and even beta-tested one before finding Scoro as the perfect fit. Our agency is a long time customer and will be for many more years.
With any large online resource, it takes time to learn. We've created a Scoro 101 process to help expedite new team onboarding. Otherwise, it is quick flexible. Ongoing improvements have helped resolve past concernrs.
Much better team communication. Clearer expectations to contractors. Less overhead time is spent onboarding client projects.
That it's all in one. Me and my company went through a ton of different task MGMT platforms, but we still ended up needing to use excel for time sheets, quick books for invoices etc. everything in one place makes managing teams ten times easier, and we love the data we're able to collect from it!
I do wish wish you could integrate it with more platforms like Dropbox. Being able to have a google drive or drop box or another folder linked in a clients contact would be useful.
Listed above
The customizability of the interface. We can change the way we use Scoro ourselves without lengthy waits for helpdesks. we can add users, change templates, change preferences, and tools. It's all just very user friendly, approachable and ultimately saves us a lot of time
There are a few glitches with currency and reporting that have taken a while to resolve but these are relatively minor
Accurate reporting & proper business processes for pipeline / forecasting etc
I can manage my company through there (quotes, projects, payment and so on).
Cost management is poor for what I need. It´s hard to set all the costs associated with a project in a quote, so It´s hard to calculate the costs upfront (it locks you on creating a single cost for each service/product, but some costs are for the entire project and sometimes I have more than 1 cost associated with a single service).
An easy and professional (and fast) way to send quotes, and my companies cash flow. And I can do that on a single site/service. I´ve researched other services and they were more complicated or incomplete for what I need.
I like the most of features are the quotation and project making.
I don't like when my quotation is converted in pdf file and it cuts every item from title to description. I suggest to make our quotation very presentable and if possible it has a picture of the item we are quoting.
I like when I track all of my performance per month so that I can see what month has the very least performed per year.
Scoro is actually the best platform I have used for pipeline and reporting management. As a head of sales it is so important that my pipeline is accurate for forecasting and scoro’s easy filters, and data columns help me to pull reports SO easily. I’ve used Salesforce, Netsuite and Sugar CRM and I can say that Scoro is by far the best and most intuitive to use. Building dashboards couldn’t be easier. I am able to get every metric that I’m looking for with absolute ease, which makes pulling reports for commercial meetings easy and hassle free. The team at Scoro are also incredibly helpful. They are not a giant company like Salesforce, which means that they are much more hands on when it comes to tailoring the platform to your institution. I can honestly say that Scoro does everything I want it to, and I have never said that previously about a CRM! What’s more, training new starters on the platform is quick and easy as the interface is so clean and intuitive. I love Scoro. Customer here for life.
The ONLY thing that is limiting is the amount of tiles that you can use within one dashboard. This being said, I’ve got around this by creating multiple dashboards for different use cases and it is easy to just click from one to another.
Using the data for analysis has been really helpful. I have found other CRM’s complex with regards to pulling reports, whereas Scoro has limitless filters to help me find the exact data that I’m looking for. This has been useful to look at things from a quarterly or YoY perspective and really understand where there are gaps in our strategy. Equally, because it is so easy to drag and drop deals through the pipeline, I’ve found my team are incredibly competent at accurate forecasting now, meaning I never have the dreaded conversation of ‘you said you were going to do this, you actually did this’. Which as any Head of Sales would know, is the worst sentence you can possibly hear.
I love that I can track my tasks to get a better overall idea of how long projects take as some are repetitive tasks for me each month. I appreciate that I can set recurring tasks that pop up in my sidebar on the days they are due so I know I have them and can ensure I get them completed. I use the tasks and planner more than anything, but my organization uses the projects and billing side of things and it has made such an impact on how quick and organized it has been for us.
I would really like to see better view options, especially for the planner. It is hard to see tasks that only took 10 minutes in the midst of tasks that take 30 to 60 minutes or longer. I would love to see a better view setting where we can see all items on each day in the planner without having to struggle to locate the little itty bity ones between the larger tasks. Some fun colors would be nice too. :)
Scoro has allowed me to really organize my day/week better. Because I have recurring tasks, I have a better idea of how much time I need to allot for those, allowing me to ensure the open time I have available truly is there for any other projects or meetings that may come up at any given time.
Integrations, Project timelines, Customizable dashboards Purchases and orders
Gantt chart can be improved more better.
After the recent migration update we are facing problem with integration between MS calendar/ Teams and the timesheet auto sync issues with time zones and dual sync of applications
DASHBAORDS FOR REPORTING - We have built essential real-time dashboards that have now become the heartbeat of our growing business
There is nothing to dislike! Scoro is brilliant
Time management, time monitoring, ownership of tasks, progress reporting, live accounts data, bad debt, automated debt recovery
Everything is great! The program is very convenient and easy to use.
To be honest, there's nothing that wouldn't satisfy me.
Working with Scorpio hasn't really been a problem, everything is satisfying and is very comfortable working on it
We chose it because it gave us one platform for everything from our sales and marketing pipeline through to project management and billing. The customisable dashboards are a great way to see how the entire business is doing in one place.
The pricing starts at 5 licences and so it is quite expensive for a small business that has less than 5 people. Thereafter the pricing goes up for every add on (in increments of at least 5 for the minimum licences) so to get additional features, it becomes very expensive. Some of these features seem to be essential (like integration with Outlook so calendars sync) so you pay for add ons that you really need to make the whole thing work as one interface.
It helps us to collaborate on projects and to ensure that everything we need to know about each of our clients and our projects is at the touch of a button. It’s elegantly and intuitively designed.
Interface, logic and easy to find. If I need some function, I probably find it myself as all is exactly where it should be
Hard to setup interface for my needs. But once done, all works smoothly
Contact management, project management. Scoro provides nice overview on project performance
Everything is so simple and the looks are great
Mobile version of scoro because you cant do some things
Automatical invoices are really good
Interactive and ability to combine tasks
Would like reporting / customisable reports
Removing repetitive data transfer between spreadsheets
The on-boarding process is very accommodating, and a specialist works with your team to get things set up.
On your .pdf templates, you can add HTML specificities such as bolt or italics on a select few fields only.
We didn't have an ERP and CRM system set up, and all templates were raw Excel and Word files that we had to spend an amazing amount of time trimming tables, converting file formats, etc.
I like the most the fact that everything is formated, easy to find and well connected.
Actually I dislike nothing, it is everything as is should be.
We collect bills, purchase orders and follow our cost and margins, there are many benefits, specially in cost and time consuming.
I love that I am able to create projects and add related tasks to each project and correspond those projects and tasks with the contact person/company it relates to. The new project timeline feature is also extremely helpful when checking on all of our services that happen simultaneously during the timeline of a project. It is my job to make sure our team is meeting deadlines, so being able to see all projects that are related to a client project at once makes my life much easier! The calendar feature is also extremely helpful especially because it connects with and updates our Google calendar automatically. The task bundle feature has saved me so much time when creating projects. Instead of spending 30 minutes trying to layout each task in a long-term project, I can easily click my task bundle option and get all tasks assigned to a project in less than 5 minutes! The time I've been able to save with the task bundle feature has been used elsewhere to improve our services and communication with clients which ultimately improves our overall business and team functionality! I also like the tag function! I can easily tag one of my team members in a comment which notifies them of my message and eases the communication flow between our team members.
I never use the planner feature and find it a bit confusing in regards to its layout visually. I've also had trouble linking my gmail email to Scoro, so I have not been able to send emails within Scoro. It would be nice to have emails in Scoro to see deeper into the communication our team has had with our clients. We have had trouble with the mobile version of Scoro when adding events to the calendar. We've resorted to only adding events on the desktop version because of the inconsistency of adding events through the mobile version.
Scoro has helped me layout a solid and trackable internal A&R process. I'm now able to keep track of multiple projects in detail as well as find out who on our team is getting things done/who isn't getting things done. This has benefitted our team in regards to the timely completion of projects and maintaining internal and external communication. Scoro has also helped me keep track of client outreach and research. It's much easier to keep track of things like phone numbers, emails, social media sites, and individual tasks related to each of our clients with Scoro!
What I love most about Scoro is the possibility of bringing all the tools into one. Scoro is like a multitool. All of our teams can use it for their day-to-day business. Thanks to that we have a better overview of what in all the teams. Because of that, sharing information is much easier.
For non-technical people the wide variety of customization options is overwhelming.
Gathering teams with different tasks and goals under one tool.
