The ability to record and share- and store recordings for future use- the ability to interact with students- the ability to post polls to check for understanding- the ability to post files for users to download without having to email or file share them out- the ability to share my screen and teach- then pull it back to the connect screen to focus learners

The only thing I would change is the ability to embed and play videos- the sound is not great when sharing a video

The ability to teach and share virtually

The share screen feature is great. Also, i love how you are able to share documents and whiteboards, as well as links and documents. I use the chat feature for all of my classes and find it very helpful. I think that it is easy for my end users to connect into the classroom using the links. I post the link when i create the class in my LMS. I love the file share feature and I love that i can also share a web link. I like that i am able to have multiple chat and polling windows open at the same time. I find this program easy to use and i think my end users also find it easy to use. Easy to connect to as well.

i wish it were more interactive. Where people can raise their hands, give thumbs up etc. The other issue i have is with the audio. it is not very easy or user friendly to connect the audio through the classroom. I instead have to have the users call a number. I am hoping this gets fixed.

I need a place where i am able to present in a classroom type of environment and i am able to do this with Adobe Connect. I love it. Skype is the other screen share program and it just doesn't work well if you have a lot of people attending. Adobe connect helps with this. I use it daily for my classes that i teach.

I like how we can interact with our students. The fun ways to have the students do when we ask a student either hand wave, thumps up, the face. Also, how students can send private messages when they do not want other students to know why they are late or anything.

Not really it was learning progress this year for me.

There are not any problems.

The very many functionalities that I can all use throughout my workday. I am on the adobe room for my entire workday and use it to monitor our teams in the morning. This is where I do my team huddles and one on one coaching. I am also a part of multiple rooms that I can get to simultaneously.

I would have wanted the ability to respond directly to another person's response or query in the chat pods, but it is not too much of a bother considering that I can always use my microphone to address the team, which I always do anyway. Another capability I would like to explore is the "sending file" function which I know is there but I have not fully figured out how to use.

Adobe connect is great for virtual huddles and individual coaching sessions. I love that you have all the basics of a virtual environment plus additional benefits like creating breakout sessions. It is also easy to organize my day and enables me to multi-task, seamlessly moving from one task while still working on another. The notification sounds are very helpful when I need to be in another screen. I am also able to join multiple adobe rooms without much issues.

I live that I can have all of my content loaded in for 15 days of learning. Each day having its own window.

Sometimes audio cuts in and out but I've found that's because of the learner's data connection.

Overall better learning experience for our learner's compared to other platforms.

Generating reports (questions, tests, participation etc.) is just perfect. Working together in group projects with other teachers and students is easy and quick. "Engagement Dashboard" is the best tool a teacher could've; from with it I can track class' engament easily.

Some times video stream have same issues like stutter and mini-freezes. Resizing of a windows and working areas are sometimes bugged or stuck on click. In general they are not real problems but again some minor technical bugs and glitches occur.

Adobe connect has really good tools that can be applied various scenarios in teaching: Video sharing, Q&A, Test, Screen sharing, participation tracking.

Adobe Connect provides a great platform for live or recorded classes and trainings. It has many features that other platforms can't do. The app is straightforward and easy to use. Connect also interfaces with our learning management system which makes it easy for students to go to live class or watch recordings.

We are trying to find alternatives to some of the Flash-based pods that we use. Also, the experience between the web version and the app version isn't 100% identical. This can cause an issue when trying to troubleshoot problems.

We use Connect for all of our live classes. Since students also have the option of watching recordings, it works perfectly for eceryone.

The functionality, customize layout, in one meeting I can log in multiple times, chatbox, document sharing. keep my content separate on Adobe cloud.

The Blackboard is not working with my writing pad. In the chatbox, sometimes messages appear as from the Host instead attendee's name.

Blackboard issues using the writing pad for the excellent learning experience for the students. Right now, I am sharing my desktop to use external blackboard options. Benefits are: students' logs can be downloaded and poll results as well (if it opens). Another benefit is to create webinars and share the link with the students to view them.

Bugs with screen sharing and hot keys across browsers and platforms.

can sustain alot of people in the same rooms, plus breakout rooms are alot usefull, all the pods available in the program are helpfull to motivate our sales teams like the door bell for exemple each time an operator sells he has the right to knock on the door bell so everyone can know he made a sale, sharing pod is also very usefull if we want to share a powerpoint with the team about a new product for exemple

sometimes the program lags and could have more add ons Also, sometimes when we start breakout rooms we are able to hear whatever is happening on the breakout room and thats not good, we create a breakout room for a reason and with this BUG we aren't able to do it the way we wanted to

I can get track on my team, control the sales, help out team members have meeting in adobe doing, its also usefull to do dynamics in adobe with the share pod for exemple, we are having a dynaimic right now with a train and numbers each time an operator does a sale he gets the right to pick the number and the number may have a prize or not

Customers have trusted the tool and it has helped us not to fall. The connection is never lost, this helps clients trust and want to stay in contact with our training courses. The tool has facilitated the way to deliver courses, now it is easier to carry out logistics with large groups I like that the platform allows users to have different ways of interacting such as work groups and the whiteboard

I would like the controls to be more intuitive, this would help the instructors to have better control. I would like there to be customization options for the central panel. I would like the same tool to give recommendations for equipment for better use, speakers, microphone, etc. Sometimes Adobe updates force the user to have to uninstall the program, this generates a problem in the moment in which the participants of a course are in the middle of it. It would be very useful if the tool tells users what is the problem or error of its malfunction, for example, lack of microphone, lack of speaker or weak connection

From the problems that came with the covid, our company had to change its way of delivering courses. Adobe gave us a viable solution that our customers have accepted in almost 1 year now. Now we have a greater number of courses that we deliver digitally, this has positively affected the income of the company and the logistics of the courses.

I do a lot of recurring trainings, and it's easy to build layouts, load powerpoints and resources, and have everything all set to go in the Adobe Connect room so that trainings run smoothly. The new upgrades have enhanced speed and functionality, and make the rooms and user experience more appealing.

It would be nice to have a blurred background option build in.

I'm setting up training rooms that my team of trainers can easily use.

The adaptability and use of plugins to be able to track engagement and ensure everyone is paying attention to the class

There is no ability to share computer audio and this can hinder some activites for the class

The fact that Adobe Connect is not only extremely user-friendly, but also offers any and all solutions to translate the experience of what we used to do in a face-to-face environment into a wholesome virtual experience.

There is nothing I dislike about Adobe Connect so far. I keep exploring and learning. I am still amazed by this tool.

I am currently using Adobe Connect for training purposes, which includes training on Adobe Connect itself for its usage over several operations.

I enjoy the wide variety of pod choices to fit my needs.

I do not have any dislikes other than when I upload a PDF it often distorts the view.

With Adobe Connect, I am able to meet with my students and their parents in a format that is friendly and easy to use. Many are intimated at first, but even after one use they welcome the opportunity to meet using Adobe Connect.

This software has an extremely advanced user interaction, it shows us in a sidebar how all the material works well and correctly. When we try to connect and dial the server it usually works fine. Although sometimes when we have a presentation there are problems reading it, in general, most of the slides are read properly and correctly.

Certain times we have connection problems with the videos, in spite of that we attach them with time at the moment of its reproduction always happens some error and it does not allow to reproduce in a correct way, which can be quite difficult to try to observe what at the moment is transmitted. Some other times the program closes by itself and it is necessary to restart the whole equipment so that it returns to have a correct operation since if we only try to open the program this one will return to block and to close itself.

We have been able to implement this program to be able to give educational marketing classes in our teaching area for our more advanced clients. It has also allowed us to have very good interactions with the user and treat them as if we were in front of them.

It is stable (especially on PC) and the platform is geared toward the class room management

The interface looks a bit outdated and more pods are welcomed :D

Teaching virtually to college students who can not be in class due to covid-19

I love how user friendly it is, I have used adobe connect for 4 years. I have trained technicians to support specialist with offerings we provide in APHIS.

I don't like the feedback when participants log in and use computer audio and call using teleconference then need to turn off the speaker from adobe.

I like the poll features , notes, and chat box. Only thing I would like to be resolved is being able to control breakout rooms like Zoom.

An excellent software for doing meetings, virtual seminars, and that offers plethora of options to choose from during meetings such as participating in quizzes, discussions, polls, forums etc. The sound and video quality offered are great and the recording is excellent as well.

A bit pricey. Other than that the options offered and the solutions offered are worth the price.

Daily audio and video conferencing and team virtual trainings are delivered by Adobe Connect in our organizations. I have seen over 200 participants joining the stream of virtual meetings and the quality offered has been exceptional.
