Features are awesome CS team is very helpful and accessible Perfect for remote events & hybrid events Platform is very easy to use Implementation was done with ease Frequently used the platform for townhalls, internal info sessions etc
Costing could be reduced a bit Some useful features are yet to be implemented
Ever since the pandemic, the need to provide an amazing experience to participants whether remote or on premises has sky rocketed. We were able to solve this issue with airmeet. We were able to create an amazing experience for all participants during the townhalls conducted in the year. People who were attending remotely felt included and had an amazing if not better experience than on premise participants
We use airmeet to host our flagship events BeMore Festival and Product Day. These are very large scale (10k+ participants), multi-track, live-streamed complex events. Airmeet makes it extremely simple to setup and run, we could manage it with our super lean team. The platform is very powerful, comes with a rich set of features, and highly robust! They also offer a whole range of value added services with 24hr customer support. All in all, they really make hosting complex events a breeze!
Nothing much. It may take a bit of effort to get started since it's an enterprise tool with lots of features. However, there's 24hr real time customer support to help.
Airmeet makes running large scale events a breeze. Before airmeet we had to create indivudial zoom sessions and manage them one by one. With airmeet we only have to create 1 event and participants benefit from having a seamless experience joining session after session.
The backstage feature is excellent in the case of online conferences. It allows the speakers to discuss and test the systems effectively before the event. The audience does not have to be held in a waiting room while that is happening.
The requirement of high-quality internet connectivity is challenging for developing country participants. It is ok if the participant is only a listener/observer but it makes it practically impossible to operate for a speaker.
Organsing national/international meetings and conferences is an important part of my work. Face to face meetings are more effective but prohibitively expensive. Online meetings are cheaper/free but not always effective. Airmeet provides a way to organise very effective and productive meetings and conferences at a much lower cost than face to face events.
The platform is intelligent, efficient, and visually stunning. I am not writing the review out of greed to get a coupon or discount; I am driven to give a review because of the beautiful experience we had while organizing a conference on Airmeet. A word of praise also needs to be said for Shawn, who handled the conference with patience and skill. Features such as meeting backstage, the breakout tables are brilliant and well thought of; the feature offering the reactions from the audience gives it a personal touch. Overall, I have been recommending Airmeet to my friends and colleagues. The team of Airmeet deserves a standing ovation for such a spectacular effort.
To be honest!!! Nothing! Airmeet was a blessing for us in a difficult situation. If I were bound to pick one, the only issue would be that Airmeet has a steep learning curve, which elderly users might find difficult to learn.
Academic conferences can become very one-dimensional on the usual video meeting platforms. It isn't very interesting when a speaker delivers their talk, and the interaction with them is through a chatbox. One of the primary goals of a conference is to build relationships through conversation and interactions. The table conversations that Airmeet provides solves that problem. We had a very successful conference, thanks to that feature.
As an attendee, I liked that I can go in and out of main halls and have sidebar discussions with colleagues, as needed.
When I first used it a year ago as an events organizer, setting up was not as intuitive as I would like it to be. I believe that these challenges were recently addressed.
I love the creativity of Airmeet for Hybrid conferences - wider audience reach at reasonable price points. Our Coalition has grown 25% in membership in the past year.
The tables, booths, fluid meeting space, and leader boards provided a much more dynamic experience than other webinar platforms.
There were issues with some software and hardware setups. In particular, safari caused issues for presenters, and a speaker's surface tablet was unable to connect. This is relatively minor but meant things were a bit more complicated on the day.
Our issue was providing an engaging, interactive experience for people who have burnt out of video meetings. Airmeet's engagement tools stood out, and their price was very competitive.
It is a complete platform, in which each of the options has a reason for being and a utility. What I like the most: - You have the option for conferences and congresses - Tables are flexible, they can grow, you can name and image them, users can create their own tables, people love this option - The quick matches are great, all the participants think that it is a pleasant experience, at the end of the time the participant darkens, it is great. - In the conferences you have spaces for the reception and for the sponsors, with all the options, they are very happy with everything they can put on their stand. - All the time it is being updated and improved, the new interface design is very good. - And a lot of other options that are very good, the registration, the reminders, the excellent agenda, the access to the recordings, the management of speakers, the different levels of security in the registrations and accesses and much more.
I like almost everything, everything is very well thought out, but if you face some problems: - Requires a very good connection and equipment, more than other meeting programs, which causes problems in almost all meetings for some of the attendees. - The learning curve for some of the assistants can be a bit high, but in the end they are options that add value to the platform - The app works fine, but has limited options - In the 1 to 1 matches, for example, those who are participating through the application cannot do anything, they should be able to occupy a table.
Leaving the classic videoconference, of which everyone is already tired, being able to interact in different ways with the other attendees adds great value to the platform. On the other hand, you are in control during the presentations, there will be no annoying open microphones or cameras that are left on by mistake. You decide who goes on stage, as is the case with live performances.
the customer experience is amazing. Better than anything else we've ever used
there is nothing I don't like about this system!
creating a space that isn't just another zoom room, using Airmeet elevates the program value
