Nothing really, we are very happy about our choice of thinkific. Price is a bit high, but that's okay as quality follows.

We use Thinkific to onboard the our customers and teach them about all the features our platform has.

The platform is user friendly, both on the customer and admin side. FAQ section is extremely helpful, one of the best I've ever worked with professionally.

It's very user-friendly! It beats out the competition by a long mile.

It takes a bit of time to get the hang of it but there are a number of videos to guide along. The other thing is that you have to add PowerUps (additional cost) to really make it look better.

Move existing classroom learning content online to expose it to a larger audience.

Easy to navigate and fantastic from an operational backend user/admin professional point of view. Additionally, Thinkfic gives learners ease of use and freedom to learn from anywhere. It is an exceptional learning platform for both instructors and learners. Excellent technical support. Implementation of the course curriculum is incredibly smooth and quick. There are tons of tutorials available for assistance. The features on this platform are easy to use and plentiful.

There are some minor iOS integrations that Apple does not allow.

We currently have no issues with the platform.

Hmmm, that's tough. I think having the ability to author courses inside of the platform would be great. Like being able to add animations, call outs, etc.

Thinkific provides a one stop shop for me to host my group coaching program. It's half live, half asynchronous, so the platform allows me to conduct the entire end to end business flow from landing page to purchase without me having to worry about integrating all my systems.

The flexibilty and ease to create our brand, our way to show our exisiting and new members who IGNITE is with the support required to execute perfectly.

We are not currently using the app because it does not meet the requirements our members would need.

On our previous platform we were not able to whitelabel anything and our members got confused on who we were. Our company is all remote learning to the veterinary space and providing that in an educational platform elevates the training we are providing. We are now able to show our elegance we have always had in our learning, but was hidden by restrictions of our platform.

The best part about Thinkific is that it is very intuitive and simple to use. Key features like course builder and site builder are quite robust and reliable. I also like how responsive and supportive the team is w.r.t all queries.

Capability on Real-time reporting and insights is definitely an area that carries scope for improvement. It is not very easy to see your learner progress across courses and your learner lifecycle in one place.

As a small squad driving an Academy like initiative for prospects and customers, Thinkific allows us to ship courses to the market in a fast and self-sufficent manner.

The ability to customize the platform to meet our needs and for our audience to not think they are on a different site. Thinkific seemed to be the most modern platform in the LMS space.

The lack of email marketing directly within the platform. Having additional subscriptions or things to purchase to make our site "just right."

Using Thinkific Plus has allowed us to reallocate our dollars from in-person to virtual onboarding. This has allowed us to get more engagement and overall satisfaction from our audience.
