The user experience is smooth and I like the advanced task management workflows - to be able to filter by tasks and rearrange columns to view the right data at any point.
I wish I had desktop notifications but the in-product notifications help at the moment.
Categorizing my daily work - the UI is really intuitive to use and it also helps our customers to navigate and do their work easily.
I love the option to be able to track time directly from tasks and also alter the timesheet later before submission. It's also super easy to communicate with customers directly from our tasks & projects.
We'd like to customise the customer portal further by choosing exactly what's shown on the project dashboard - not that the customer portal isn't good now, it's great!
A lot of manual work is now automated - creating projects out of templates, email notifications, reminders, etc. Saves me a lot of time working on my day to day tasks.
Timesheet logging is the best in this category. Their engagement has been top-notch with the pace at which I receive responses to my questions and the features they're releasing.
The customer portal experience needs a revamp for sure.
It helps me manage my onboarding projects with ease.
Report and Resource Management Feature is time saving and helps us to increase productivity
As of now, there is nothing as such to dislike.
The report feature gives us birds eye view of the team's and project's performance, which helps us target the problem at the root.
It takes care of everything that is involved in project and helps us to keep records like - development, implementation, meetings, etc. and helps you collaborate. Also we can create tasks, sub-tasks, assign owners, developers, etc. to give an entire 360 degree analytical view of the ongoing projects.
Nothing as of now. I am not facing any issues and there's nothing to dislike.
We are managing and tracking all our implementations on Rocketlane. This has made easy to track our task management and structured. Also, it gives macro-level monitoring of the projects for our team.
The ability to put in all of my tasks and to check what I have done over a period of time is absolute bliss.
The UI can be a bit faster. It sometimes doesn't register the tasks entered.
The ability to put in all of my tasks and to check what I have done over a period of time is absolute bliss.
We can easily track the status of the projects and a particular task can easily be assigned to anyone and can work collaboratively. Multiple projects can be handled in a very easy way and get an idea of which project and which task was pending for a long time and what was the time taken to complete a particular task.
Intermittently it takes a bit more time to load the platform.
Problems solved using Rocketlane: 1. Particular task has been assigned to me if needed and worked on it so that everyone will know I will be working on it 2. Estimated time has been set for a particular task 3. Able to use timesheets so that we can analyze the time for a particular project we have worked on Benefits of using Rocketlane: 1. Tasks and the status of projects are easily tracked 2. Visibility of the person who is currently working on the task can be tracked 3. Can easily set and work towards the completion of a task in time
- Ownership of project items for customers - Templates for managing different project needs - Collaboration with external stakeholders
- There's nothing I can think of that I dislike.
- Planning and executing customer onboarding projects - Keeping customers aware of the progress, challenges and their dependencies
The ability to share only what is needed without sharing the whole project. The ability to have private notes, tasks and messages within your organization.
So far, nothing. It is pretty straightforward to use.
We used a different tool but it required a lot to learn for customers who had never used it. With Rocketlane, they don't have to learn a new tool because we can just send a recap of tasks due via email.
It's a robust tool that helps demarcate responsibilities. The project status is visible to all stakeholders and this helps in achieving deadlines. It has a very intuitive UI and different templates that can be used to manage different stages of a project. On a high level, the tool is super useful to identify problems and bottlenecks!
Nothing to dislike. The team is doing an amazing job!
It saves a lot of time and effort by improving collaboration on a project. As we go over the multiple stages, it helps us make decisions and get feedback from the key stakeholders.
It helps keep our team organized with our implementations and helps us identify blockers sooner and proactively unblock them. It also has provided more visibility to leadership to understand performance and efficiency opportunities.
I'm excited to see the new features Rocketlane releases over the coming year, that can help us understand our KPIs at a deeper level.
- More internal organization of projects - The ability to identify blockers sooner - More visibility for leadership - Better organization for customers
The ability to integrate with SFDC as well as manage our implementation projects in a streamlined fashion. Gives us a great view of where things are at from a leadership point of view but is also a great improvement from an IC point of view on our previous tool. The Rocketlane is extremely easy to work with, our Project manager became an integral part of our team during the rollout and the team overall has been really responsive. Our rollout was quick and smooth thanks for the amazing support from the rocketlane team.
Nothing but looking forward to more features being added in particular around capacity allocation.
We had a previous tool that didn't allow us to share with our customers, equally adoption from our team was low due to the difficulty in using the tool. Our team is very impressed with how easy it is to use Rocketlane as well as the new features which are enhancing our customers' experience.
The best thing or feature of Rockelane is that you can tag your clients for any particular requirement or dependencies in any task and the fact that they have full view of the stages if the Task.
It does feel a bit overwhelming in the beginning but once you start using it you understand its importance and how easy it makes your day.
We are using it as a Project Management Tool where we onboard clients and also use it for creating a transparent system so as the client can have complete access of different stages of the task.
The product ticks all of the boxes we were looking for from an Onboarding tool - the dynamic templates and resource management aspects are especially noteworthy
Haven't found one thing that I dislike so far, everything we've raised with the team has either been addressed instantly or they already had on their roadmap, can't fault the team!
We needed a tool that would allow us to deliver projects more efficiently but also allow us the flexibility our projects demand and we've found that with Rocketlane. The team can't stop raving about the chat and customer portal elements too.
I like the fact that I can have custom task fields and categorize all my tasks into different buckets. Very easy to analyze and stay on top of things!
Can't customize the customer portal's UI completely. I can selectively disable modules and have branding, but not completely overhaul the UI for different customers.
Easier to run implementation projects when customers also have visibility and are a part of the process.
Extensive dashboard showing insight.....
There isn't anything as such............
Effective project tracking with collaboration along with saving time and effort.
They were always ready to help us even if it wasn't related to their product. The product fits our use cases almost perfectly.
I dont think there was something that i disliked cause if there were any problems they got to them quickly and fixed them.
All communication is through their product and structured very well which helps us finish onboarding faster.
Rocketlane allows you to share implementation progress with customers to ensure transparent, accountable, and effective processes are in place, and the partnership is set up for success. The team is also amazing and quick to respond and add desired features.
Nothing really. Everything was as communicated. I would say that the email features that are being developed would be helpful, and I look forward to that. This is a slick platform.
How to share our implementation work with our customers, stop looking for files in the email thread, sharing tasks and their progress, chat internally and externally.
Templates make it easy for us to onboard new clients up to standard
Now, we are using it for onboarding alone. It can be utilized some more for other Projects. We have not explored yet
Even with new people in the team, we can follow process to onboard clients successfully.
The best thing about rocketlane is the sheer transparency it gives to our customers that we're implementing. Earlier our implementations use to be a black box for customers. However, Rocketlane really helped us with giving customers full visibility on the project/implementation plan. Moreover, it's a great tool to maintain and measure internal implementation metrics
The platform has slow load times, but that's only om rare occasions
- Provide transparency to customers on implementation tasks and timelines - Assign ownership of tasks for internal stakeholders - one stop shop for everything relating to implementation
