Ease of creating projects, filling timesheets instantly
The link between calendar and timesheets don't happen correctly all the time.
I believe that Rocketlane solves the issue of project management, where we get to manage all our projects in one place and track progress simultaneously. The fact that we could pick the project we're working on, select the individual tasks, and set the individual hours spent on each of them, makes the timesheet filling process really easy.
RocketLane is a one-stop solution for all things project management and coordination. The tool is user friendly and intuitive and makes day-to-day tasks seamless.
There isn't much to be unhappy about. Outstanding product, onboarding, and support teams.

This tool is incredibly user-friendly and packed with great features. Plus, it's highly interactive making it super convenient to use.
Nothing big to dislike about the product. There could be more optimised access levels for the users using the product.
With this tool, we're able to effectively manage our time and access project information with ease.It works great in keeping us organized and on schedule.
Communication, Project updates, Premium Onboarding Experience, and Auto Follow-ups. With the help of Rocketlane, we structure all our Onboarding into categories like Follow up, Not Responding, In Progress, and Completed. This list will give us a head start on customers who are not active to communicate better. Compared to competitors Rocketlane has been our choice in terms of affordability and extraordinary support. The customer support team is well-versed in the Automation of tasks and they helped us connect Rocketlane with our CRM.
As of now, everything makes perfect sense to us and it's been going great. No Dislikes.
Managing our client Onboarding on an Excel sheet was tedious. When one of our team members goes on vacation it was difficult for us to understand the status of the Onboarding. Rocketlane solves problems in communication, giving an amazing experience to the customer. Single source of truth for B2B customer Onboarding. Rocketlane also helps you with creating documents for Minutes of meetings, uploading documents, Send Updates, Send Customer Satisfaction survey and lots more.
I like the ease of use, very simple to understand and easy to use. I like how it keeps me and my team so organized.
There isn't really anything, honestly. I can't think of one.
Organiation! With Rocketlane, it makes my job so much easier whilst keeping my clients on track of the onboarding and what they need to get done.
The tool is very simple and easy to use. The support was very helpful.
Needs more features like showing photos, files, in creating forms
Rocketlane helps us in organizing the tasks in managing our projects. It also helps our clients to keep track of their onboarding process.
No limit on number of customers I can add Create templates to quickly design plans for customers. Share documents with customers Allow customers to share docs as well as send messages.
There are very limited training materials available to help with learning the application. Visually the customer interface can be overwhelming for customers. There is no way to have tasks stay hidden until something triggers it.
We have 300 schools we need to onboard each year. Keeping track of all the schools, their data they submit, and the step in the process they were at was almost impossible before Rocketlane.
At first, I was confused about using Rocketlane for my use case as a CSM. It turns out some of my teammates weren't using it properly and passed poor habits when I was a new hire. I gave RL as so-so NPS and they immediately reached out to support me. They spent time and great detail to show me the best use case for my personal day-to-day use cases.
Nothing. They've been very helpful. I'm giving them 10/10.
Managing customer tasks and projects that the customer is able to view and edit on their end.
How well we can see the status of each project and easily keep track of all of our unique fields and information. We like the Spaces feature where we can communicate with our clients efficiently without all the back and forth email and phone calls. This is way easier to use that a traditional Project mamangement tool that is generic
The inability to have a subproject the way we need it. Its a very unique situation where we launch a brand and then that brand has multiple locations that launch over weeks or months depending upon the client. We can sort and group by name but because of the uniqueness of each location we are unable to group them more automatically
Rocketlane allows us to have one source of truth for all onboarding projects where we can organize each Implementation manager and track the progress of each brand and their locations that we are launching. It has eliminated the need for manually updating Sheets or pen and paper or trying to use a Project managment tool that is not really designed for onboarding. The templates for both projects and tasks has made my training curve flatten dramatically where I can ramp up a new Implementation Manager much faster since the process is contained within this program
Following the process with the client is very easy with Rocketlane.
I would like to receive some notifications about the next steps that are with an expiring date.
The misunderstanding from the customer about the processes we need to follow.
