Mostly for candidate management, interviews, selection, and rejections. Data management about the candidate and accessing the details very smoothly, I use this every day. It has many features and uses. I can integrate with my company websites where the application comes to bamboo directly. And issues are resolved easily as customer support is very good. We have got many implementation ideas and have done them easily.

The UI is a bit not great compared to other portals but mostly it can be habitual to the person who uses reguraly

I've been using Bamboo HR at my organization, and overall, it's been a valuable tool for managing various HR processes. The interface is user-friendly, making navigation a breeze. One of the aspects I appreciate the most is how Bamboo HR makes time tracking more efficient. It has simplified the task, saving both employees and managers valuable time.

There are some limitations, particularly for managers overseeing other employees. Certain features seem a bit limited in terms of functionality, and it would be beneficial to have more robust options for managerial tasks. Example the ability for part-time staff to report to more than one person. This aspect can sometimes hinder the seamless management of teams and employee-related processes.

The hiring process has been transformed, with Bamboo HR offering features that enhance recruitment, making it a breeze to manage and onboard new team members. Overall, Bamboo HR has increased efficiency and streamlined the workflow for our team.

BambooHR is super easy to use, it is very easy to navigate around the platform and find what you are looking for, the reporting function is great and the highlight is its ability to integrate with other systems.

It would be great if there was a calendar feature on Bamboo where you could view employees' leave dates on a calendar instead of just in a list or a report.

Integrating with our other systems, also preventing manual input and reducing the human error that comes along with increased manual inputs.

One central location for employee data and all digital forms and signatures is great! The applicant tracking system is also easy and feature-rich. Customer support is top-notch with a live person when you call!

BambooHR has the information that I need to access in a format that is straight forward and makes sense. BambooHR has all that I need to keep up with updates with my job and information I need personally.

Bamboo HR is very easy to navigate for both employer and employee. The site is very intuitive. Customer support had been wonderful when needed.

More integration options, currently it does not integrate with out financial program.

When I started here all onboarding was done with paper forms which could be easily lost. Bamboo HR makes onboarding a much simpler task and all forms are kept electronically so the less likely to be misplaced.

Everything is located at the same place and it's very easy to use

Before BambooHR, we didn't have an Applicant Tracking System so it really helped us with that. We can update the status of every candidate during the process, which is great

What I like most about Bamboo HR is that I can easily clock in and out, schedule time off for review, and view other users time off on the company calender to know how to plan. The message/annoucement aspect is great too so that important info can get easily communicated to the whole team.

I would say the only downside that I've experienced is that sometimes the site can have trouble loading or produce an error message and I will have to restart the app, which can be frustrating if I'm trying to clock in quickly.

As a user I really appreciate being able to view my exact accrued hours for time off, and being able to actually take those hours out as I request time off makes it super easy to know how many hours I have left to use.

I love that everything is in one place! Everything is easy to find and the system is very intuitive. I love that we can add custom fields to track our specific needs.

I wish there were more engagement, like weekly pulse checks.

Keeping track of everything people related.

Bamboo is incredibly user-friendly. It is very easy to process payroll, run reports, implement time tracking, and make changes to employees. Customer support is good and they provide valuable tools to assist with implementation. Our HR team uses Bamboo daily and there is nothing challenging to use, even for newer HR staff.

It does have some limitations that we need to explore other integrations. Notably, the time tracking is good, but there is no option for geofencing. We can see where staff clock in/out, but there is no option for restricting where staff can clock in/out. Also, we have issues with hourly staff entering PTO without having a positive balance. There is no way for us to block this, so it must be manually caught and adjusted.

Keeping all information consolidated in one centralized location.

We were coming from a totally manual system. Bamboo HR has helped us transition from all paper and manual spreadsheets to a more digital approach that keeps everything in one place and allows us to streamline our processes. We use the assessment function and have totally revamped our whole assessment process thanks to Bamboo. We have stream lined our onboarding process and now offer remote onboarding if desired. Now we do about 98% remote onboarding.

What I would like to see Bamboo offer is a dedicated Account Manager. If we have questions or problems, we want to be able to talk to somebody that knows us, knows our history, knows our name. The lack of that makes us feel a little bit like we're just a number.

What I most like about BambooHR is the user friendly layout plus the speed to process and update data inside the tool, the option that allows you to upload massive adjustmets is also really helpfull, the last thing to raise is the support that we receive from CS team.

The least helpfull thing about BambooHR is that even we have the ability to create new fields, usualy they have limited options.

BambooHR is been our Core HR system and is solving as our HR solution for keep data and manage the entire lifecycle of our employees

It is very user friendly, the software is designed to be intuitive and easy to use. BambooHR is a great centralized database for storing and managing employee information. Customizable reports are one of my favourites! Also, onboarding and offboarding features and tasks are very useful and help a lot!

I would like to see more options for the hiring / recruiting process - specifically for leaving notes. The process would be much easier if there were reminders for leaving notes, more information about the interview, timing, maybe scorecards.

The recently implemented change to the payroll process using Bamboo has been a beneficial development. However, we have noticed that some crucial reports required by our organization for the approval of payroll are missing. These reports are only accessible after the payroll has been approved and processed. Although we understand that it is not always possible to include every report in the initial rollout of a new feature, the absence of department-specific reports has caused problems in the organization I support.

For my purpose, they are making the payroll process easier.
