Rocketlane's automation features are by far the best in the market. It's saved us so many hours in micromanaging updates and statuses within our implementation projects.

I would love to see more integration capabilities within Rocketlane

It was a nightmare to manage projects with different tools. With the help of Rocketlane and the planning, the projects have reduced my manual labor.

We are extremely satisfied with Rocktlane. As we are able to look into financials, it would be beneficial to be able to use Rocktlane for billing and invoicing.

Rocketplane has been a savior, as it reduces redundant tasks and helps us focus on customer satisfaction.

Rocketlane has become my one stop source for accessing all my implementation related info over the past year. Amongst other features, I use the pre-built reports on Rocketlane extensively, which allows me to really drill down on the projects that require more attention based on their status.

Nothing that i dislike as such. Sometimes, we do get a lot of emails and in-app notifs from Rocketlane in case we choose to keep porject notifis switched on.

Project management tool as a whole gives a very smooth experience for project owner to ensure the project is on track and gives a great collaboration experience.

Trying to understand more about the capabilities and future releases lineup

We were not great with tracking status of the project, and everything was just a vague guess and updating as and when customer asks, but now we are quite vigilant once we started rocketlane journey and now we are able to give a very good idea of the status updates and reporting for each project.

Rocketlane has several features such as Resource Management, Capacity Planning, Time tracking, Budgeting and calculating profitability / Billable utilisation that has made my job easier. I can now use Rocketlane as a standalone platform for all my PS needs; their dashboards and reports have helped my org dive deep into projects that require extra attention!

Nothing to note. I have not faced any challenges while using Rocketlane.

We earlier lacked a single tool that helped us track our projects, budget and time tracking which was also easy to use.

Only after we started using Rocketlane we built a standard onboarding plan for our product, after which we were able to onboard our customers much quicker time.

Initially, we found it a little hard to understand the interconnection between the different features later after we checked out the support articles it was much easier to understand.

The onboarding & support has been excellent right from the beginning, We have more visibility of the various stages of our projects.

Rocketlane has one of the best project management module, and very easy to use. We found it quite helpful since we need not spend a lot of time training the team to use the tool. We implemented it ourselves with a little support from the team.

Currently all good, Sint find any difficulties.

Rocketlane helps in Managing team and allocating projects based on availability, collaboration internally and otherwise, Document management, WSRs, which helps us reduce the time to see the value in our services to our customers.

Rocketlane's automation features have decreased our manual intervention into our ongoing project delivery processes. I especially love the automations feature, which enables us to set up automatic actions based on triggers.

Streamlining Onboarding Process: Earlier, we were using spreadsheets for managing our onboarding process, which became cumbersome and unmanageable over time. Rocketlane has helped us structure our onboarding plan into templates, and has reduced the time taken in managing our projects

Startups like us find it difficult when there are lot of tracking to do. But Rocketlane makes it easy for us to track our onboarding process/ progress of tasks.

NA. Looking forward to a few new features in the roadmap.

Its a lot of work for us to keep tracking things in sheet, Adhoc status updates. Hence, we make most use of project update template to send to customers. Its quite helpful in thar front.

Rocketlane has been solving a bunch of problems for us. We used to have all client information across different tools and we found it really hard in delivering projects on time. Task management in excel was really hard, the board view feature on RL helps us to be on top of things and ensure that there is no delay.

At times we miss out on few notifications from Rocketlane while not at work, it'd be great if there is a mobile app.

Quick & hassle free project delivery, the timeline view feature and the ability to shift dates is something that we were struggling to do while managing projects on excel. Now we get complete visibility of the entire project plan which gives us & and the customer great confidence.
