Rocketlane has transformed our Product Implementation operations. It offers flexibility and enhanced visibility, allowing us to easily manage and share project information. We appreciate Rocketlane's ability to categorize information and chats effectively. This simplifies our processes, making it user-friendly even for new business owners. Rocketlane has filled the gaps in our specific needs, which had been a challenge to address until now. Their Post Sales Support has been gold standard. We had an excellent experience with their Customer Success managers Swathi and Aishwarya. They have always been proactive in ensuring our implementation deadlines are met and neccessary support is given at all stages.
While there is nothing specific to be disliked about Rocketlane and since they are evolving, there are certain limitations w.r.t features that are available in the system viz. Custom roles and permissions, Time triggers and Advance Reports
Rocketlane streamlines our customer onboarding, making it easy to standardize the process while allowing for customization when needed. It also automates task dependencies, ensuring projects stay on track with minimal manual intervention, keeping our team focused on delivering value to customers.
Everything of project management & PSA under one single roof. A couple of integrations but work wonderfully well. Everything can be templatised in Rocketlane and can be used to broadcast team updates, project updates, etc. The new automation module really works well.
Reporting and Dashboards are still very much underdeveloped, wherein, we don't have the option to schedule and send.
Rocketlane is brilliantly helping us with being a CS tool as well as a project management tool, thereby, helping us in using one single tool instead of two. The Kan-ban project view and project fields feature help us a lot in customizing our solution.

I love the user-friendly dashboard and the intuitive design. I love hos customizable it is so I can format the data in whatever way works best for me and my team. It also makes it very easy to pull stats for all our projects. The clients seem to like it as well. It is the king of keeping things on track!
It's difficult to change the dates for entire projects. It would requrie a lot of manual work to change the entire date range for a project. It's almost easier to just create a whole new project.
Keeps us on track and makes it very clear to our clients what their next steps are with onboarding. Saves me a headache and a half.
To track the time spent on the perticular task, and also we can manage our pending tasks by tracking on rocketlane

Rocketlane is easy to use, allows us to manage our projects with ease, and I love the customer portal component. In addition, the team is responsive and knowledgable, as well as open to feedback.
We'd like the tool to be able to support Enterprise level customers - aka have many projects roll up to a summary project to share with decision makers vs at the project level.
A multi-task and phased approach to customer implementations. We've streamlined our process to help reduce TTV.
Rocketlane's UI is straightforward to use, and I had a smooth learning curve while learning its features. We were able to go live within a month, and most of our team has adopted Rocketlane for all our customer-facing and internal project tracking. The implementation managers and CSMs are super lovely and are willing to help out at any time! Their knowledge hub is also pretty comprehensive and has answers to most of my questions.
I would love it if we could customize the customer portal more!

Built-in communication features such as chat, document collaboration that keeps all the conversation in a single place.
