It helps me most to have an easy connect with my colleague and have a better communication
There's no reason for me to dislike this tool.
well, we can connect as a group using this tool and also can have a private message to individual.
The best about Adobe Connect is that we can login as a guest without entering any login credentials.
It hangs sometimes but have gotten much better now.
It allows you to connect one on one and also it's very seamless for large webinars.
Adobe is becoming easier and easier, there are always new features.
Hard to say. I wish I knew how to permanently delete "shares" that I don't need.
I love that I can have multiple room setups.
It's such a streamlined platform! Very easy to use.
Because of the nature of my work, I don't use this feature often.
Sometimes connecting with folks with different technological platforms can be difficult with other connection platforms, which is better with Adobe Connect.
The option to upload a PDF and write on it, without having to download a separate program
There is no option to download a recording of the audio unless you sit on your computer through the length it takes the play the file, thus downloading it
Teaching to a large group of students without them having their cameras on
It is private and hard for non-participants to join since you need the room link to join. Also, it has plenty of features that help train and have meetings with large groups. My favorite part is that you can break people into teams to collaborate.
It can be a little tricky to create a meeting and have it link with existing calendars. I'd be a good integration if this could be added.
I use it for team meetings during projects and at the company we use it for training purposes.
Love that I can use it for team meetings. It's very easy to use & efficient.
Less reading should be required. Too many sections that can be made a little more clear but I still love it.
Team meetings for my work at home employees.
The product is extremely easy to use and intuitive
We have occasional connectivity disruptions caused by lack of support when attendees are also using VPN connections
We are able to provide technical training for clients that would otherwise be unreachable
We like the environment, presenter's view, Q&A, Poll, different layouts, whiteboard and drawing tools, controcl of presentation inside the application, ability to get help from the technical support team.
Not able to remove participants who misbehave. We need to do this on some occasions.
Online classes for students we cannot run face to face
I love having everything in one window, and having the attendees have the option to use the web browser or the app. It makes things good for our students who sometimes have security restrictions on their company computers. Love being able to have PPT decks and MP4 videos loaded directly into AC. Different layouts make our lives so much easier. We can easily set up different layouts with slide decks, videos, white boards, polls...everything we could ever need for a course. We don't have to worry about screen sharing or making sure our instructor pulls up the correct slides. Their support team, even though they may not always have a quick fix, is very responsive and friendly. They always find an answer, if not a solution.
There are some bugs and glitches in it. A little bit of difficulty with screen sharing (which is why we shy away from it!), and conversion of certain PPT files goes a little wonky from time to time.
We were able to take our in-person courses to online in a matter of a couple of months. It has been fantastic. We can have all webcams on so there's that face-to-face interaction without risking COVID exposure. It helped keep our association afloat during a time when we could have easily seen major loss of revenue.
