"Abundance of possibilities."
What do you like best about Scoro?

The possibility to tailor it to your company's needs. It can serve as a multitasking tool, from planning to holiday overview (in the calendar). The time is now actually always recorded, and the reports generated to give a nice insight into how the time is spent and on what.

What do you dislike about Scoro?

The time entries - mainly the mechanics of how the time is recorded, if the time is allocated and the user will start the timer on the allocated time and pause it let's say after 10min, the remaining time that was allocated will be thrown back to the "jobs to do list" and treated as unallocated time - which with multiple tasks already on the list creates a bit of chaos. Planner - Not possible to move the tasks on the same day to change the order(to appear on the top) - for now utilising the "priorities" - would be enough, but to change the priority, each task needs to be opened and edited (from planner view), if the priority "tick" would be visible on the planner tasks, it would help(and able to easily change it)

What problems is Scoro solving and how is that benefiting you?

Everything that is planned, the time is actually recorded by the production team member - no more " I forgot to record my times". The reports are giving nice data, also visual information. The phases are helping to split each more complex project into separate collateral.

"User friendly environment with good manuals"
What do you like best about Scoro?

Nice graphics and data visuals. Good variety of presenting data sets. User-friendly environment. Customisation options.

What do you dislike about Scoro?

Searching for interlinked entities (e.g. linking events with tasks) is not working great. There is no option for a multi-selection of items (e.g. tasks in Gant chart).

What problems is Scoro solving and how is that benefiting you?

Project info in one place accessible for all. Data collection, analysis and reporting. Access control to specific information. Time recording. Overall, it improves management, planning and efficiency.

"Automation applications"
What do you like best about Scoro?

What I like best about Scoro are the modules that work together to provide critical competencies for any organization. Although all your information is displayed on a larger screen, the interface has been designed to function optimally on smaller screens, such as smartphones. I appreciate how easy it is to move between channels and viewpoints and that you can tap anything to learn more about it. The app also takes you to a separate section of Scoro where additional work with the item tapped can be completed.

What do you dislike about Scoro?

There is nothing that I dislike about Scoro. Moving a project through its phases has been the only challenge, but it is time-consuming. I may ask the Scoro team if there are methods to tailor our experience/workflow within Scoro further, if something is being done incorrectly, or how we can better our procedures.

What problems is Scoro solving and how is that benefiting you?

The Scoro app has been a great help in managing the many tasks we have simultaneously at the studio. We often use it to assign tasks to employees without having to send mass emails or interrupt their workday.

"Exceptional system for project management"
What do you like best about Scoro?

I love the way Scoro allows you to reassign tasks among team members. This increases productivity by ensuring that schemes are constantly being worked on and eliminates the need for individuals to reset their jobs. The notifications in Scoro are also beneficial; they serve as gentle reminders for items on your calendar that I may have forgotten about otherwise. Finally, I appreciate the method used to track invoices. It provides a clear summary of all pertinent information related to each invoice.

What do you dislike about Scoro?

I wouldn't say I like that your contact list is not synchronized with significant email providers because it's inconvenient to look for people. Scoro also has a bit of a learning curve, so it might not be the best program for someone who wants to use it immediately.

What problems is Scoro solving and how is that benefiting you?

The problem that Scoro is solving is the lack of visibility into complex projects for remote sales teams. With its modular dashboard, Scoro provides continuous feedback on current goals and the performance of sales agents, making it easier to resolve issues and keep track of complex projects.

"Scoro is the ideal software for a firm that focuses on project management."
What do you like best about Scoro?

A significant interface makes it simple for me to view my schedule and the calendars of my colleagues, as well as keep track of cooperation and other tasks. There is one place where I can find everything I need. My encounters with previous clients are simple to locate, and I can add additional notes, papers, etc., to those that already exist. There are intelligent connections between every operation, so if you want anything more, it will be there when you require it.

What do you dislike about Scoro?

I wouldn't say I like it when my quotation gets converted to a PDF file and the title and description are omitted. Make our quotation readable, and if possible, include a picture of the thing we're quoting.

What problems is Scoro solving and how is that benefiting you?

It facilitates project collaboration and ensures that all relevant client and project information is just a click away. It is aesthetically pleasing and straightforward to use.

"Scoro's workflow reliability is one of its numerous strengths."
What do you like best about Scoro?

With Scoro, you no longer need multiple software solutions to manage your projects and workflow. One of the things we like best about Scoro is that it can be customized to suit the specific needs of any organization. Another great feature is its command center which gives users an overview of all their tasks, performance statistics, and upcoming calendar events in a simple, easy-to-navigate interface. We also appreciate that customer and vendor information can be centralized within Scoro for easy access by everyone on our team.

What do you dislike about Scoro?

I wouldn't say I like Scoro because it's not the most user-friendly platform for managing IT projects. We haven't yet developed a simplified file structure, and the client display can get cluttered with completed activities and time entries, making it challenging to find specific client information.

What problems is Scoro solving and how is that benefiting you?

The Scoro program is an excellent way for us to keep track of all our clientele, their needs, and what projects we need to complete for them. It also helps generate new sales opportunities that we may have missed.

"It is extremely user-friendly and convenient."
What do you like best about Scoro?

Attention to detail is, in my opinion, Scoro's greatest strength. It can be time-consuming to do administrative chores in Scoro, but doing so gathers all the information required to evaluate the project's progress in an one location. It has never been easier to delegate tasks to team members.

What do you dislike about Scoro?

Sadly, the application does not display the agreement's true provisions. The report does not reveal which pieces of machinery the client has a contract for, how much those contracts are worth, or when they were last traded.

What problems is Scoro solving and how is that benefiting you?

When one can keep an eye on time, manage projects from beginning to end, and keep an integrated calendar, the amount of time spent on routine duties greatly decreases.

"Excellent task management tool"
What do you like best about Scoro?

The features for project management are superior, and the system's constant stream of updates has proven useful. Scoro's adaptability is ideal for our purposes, as we have customized its settings to reflect our unique project delivery methodology. It has every function we sought but could not locate elsewhere.

What do you dislike about Scoro?

There are still minor bugs in the software, such as the inability to link people to the CRM. Even simple tasks such as calendar synchronization can occasionally go awry.

What problems is Scoro solving and how is that benefiting you?

We are currently concentrating on construction projects and time management. Since utilizing Scoro, I have had ample time to consider how I spend my days, and I am unsure if I would want to conduct future business without such a tool.

"Daily task management with Scoro"
What do you like best about Scoro?

I appreciate keeping track of the time required to complete recurring tasks. Conveniently, Scoro displays regular tasks with their due dates, so I am always aware of my tasks and make sure they are completed. Projects and billing have also become much more efficient since we began using Scoro, which has significantly impacted our ability to complete tasks quickly and efficiently.

What do you dislike about Scoro?

One of the main cons of using Scoro is that it may be challenging to keep track of everything on your planner or to-do list. This is because the tool has limited display options compared to similar tools. Another potential downside is that you must become familiar with all the available options and configurations before getting started.

What problems is Scoro solving and how is that benefiting you?

Scoro has enabled me to organize my upcoming days and weeks better. I can accurately predict the amount of time I will need to devote to each recurring task, enabling me to use that time for meetings or other projects.

"A user-friendly platform"
What do you like best about Scoro?

Scoro provides an all-in-one solution for businesses of any size. It's a great tool for managers who need to stay organized and on top of their game, as it calendars important events and organizes tasks among employees. One key strength is the interface: Scoro makes it easy to access whatever information you need quickly and efficiently. Additionally, there are a plethora of performance indicators available so that you can measure how each individual is doing with respect to their specific responsibilities

What do you dislike about Scoro?

It is sometimes hard to trust the e-mail settings. Sometimes it will say that the message was sent, but it wasn't actually received.

What problems is Scoro solving and how is that benefiting you?

I have found Scoro's dashboard easy to use and navigate. The visual layout is helpful in getting an overview of my tasks for the day, week, or month. I also appreciate being able to see which deadlines are approaching so that I can plan accordingly.
