It is quite consumer friendly and overall easy to use

I do not like the lag it has sometimes. Also, working with others on the same doc can get tricky.

The problems solved using box is working collaboratively with many people, across different teams, and locations. The benefits I have realized include helping create a collaborative work force.

Because I didn't use it for some time, when I tried a password reset it promised to send a message to check address used to register it but no message ever arrived. I checked everywhere in my mail but it never came.

It merges seamlessly with my college account,where I keep all documents together.

The ability to access files and important information across all devices. Another good part is Box offers all this, without consuming a lot of bandwith and storage on any of the devices. So its a must have for my company for sure!

The UI could be made better for mobile app, also at times i have noticed there are lags on the mobile app as well as desktop app due which just freezes, so few performance tweaks would certainly help the experience improve.

I save copy of client data and reports daily on the cloud and access it as needed during a client call or meeting from the mobile phone. This has helped me in serving my clients better as ability to access their info on the go keeps me ready to answer their account related queries in an instantaneous manner.

Box is an excellent service because it integrates cloud storage with collaborative environment and really this is what I like about this service precisely that facility with which you can from the same platform plan and organize tasks and activities, has a message inbox in which the entire team that is related to the project or to which the task has previously been shared can easily be informed of progress and can define its contribution to it.

The service is excellent because from the free plan you can do many things that with other services you would not achieve, although honestly as far as the free service refers to 10 Gb may be enough limitations are presented is in the size by files which is only 250 MB, in terms of their payment plans they should have more options and sincere their prices because here the competition has won, and that is that their plans compared to other services are not competitive.

I currently use it in a joint development of an app with a group of friends, allows us to share and work together on the same project to see their progress and plan the assignments or activities of each of us as members.

I like that we have pretty much unlimited storage and we can access it from anywhere.

It is possible to access corporate folders and files easily. It is also easy to share information between defined colleagues, setting even write/read permissions for every single user who is part of the environment.

Box is the cloud storage service that differs from many by its free initial storage capacity and is that they are now 10GB it offers, but in its beginnings it offered nothing more and nothing less than 50 Gb, but what makes it very attractive is its practicality and e is that you just have to drag your files from your PC to the Box window and ready our file will start to upload and will soon be available to access it whenever you want, in addition to it you have applications for both Windows and Android and iOS.

They are very expensive their payment plans there are other competing services much cheaper than Box for the same price you would pay 3 months of subscription With Box in your 100GB plan you would pay a year in the competition.

I have Box for many years and at the time of registration I was given 50 Gb so I have enough storage space which allows me to create projects in which I can add collaborators which helps us to develop these projects in a more agile way because you don't have to rely on a place or time to run our activities as all collaborators based on their availability of time can fulfill their activities from wherever they are.

Box is a tool that is being used wide across the organization.We are utilizing it as part of our document management tools. I love that box is easy to use. It has an intuitive interface that well understands its users. It provides us with storage services where we can store the files we are dealing with on a daily basis. Box allows for collaboration in document formation which helps save on time.

The search feature is slow and more filters are needed to make it fast.

File size is sometimes an issue, and larger files take quite a while to load.

Allows us to upload marketing materials and sent directly to our partners for printing

Its good for daily usage, save files and so on but feels like is missing features compared to other cloud storages platforms.

Their plans are pricey, you can get better services and more capacity storage for less and it doesn't mean service will bad.

This is the best application I have ever used. It is really simple and helpful. It made my life so easy. I really recommend it to everyone. Awsome app.

I find sometimes technical problems with the application. I believe that these problems have to be solved directly.

It mKes everything easy for me

I like how you’re able to securely share documents with people outside of your company. It has version control so when you upload a new document, it replaces the previous one.

I don’t like how you’re not able to directly edit the document like google docs. It would be so much easier rather than having to download, edit, and re-upload the document.

Benefits include being able to share documents with outside vendors. It’s secured.

I like how easy it is to upload stuff and share with other people.

I don’t like when sometimes it gets a bit complicated to understand where we have access and not to some content

I like the UI. It looks awesome for my style. I really like the fact i can send my presentations to my colleagues and they just pop up our cloud and you can have a quick look just in the spot. Love the digital signature i can make super fast and easy. Removes bureaucracy inside our business

I don't like the fact that sometimes box stops working. Occasionally i get an error that doesn't allow me upload any document and have to restart in order to make it work.

bureaucracy is kept at minimum in our organisation. You can send documents from on employ to the other with no issue super fast.
