The thing I appreciate most about Adobe Captivate Prime is its ease of use and practicality. I have to admit that at first, it was a bit difficult, but when I started watching the instructional videos, everything started to fit together. As an intern, look at my training calendar, which I like a lot. It is easy to navigate and helps to plan the sessions you are training for.

I don't like the way the software is shown and how it goes from user to administrator. As a student I think there might be more confinements on access. As a student, it was quite natural for me to get to the management that the group leader or operations manager was to be managed.

I'm currently working on a client subscription to Adobe Captivate Prime LMS, but you need to understand and update your subscription and order status. With the advent of new Adobe software, we've had to face the many phrases that appear every day and look for solutions.

Adobe Captivate functions as an element of an educator's mind and heart. It provides the opportunity to reveal the nested loops of a talent provider's under- or unused abilities and enliven and enthuse a learner. Whether it's screencasts or software simulation, Virtual Reality tutorials or smartphone ready-made classes, quizzes or plug-in and play experiences Adobe Captivate offers multichannel channels to bring content to a large audience.

The support resources ought to be expanded in terms of videos and assistance archives. Even in high-end computers it does not run effectively. Lags are also noticeable using the LMS's differential features.

Since educating in the area of managing in Bank of America, I gradually supplement pencil and panel instruction during the class itself with immersive quizzes to deepen the concepts. Screencasts are ideally suited to provide specialized training and encourage employees to practice at off-hours.

Easy LMS for a client that could be customized easily. Easy interface, didn't customize as expected.

It has the functionality I need to make interactive videos such as pausing videos, capturing quiz answers, and add interactivity.

The interface feels outdated and some features are hard to use. Powerpoints do not load into captivate very well but the editing or authoring features are not as robust when compared to pwerpoint. There is an annoying skip that occurs when piecing together videos.

Entire LMS was extremely user-friendly . Compliance Dashboard was easy to set-up. Configurations for quizzes were robust. Adobe was smart to include social learning / badging / gamification features. Captivate integration.

The best part is the ability to create content within the LMS system and not have to create everything outside of the system.

The limitations of reporting and administration to use the software with an organization that has multiple departments and team leads. The costs of the software is a bit higher than others that we have looked at and we can not afford to keep this software with the amount of users we have.

Being able to disperse training in a more efficient way to users wherever they are working remotely. We have narrowed down the amount of on ground training due to our ability to train online.

Captivate Prime LMS is a very mature and well sourced LMS. It comes with the backing of Adobe which its Creative Cloud products are legendary. It's not that difficult to learn and has a wealth of features like offline access and learner tracking.

This LMS is a little pricer than others, but then again, it's Adobe and you get top-notch support. It's also a bit inflexible in allowing customizing organizational structure and access rights. It can be done, but it's very limited.

The interface is easy to use for medium to advanced LMS users and allows for fast and fluid. Its intuitive learner dashboard allows personalization with drag and drop widgets. It also lets learners know about their upcoming courses, recommends courses they need to finish within given deadlines, the skills they have learned, and additional courses they might be interested in. This is a great "Learner Based" LMS.

We used this to create 1p audience segments and found great success with it across our campaigns.

It has the ability to unearth the hidden layers of under or unutilized potential of a skill provider and invigorate and enthrall a learner. Be it screencasts or simulation of an application, Virtual reality walkthroughs or mobile ready courses, quizzes or plug and play interactions Adobe Captivate provides multichannel pathways to deliver content to a wide variety of audience.

Need more use cases to demonstrate where Adobe Captivate can be put to test. The support content in terms of tutorials and help files needs to be enriched. It does not run efficiently even in high end machines. Lags are often visible using the differnt functionality of the LMS.

After teaching in a public university in India for about two decades in the field of computer science and engineering, I am increasingly supplementing the chalk and board teaching with interactive quizzes during the class itself in order to reinforce the concepts. Screencasts are most suitable in order to provide hands on training and enabling students to practise during off hours.

The tracking system on how the students perform and learn, and how well the software is packaged to make the best experience. Very well done!

Easy set up and smart rules There are several smart rules which can be built into ACP which allow automatic assigning of teams, courses and learning paths when someone is created or registered in the system. Other LMS’s provide this, but the way this is set up in ACP is intuitive and smart. It drastically cuts down the time needed to get people up and running on the LMS and will save the time that LMS administrators would usually take setting people up. Offline Content ACP seem to have done this better than any other LMS I have trialled. The ability to download all course content and use the system offline, while still experiencing the system as if offline, is a superior offering from ACP. Publishing from Adobe Captivate We already use Captivate to create our eLearinng content and publish our SCORM compliant training packages. Having a system that allows us to publish quickly and easily from our eLearning authoring program to our LMS saves time. Instructor role One unique part of ACP is having a dedicated instructor role which allows training instructors to log in and manage all of their training activities. Other LMS’s have this but tend to be quite complex. The way a user experiences this in ACP is simple and easy to use.

Pricing is a little higher than other LMS's.

The biggest concern I have is its inability to integrate with Udemy.
