We use it to help keep new customers up to date on how their implementation and onboarding are going. It does the trick!

Nothing yet. We have a very basic use case, so it works well for our needs.

Rocketlane allows users to check in on their project without requiring me to check in and write an email back. This means I can focus my email touches on relationship building

Best part about Rocketlane is how easy it is to use. Our customers have visibility on what is going to happen once they buy our platform and they are updated every week on their progress.

Although I don't see any downside to using Rocketlane, I would love to have more automation in place which can help free up some bandwidth for my team. Also, more integrations with other tools like Trainn, Vidyard & Loom will help us import videos made over there to Rocketlane for quick troubleshooting videos sent out to the customer. Otherwise Rocketlane feels like a complete tool

We are using Rocketlane for the following Use cases: 1. HR onboarding 2. Internal Employee Platform Onboarding 3. Customer Onboarding Rocketlane has helped us measure our Onboarding efforts effectively.

It is a great way to sort out your onboarding process.

It takes a little time to get a hang of it.

Having used Excel sheets previously, using Rocketlane has eased the overall onboarding process

Intuitive UI, client-centric, graphically beautiful and easy on the eyes. Very short start-up period, you are good to go in an hour or less basically. All of the people I have introduced to the tool have a very short learning period.

A bit limited when compared to other core Project Management tools, in terms of workflows, and approvals. That is, however. I guess in line with this as a niche product.

One of the main challenges of other project management tools is that they are tools that are designed for team use and can to some extent be shared with customers. This tool is purpose-built for collaboration across organizations, clients and teams.

I can Apply some filters as per my requirement it is user friendly.

I am not able to direclty search anything.

Because there are many filter and all informations are available at one place so it is very useful to us.

The interface is streamlined and keeps all tasks organized. It is easy to navigate and manage different projects, set up tasks, set deadlines and collaborate with team members. It provides the correct visibility to the clients to track the progress of their projects.

As of now, everything is working great !

More enhancement to the platform would be helpfull

Reminders, Allowed Clients to view the progress on the Tasks or phases which avoids us to keep update the clients in timely manner

The ability to set milestones throughout the onboarding process and to be able to give clients a view and space to follow up on the events assigned to them.

Nothing significant, took a little time to get an understanding of the platform but their team was really helpful during the process so all good.

Able to manage all my projects and see a list of tasks in one place across projects saves a lot of time and ensures I don't miss out on anything important

The dynamic use of Rocketlane Application such as manage the different projects, setup the stages of it, adding tasks to it and then also recording the working hours spent on various tasks in a timesheet to track productivity. Another feature is to invite people on the project by providing limited access to them just for tracking the project implementation stages where they cannot see any private tasks that one has crated for their purpose.

Dislike can be that we are not able to add tasks when we are filling the timesheet directly and so then we have to go to that project and create task and then put up the time. If I want to fill past days timesheet then this cause double work.

Rocketlane is solving the problem of managing all the projects at one place with showing the dynamic information as well such as the project plan, total time invested, owner of the project, task close/open statuses and more. This all saves lot of time.
