What a "secure" and "independent" way to manage your crypto with Binance, huh? I thought the same until $16,700 of mine was frozen on Binance. On January 15, 2024, while attempting to transfer my crypto, I received a message stating my account was frozen due to a violation of the Terms of Use. The next morning, I discovered my account was completely banned, with no access to withdrawal functions. I decided to investigate the matter myself and discovered that my decentralized USDT wallet, which I used to top up my Binance account, was flagged with a 100% risk level. Upon inquiry, amlcrypto informed me that the risk was associated with deposits from garantex, which is now under sanctions. It's worth noting that amlcrypto support resolved my query the same day for a $1 fee, whereas Binance has taken months to address an issue in an account with over $20 million in turnover. (ID 177504654 ) I encountered a similar issue with Payeer, but they simply reversed my crypto transfer and refunded it, clearly stating the reason. With Payeer, I had no trouble getting my money back. However, Binance refuses to return funds, fabricating excuses and deadlines out of thin air, seemingly to hold onto your money as long as possible. It seems we've discovered that anyone can send you tainted crypto, and Binance will freeze your funds indefinitely. I was also disappointed by the lack of honesty from their support team. Now they adjusting dates of review, added 14 days more, scammers.

Yeah, it was very easy to buy some Doge through Binance, no problem there.

2 weeks ago, Binance asked me to withdraw all my money because they were no longer taking U.S. based customers. So I tried to do this several times, plus I chatted three times with a representative. Every time they told me that the problem is fixed, I can withdraw now. But no, it was impossible to sell my Doge coins. Today I tried again and my account is closed. Lost all my money.

No benefit, just total loss. Where did my money go?

Nothing, at all! I invested in Lite, Tron and BTC. I left my investment undisturbed. Last yr when the market took off I was told of the transfer between Binance and Binance U.S. Now, and after numerous emails they answer by pointing the finger at each other.

During the time they say they transferred coins from Binance to Binance U.S. All of mine disappeared. I have emailed both Multiple times and they just point the finger at each other.

None. Binance blames Binance U.S. and vice versa.

They stole my entire account - one day, my account was 0 balance. CROOKS and SCAMMERS. Customer Service ignores you. AVOID AT ALL COSTS they ar THIEVES!!!!

I do not have anything good to say about them! they are slow and never ever help you when you have problems. I tried to contact them to see if I can get my money back.

I Lost my money, I was earning some money with dogecoins and when I wanted to take out my money from scamance, I mean , binance, I never received my money into my bank! Now I am just waiting until they reply to my ticket and it has been more than 1 month that I wait for their reply(today is June 10 2021). I tried to take my money out and it never arrived even after 3 montjhs of wait!

There are heaps of options to trade, good fees too.

Customer service/ support is non existent. If you have issues with your account or money that has not been deposited to your account (out of no fault of your own) Binance will not respond and when they respond they will deny any accountability and lie to you. They tell you we will refund you and not refund you but make you try to contact them for 3 months to get another response letting you know that they can't do anything. I've had an issue with a bank transfer that I sent to the correct email pay ID that has not been deposited to my account after almost 6 months. They claim they don't have it however the banks have confirmed the transfer went through successfully to the right account. Absolutely appalling customer service I have never experienced such a horrendous experience before.

I am not solving any problems with binance if anything I have more prop pens because of them.

The interface is good enough and intuitive

I can't buy anything within my account, every time I try to buy crypto I see the message: "Risk Account Detected!Sorry, you are not able to purchase crypto because you didn’t meet Binance security Terms of Use and Internal Policy."....I have tried the customer support multiple times and nobody can solve this issue. I opened my account two months ago and I never used it. Gonna delete my account......

At this time, I cannot provide a positive spin for Binance. In it's current form it is a money grab.

Customer service takes days for a response. Then the response you receive is an automated response. Your money is held hostage through this process.

Initially investment for growth. But cross your fingers and hope you never have anything go wrong with a transaction. You'll never talk to a real person about it through their support.

Customer service is overloaded and handed to bots. I am stuck since december 2020, with no access to my account and with no reply to my queries. I feel like a hostage and i am afraid i lost my investment.

I am totally desperate with the way my support ticket is handled. ( Latest Case ID 421805 - account user ID 45498851) I registered the account 45498851 on  29.7.2020 (date of personal verification by binance)   with e-mail [email protected], then I changed mail [email protected] on 8 Dec 2020 with the help of Binance Customer Service. On 29.12.20 I tried to access my account from my mobile device and failed by inadvertance in the verification process. As a consequence of this failure, my e-mail [email protected] is not usable anymore to access my former binance account. This e-mail is now connected to another account, totally empty (ID 63076550). I wish to access my former and authentic account ID 45498851, from another email, [email protected].  My former, real account has funds on it. I started to deposit funds on this account ID 45498851 on between 9 and 29 December 2020. My funds on acct 45498851 are integrally dispatched  as follows : ca 49% on BTC, ca 51% on other 40 other tokens (BNB, ETH, LTC, USDT, POWR, XRP, etc.) I submitted several requests to Binance helpdesk in January-February-March 2021, with no result atall. On two occasions, somebody (i.e. a ghuman body, not a robot) seemed to be interested in the case and asked me to fill in a form for identity check, which I did integrally. No one came back to me ever with a follow-up. When Binance opened a chat to face the requests for assistance, mid-March 2021, I started all over again to explain my case. CS "Deborah" told me on 8 March it would take 24 hours for a reply. No feedback since then.CS Pavin told me on 10 March he was referring the case to senior level. No feedback at all. Every time I log in on the chat, a chatbot asks to tell the story from scratch, and repeats "please describe your issue in details" until you get crazy. Than it tells you « bingo » like a pure provocation in the face of an exhausted customer.

There is nothing good about this website

First, I had to do a verification not only of my passport but had to scan my face, after waiting more than 12 hours to be verified, I also had to upload a document of one of my bills to prove that I live in the address. I don’t understand why they need so much of my information if I just want to buy some cryptocurrency, I can’t even imagine what they do with all my information. I’ve signed up for robinhood and they never asked me for the usual social security and just verify that it’s me, I just think it’s so sketchy that they ask for so much information, it makes me feel like I’m applying to be in the CIA. I honestly wouldn’t recommend it at all. Save yourself some time and go sign up for a different website that has better things to offer and has an easier way to buy stocks and cryptocurrency. I can’t imagine if I wanted to buy a stock at a low price but had to wait more than a day to be able to purchase it, especially with all the limits they put.

They don’t have any support team that actually helps you. Every company should have a good system to help the customers but they don’t

Unreliable technology. Horrible support. I have been locked out of my account for a month now. their system doesn't work for authentication. I have sent them my drivers license, my passport, a selfie of me holding these items, a video of me reciting the date while holding these items, and I am still without access to MY money. YOU ARE TRUELY THE WORST I HAVE EVER DONE BUSINESS WITH BINANCE!!!!!!

The user interface and the overall experinece is what I like about Binance. Most of the tokens listed on Binance are those which have been studied thoroughly and have a minimum risk factor associated with it. It offers full fledged trading and investment option in crypto. We also get knowledge and learning sessions on blockchain on binance.

I dislike the minimum required of 10 dollars to make a purchase in spot accounts. Sometimes it makes it difficult to trade due to this limit. Apart from this, I do not like the Reward systems. Mostly we do not get rewarded in the events. It could have been more attractive to the users.

Binance is solving a problem of reach and knowledge to the people regarding the blockchain and crypto assets. Through Binance I could kickstart my journey to dive into the blockchain through learning the basics via the learn portal. Also I am able to learn about various coins and blockchains and their use cases along with trading and investing.

Binance supports my country with the lowest fee compared to other exchanges. p2p market is zero fee where we can buy currency cheaper than Binance Fiat

some coins are not available in Binance such as CRO. charts are limited e.g. only the price but not market cap.

Binance has both an advanced and LITE view. This is a fantastic feature that makes the mobile app very easy to sue and incredibly user friendly. The UX & UI is slick and sleek, this makes using the product streamlined. The app has a very strong security feature which gives confidence within a space often riddled with scammers and fraud

Many mainstream UK banks have banned crypto transfers due to financial regulations. I feel Binance is making tried to overcome this while staying true to its goals.

Binance is providing a safe and secure environment for me to manage my cryptocurrency investments. I'm able to research, store, buy, sell and exchange currencies.

Binance is one of the oldest and trustable platform where one can buy and sell crypto currency as per their choice. You can easily withdraw and deposit money to your bank account and vice versa

The app glitches sometimes and it's non customisable. Furthermore the user interface is also basic. I have experienced app crash as well. It would be great if it includes two factor authentication for login.

I'm a trader and I use binance to invest in crypto market for future gains. The graph provided for various currencies is quite informative and easy to understand. Also we have an option to earn some extra bucks is someone installs the application through our referral code.

Binance has by far the most developed ecosystem of crypto financial services in the global cryptocurrency exchange offerings, as well as the highest trade volume across all exchanges around the world, the best liquidity, and the most extensive selection of both spot and futures trading pairs, as well as other derivatives products, for traders and investors or all types. The fees are extremely low and competitive, coming in at 0.10% for both market makers and takers of liquidity, and there is even a 25% fee reduction for holding native token BNB. Binance is my top choice of exchange by far.

KYC is not required due to regulatory pressure and US investors are forced to use Binance US which has an ok selection of crypto, but functions as a different company, alebit using Binance's order books. US investors used to be able to use Binance with a VPN but in recent months KYC has been forced so can no longer do so. Nothing else to dislike about Binance besides this, great ecosystem and service. Support is even very responsive now.

Binance is being used by myself at a personal level to invest funds in the cryptocurrency markets as well as to trade and invest with my futures trading account. Binance's staking and other services such as collateralized loans have been used to obtain loaned capital on net long crypto assets.

Available coins for trading and it's pairs.

Staking should have been more rewarding incase of some coins like XRP.
