Compare Scoro with other popular tools in the same category.
It is all in one place. There are still some quirks in how it likes things organized but when you map to that, it becomes a very useful tool.
The google calendar integration is not fully baked and cause a lot of extra work if you are switching between in house, out of house, scoro view and google view, which is basically everyone.
How to manage multiple people in multiple locations on multiple projects with multiple clients, profitably.
A relatively robust tool that allows complete tracking of an order from its inception in the form of an enquiry, through production to final invoicing.
I don't see any fundamental flaws. I would just appreciate the possibility to see when colleagues start working on a task.
Complete monitoring of labour productivity and financial efficiency of projects.
Scoro is extremely useful to create and look at tasks. It is extremely beneficial in keeping tabs on all projects that are ongoing or in the past. I would recommend it to any.
While helpful, the user interface is laggy sometimes when exporting billing to PDF format. And this last billing period we manually had to fill out fields, which was a nuisance.
The problem we had was we did not have a one stop shop for all of our team members to see production. This has been extremely helpful and beneficial to our marketing team.
Ability to plan time, mark completed and unfinished work
Everything's alright, I have no complaints
It's easier to plan your work time, see your customers, track the work done with them
General Dashboard is very useful. Being able to see your KPI on a daily basis (being able to save your different bookmarks and share with others in the team) allows to make better decisions and reinforce actions where figures are not so good looking.
The visualization is still not the optimum. I would rather see some Graphs, and also would need to be able to "colour" some of the indicators. Nowadays this is not possible and I can not highmark anything.
We are being able to review data in realtime. Before Scoro, we were always taking decisions with no updated information. We are also being able to track dedication to the projects, compare this to the plan, which gives us relevant information about the real cost of projects.
This has created transparency in our business. We are a small team and don't all work full time. This makes job sharing a breeze and also helps everyone communicate across projects with ease. We know when task need to be done, when they have been done, when they've been quoted and invoiced. Also - the 'help' is fast and usually has an answer.
Weirdly, it seems that if we come across something that we don't like - it is rectified in the next update. Or, if it's something personal to our system we just email the support team and they can talk us through a work through or fix.
We are basically solving all of our business problems - the only thing that it doesn't do it find the customers in the first place! We've realised through this how much easier the business flows when you're not spending all your time unpicking the journey of a project, it's all there to see. Who did what when and what the outcomes were.
The greats ervice they offered us during our implementation and support. The software is straightforward and understandable
Nothing, it's just a great software. They have to focus on getting things more visual but everything else works perfectly
The transparency and communication of all project status and its financial. It helped the different stakeholders to be on the same page
Simplicity, as we use it for purchases and sales in the same time, we have very good overview of the projects.
Modify offer / It is possible to see only 5 position in the filed "Quantity". For excamle: quantity 10 000 - ok, but 100 000 - number 1 dissapares, after saving the offer the number is correct.
Inside the company, it is easy to follow each other's projects, take over if necessary.
The simplicity and intuitiveness of the interface make it easy to create and manage tasks. Time tracking, commenting, and binding of tasks to the projects create an excellent perspective of the workflow for the whole team.
I can't say I have found any flaws or missing features while using the tool for more than 1 .5 years. The only thing I would wish to improve is reopening the closed tasks with a single click.
Scoro is an excellent tool for managing a workflow, tracking progress, communicating the problems or what is missing while completing tasks. It's great for remote, international teams.
Scoro considered now one of the best Task management and Project Management software, I use it before and it helps me alot in managing and tracking the opened and finalized projects and the scheduling the to do lists ,Also gives me the ability to prioritize the tasks and coming plans
The customer support sometimes takes time to reply for any pending issues or inquires but the rest of the software is fine and good and no main issues in the software it self
Scoro Dashboard and the reporting function helps us to track the sales team KPI'S and to track the dead time for opened projects ,Also the ability to control the work flow and issue invoices and bills for successful deals and leads make it fully controlled Customer and projects Management tool by integrating also to any cloud like Google or AWS clouds
