This application is truly a trustworthy application we have come across. The application helps us to manage our project is the best effective way, as we have seen the benefits of this tool. The real-time update greatly helps the users like us.
The notifications are not getting delivered timely. The search button requires to get optimised. The system requires a full internet connection to work. It is a fully online tool.
The management of the project is good all the way. Connecting with users became easy. The system's realtime update feature updates us stand clear with the required information.
* Structures entire onboarding plan effectively. * Keeps the plan 2 way to manage along with the client team. * Effective status updates. * Easy overview across clients for leadership.
* Emailing functionality is needed. Doesn't have a great email templatisation and mailing feature (say, like HubSpot). This would improve client communications further during the onboarding stage. * Reporting could be further improved through more customizable reports (say, like Salesforce)
Rocketlane helps us plan and execute client onboarding for our SaaS platform effectively and in a timely manner while leaving a good first impression on our customers.
The interface is very easy to manage. I can share these projects with my customers with limited access.
You have to select the start and end date for the stage before even understanding what the task would be. Rocketlane should have a feature where the stage days auto-updated based on the start and end dates mentioned for all the tasks in the stage.
Rocketlane Team listens to your problems! We have one of their Customer Success Agent who connects frequently to understand the problems we face and try to fix them.
Personally, I am using this software and I would appreciate the rocket lane team actually, This software is really awesome and my life is really too easy to manage our projects through Rocket lane. and This is 100% true Very well a good structure to define to create and maintain a project
Nothing to dislike everything is super in this software, yet my experience is so good, Company management is also very cool and good and services are also good.

We love how you can have client projects AND internal projects. It makes the onboarding process so much easier for our client service team and our clients as well!
When we first signed up we had some issues with the platform running slow, however we brought our concerns to the RL team and within a week the site was blazing fast. These guys listen!

I tried a handful of workflow and onboarding software systems to help me get off excel and organize my tasks and productivity. Rocketlane is the only one that offers an intuitive interface allowing me to view and interact with all my projects at once without having to click through an endless layer of folders. It's customizable, visually appealing, and provides a user-friendly option for my clients to view their transactions and projects in real-time. I'm looking forward to integrating it into our daily routine.
So far, nothing! I am still a new user and do not yet have any improvement suggestions.

A few more customizations would be really helpful. For example - 1) Ability to change the colour scheme for the customer portal. 2) Support for a few more integrations( example: Click up)
