I don't currently dislike anything because the features are sufficient for the job.

Depending on our needs, some of the necessary components were added, and some were provided the appropriate solutions.

Very user friendly. If I am stuck or need help, I can usually learn it quickly by trying new things.

What I like most about Adobe Learning Manager is it is easy and convenient for our employees to use. I also like that we can set due dates and automatic reminders for training that is required.

I think reporting could be more streamlined. It can be cumbersome at times to find the information that I'm looking for in order to report on it. I'm not sure if this already exists, but I would love to receive auto updates or notifications when I log in of any changes/updates from an administrative side. I know there are online trainings, but little tips or something would be a quick, easy reminder of new things that I could start to utilize right away.

We have a remote field sales team that are spread out all over the country. Adobe Learning Manager helps provide initial training for this group of employees to learn remotely and on-demand prior to attending in-person training. We also use it as reinforcement and refresher training for this same group. It also helps us provide supplemental training to our customer experience teams.

The reporting side of the platform can be difficult to navigate.

From an admin perspective, it is easy to navigate and manage our users. It feels up to date and like the user was in mind when designing. I like that there can be different profiles for our different types of users.

I would love if there was a built-in feature that we could have our learners automatically enrolled in the system when they join our team. This is a manual process currently, and we don't want to have to purchase additional software to do this; it should be a standard feature.

ALM solves our problem of being able to provide on-demand learning to our employees. It helps our new team members feel connected and up to speed quickly.

The short learning curve of using this tool and we have a great account manager that always offers her assistance.

There's a lot of similarities in the market, and hopefully, LMS can provide a competitive pricing model for corporate users.

It's easy to create content and upload it into LMS. Users administration is easy as well.

Very simple and easy interface to locate what you need. Clear and concise.

The fact that you have to switch the different profiles from learner, author, administrator. After using so many other LMS's it is a bit easier to have all roles in one view instead of separating them. And the upload of elearning content could be defined a bit better. I wasn't sure if it was uploaded completely and then I realized I had to do another step.

We are using Captivate for our company due to certain compliance needs.
