At first, when I started investing in the crypto world, Binance seemed the most trustworthy of all the brokers and that was a valuable quality but soon proved to be wrong...

They stole LUNA (8,20$) without permission from MY wallet to replace them with LUNC (0,000106$) which was basically a ghost coin to cover their SCAM. They proved to be worst than a regular bank and almost broke my trust in the crypto world. Never again.

At the moment, none. They're THE problem. I just wanted to do this review to prevent other people from trusting them. Sooner or later, you're gonna be robbed, trust me.

Nothing, at all! I invested in Lite, Tron and BTC. I left my investment undisturbed. Last yr when the market took off I was told of the transfer between Binance and Binance U.S. Now, and after numerous emails they answer by pointing the finger at each other.

During the time they say they transferred coins from Binance to Binance U.S. All of mine disappeared. I have emailed both Multiple times and they just point the finger at each other.

None. Binance blames Binance U.S. and vice versa.

Range of cryptos that can be bought. The platform has a lot to offer - when it works.

Good selection of coins. Not much good about they are CROOKS!

They stole my entire account - one day, my account was 0 balance. CROOKS and SCAMMERS. Customer Service ignores you. AVOID AT ALL COSTS they ar THIEVES!!!!

I do not have anything good to say about them! they are slow and never ever help you when you have problems. I tried to contact them to see if I can get my money back.

Now I am just waiting until they reply to my ticket and it has been more than 1 month that I wait for their reply(today is June 10 2021). I tried to take my money out and it never arrived even after 3 montjhs of wait!

There are heaps of options to trade, good fees too.

Customer service/ support is non existent. If you have issues with your account or money that has not been deposited to your account (out of no fault of your own) Binance will not respond and when they respond they will deny any accountability and lie to you. They tell you we will refund you and not refund you but make you try to contact them for 3 months to get another response letting you know that they can't do anything. I've had an issue with a bank transfer that I sent to the correct email pay ID that has not been deposited to my account after almost 6 months. They claim they don't have it however the banks have confirmed the transfer went through successfully to the right account. Absolutely appalling customer service I have never experienced such a horrendous experience before.

I am not solving any problems with binance if anything I have more prop pens because of them.

The interface is good enough and intuitive

I can't buy anything within my account, every time I try to buy crypto I see the message: "Risk Account Detected!Sorry, you are not able to purchase crypto because you didn’t meet Binance security Terms of Use and Internal Policy."....I have tried the customer support multiple times and nobody can solve this issue. I opened my account two months ago and I never used it. Gonna delete my account......

Buy and sell crypto

At this time, I cannot provide a positive spin for Binance. In it's current form it is a money grab.

Customer service takes days for a response. Then the response you receive is an automated response. Your money is held hostage through this process.

Initially investment for growth. But cross your fingers and hope you never have anything go wrong with a transaction. You'll never talk to a real person about it through their support.

Disgusting support and not possible to get any receipt or help about money withdrawal. I made a SEPA transfer for my euro account about 2 weeks ago and still haven't receive the money. Support people send me to the appeal section when I do appeal it is rejected and I am advised to go back to support. And guess what? Support again sends me to appear selection, when I again got rejection. I can't even get receipt of SEPA transfer to contact my bank. My money is nowhere now

The initial idea of investing in a secure and professional platform. What a disappointment!

Customer service is overloaded and handed to bots. I am stuck since december 2020, with no access to my account and with no reply to my queries. I feel like a hostage and i am afraid i lost my investment.

I am totally desperate with the way my support ticket is handled. ( Latest Case ID 421805 - account user ID 45498851) I registered the account 45498851 on  29.7.2020 (date of personal verification by binance)   with e-mail mollard.royal@gmail.com, then I changed mail bogatsvozavtra@gmail.com on 8 Dec 2020 with the help of Binance Customer Service. On 29.12.20 I tried to access my account from my mobile device and failed by inadvertance in the verification process. As a consequence of this failure, my e-mail bogatsvozavtra@gmail.com is not usable anymore to access my former binance account. This e-mail is now connected to another account, totally empty (ID 63076550). I wish to access my former and authentic account ID 45498851, from another email, antouraforever@gmail.com.  My former, real account has funds on it. I started to deposit funds on this account ID 45498851 on between 9 and 29 December 2020. My funds on acct 45498851 are integrally dispatched  as follows : ca 49% on BTC, ca 51% on other 40 other tokens (BNB, ETH, LTC, USDT, POWR, XRP, etc.) I submitted several requests to Binance helpdesk in January-February-March 2021, with no result atall. On two occasions, somebody (i.e. a ghuman body, not a robot) seemed to be interested in the case and asked me to fill in a form for identity check, which I did integrally. No one came back to me ever with a follow-up. When Binance opened a chat to face the requests for assistance, mid-March 2021, I started all over again to explain my case. CS "Deborah" told me on 8 March it would take 24 hours for a reply. No feedback since then.CS Pavin told me on 10 March he was referring the case to senior level. No feedback at all. Every time I log in on the chat, a chatbot asks to tell the story from scratch, and repeats "please describe your issue in details" until you get crazy. Than it tells you « bingo » like a pure provocation in the face of an exhausted customer.

It's not possible to get in touch with Binance. My money never arrived on the account, but there's no chance for me to get it back. They never reply on mails (only 6 formatis of automatic replies) and the chat is also full automatic. Be warned.

Some problems can't be solved by a computer. Get real people to answer my questions. I have to accept that my money is gone now because Binance does not have real people to respond to problems.

There is nothing good about this website

First, I had to do a verification not only of my passport but had to scan my face, after waiting more than 12 hours to be verified, I also had to upload a document of one of my bills to prove that I live in the address. I don’t understand why they need so much of my information if I just want to buy some cryptocurrency, I can’t even imagine what they do with all my information. I’ve signed up for robinhood and they never asked me for the usual social security and just verify that it’s me, I just think it’s so sketchy that they ask for so much information, it makes me feel like I’m applying to be in the CIA. I honestly wouldn’t recommend it at all. Save yourself some time and go sign up for a different website that has better things to offer and has an easier way to buy stocks and cryptocurrency. I can’t imagine if I wanted to buy a stock at a low price but had to wait more than a day to be able to purchase it, especially with all the limits they put.

They don’t have any support team that actually helps you. Every company should have a good system to help the customers but they don’t

Instant transfer of deposit via pay I'd.

Manipulation of your assets figures when trading and deciding to buy or sell that cost you a lot and benefits binance financially as they rub you as an example that happened every time that I have decided to buy and sell my crypto, Price suddenly jumps up or down when pressing buy or sell as soon as you have hit the button and too late to stop which is not normal. Buy and sell function doesn't operate when you wanted to which has cost me alot of $$$ and I am now 100% sure it has been design to operate like that by binance. False advertisements and running it like a casino with false promotion. Never received referal fee when introduce family and friends my my unique referral like. Fees charged for transferring via pay I'd that it's should have not been charged as promised by binance in their website as available options to deposit without fee for Australian. High fees and wrong price advertisement compaire to actual and real market pricing. I have raised this issue in writing and not received satisfactory answers by them. It is my duty to let people know about this scamming websites operating by high tech programs out of China whom not honest and only aiming to get richer by stealing your money.

Not much, I liked only that the first 3 crypto purchases I made were successful.

I am no longer able to purchase crypto because they are saying "you didn’t meet Binance security Terms of Use and Internal Policy" after I provided my ID and got VERIFIED. The full message is as follows: "Risk Account Detected Sorry, you are not able to purchase crypto because you didn’t meet Binance security Terms of Use and Internal Policy" I contacted them and no real solution or reason was provided. And it is extremely hard to get in touch with them.

As I said not many benefits. Their UI also is so counter-intuitive and messy!

Unreliable technology. Horrible support. I have been locked out of my account for a month now. their system doesn't work for authentication. I have sent them my drivers license, my passport, a selfie of me holding these items, a video of me reciting the date while holding these items, and I am still without access to MY money. YOU ARE TRUELY THE WORST I HAVE EVER DONE BUSINESS WITH BINANCE!!!!!!

I was attracted to the platform because of it seemed to support many more alt coins that other platforms. This ended up being my mistake.

I do not like that they freezed my account without any advanced warning and any notification whatsoever. I am a US based customer and my account features have been disabled and I'm not able to convert the alt coins or withdraw them. The FAQ pages advised to open a US account, which I did but am still frozen and not about to access my assets. I've been on a mission for 3 days straight just trying to contact someone, I've submitted several support tickets and have literally waited on their support chat 3 times for over 10 hrs each and get booted off. This site initially appeared legit to me, but is looking now like a scam. I would avoid using Binance to ANYONE.

1\ ACH doesn't work from chase, us bank and Bank of America. Their engineering team is so incompetent they cannot fix this Daily limit bug: Rejected Amount exceeds the day limit: 0.01. You can only deposit 1 cent!!! and it doesn't work. 2\ Same day wire never works. do not waste your money. They cannot read the transfer reference number from Bank of America or US bank. 3\ You cannot withdraw from your binance wallet to kraken or anywhere. you get this message: suspended due to risk management. 4\ customer service is so incompetent and takes for ever to respond. No one knows what they are doing. I wrote many emails to the founders and they don't care to respond or fix this stupid issue. This company sucks.

Nothing solved. I sent over 25 tickets and 50 emails. nothing is solved. the only solution is pray to god that they will allow you to transfer to kraken one day.
