sharing links, how much space it can hold and security.
The phone app can be slow sometimes, but it could just be wifi issue.
Sending links when files are too large to send in our company email also high resolution photos.
File Storage, File Sharing , Access Controls, Versioning, Online Editing, MS Office Integration, Mobile Accesss super easy and super fast
I'm not sure i ever had any issue while using box, always worked well
We use is as a centralized location for storage. Files can be organized into folders and subfolders, making it easier to manage and locate specific content. enables users to share files and collaborate with others
It's very easy to use. Great resource to share, collaborate and backup filez
Sometimes it is complicated to access files sent to my work email as my acct uses the personal email
Share large files with vendors and colleagues
It is very helpful for sharing the confidential files and it is very secured and also useful for storing large files
As far as i have used did not find anything.
We are using box to share files and work together all in one place and we are using box for files that needs e signature which is very easy if we have box.
I like that it's very fast and works great even just logging in and uploading files on the web , it's very convenient in a pick up and go kinda way, uploads are fast and simple
Well it can become overbearing on the rules and regulations of sharing and ownership, the verification system could do for an upgrade , I was being redirected a few times out of my own files with error reading I did not have permission to view but hadn't even shared the link with anyone but myself
Well I'm able to finally get my teams in order and take advantage of my software that includes Microsoft Office along with box drop and a few more features we use , it's putting everything in order lovely which makes for even better business growth
I like that I can access my content remotely. Being able to share documents using a link helps with version control. I love the new Box signature feature.
Box does not seem to cater very well to individual users, and there are no good subscription options if you want a single-user license.
Box enables our entire organization to collaborate on projects securely.
The ease of use for creating and managing files.
Its integration with Hive when trying to move folders from within hive.
Ability to share files with people across multiple offices
Clean. Simple. Effective. Box does an excellent job of storing files on the cloud so that they are accessible across all devices where you have a stable internet connection. As a college student, it makes backing up my class assignments easy. I am able to transfer files between my phone, laptop, and desktop computer with ease. If I have an assignment that I want to work on at home, I am able to start it on my desktop. Then, when I go to class, I can download it on my laptop and complete my work.
The only downsides of Box are a minor user interface issue and inconsistent upload speeds with medium-to-large-sized files. When I first started using Box, I would always right-click below my files or in folders expecting to be presented with an upload option so I could quickly upload my materials. Unfortunately, this is not an option, you have to drag in files or hit the "New+" button in the right-hand corner of your window. But, as I said, this is a minor issue. The larger issue I have is with the upload speeds. When I want to upload files that are larger than just a word document, it seems to take ages to upload to the cloud. Most of the time I have had no issues, but there is a chance that the upload progress bar seems stuck right toward the end of my upload.
Box is solving the problem of having too many tech devices and not enough ways of transferring files. It benefits me because I am able to quickly transfer files from my phone, laptop, or desktop computer with ease.
I like that all my important files relating to work, school, and personal are SAFE in one place and readily accessible when I need them. I have never had an issue, and that makes me happy!
There is nothing negative I can say about this product.
Safety and accessibility. No one can get into my files unless I give them access to it. Updates are done in real-time, which makes life easier!
I think the interface is great. There are many options for protecting, sharing, and organizing your files and version control. It now integrates with almost any other platform you could imagine using, providing incredible flexibility for accessing your files anywhere you need them.
I would like the ability to have more user role types other than the standard three and to track shared file usage.
It helps our company quickly share files for collaboration, it affords one place where we can keep all of the essential documents needed to reference daily and allows us to access them on any device at all times.
It is one of the best Platform available out there for cloud storage
There is nothing that I do not like about Box but there are certain things need to be improved on the mobile application. If that is fixed this app is flawless
It is just like other cloud storage platforms but best in the industry
encryption and what seems to be never ending storeage
the monthly fee and it's hard to share links.
well, with leasecake, what I do, is make a photo file and upload all pix to there then paste the link in leasecake in each property file

I think that the Box platform has a wide variety of storage tools that facilitate the management of information for any project. We also like the security it provides when sending confidential information. This platform can see who has access to company folders and assigns each person, according to their position to the information they can access. One of the points that favor the correct functionality of this platform is that when sending information of interest to any person in the audience, they don't need to have an account on the Box platform.
Box is a platform that has brought great things to our organization. However, we must recognize that it has a learning curve a little long, and it is necessary to have previous training to be able to handle smoothly each of the tools it provides through the intuitive interface it has. And customer support does not offer much benefit to the platform since they take a long time to respond to the requirements being made. Therefore the process of adapting to the platform becomes a somewhat unpleasant experience.
One of the most important benefits we have had thanks to the Box platform is the problem of accidental leakage of personal assets; today, we have much more peace of mind when sending any of these unique assets through the platform. As well as we have also had an improvement in our desktop computers since all the information and data collection, or at least most of it, is uploaded to this cloud storage, i.e., we have everything in one place.
It has advanced features like showcase and sync adaptive to cloud file synchronisation and sharing. Enable any user to easily share large files. Custom LMS enabled for drag and drop for easy collaborative edition. Robitiuous cloud syncing and backups
Nothing to complain upon all it offers are working well
Improvement on digital file vault and minimum inconveniences.
l love its drag and drop feature. Box is customizable and very good for remote businesses. I use it all the time storing HR paperwork, and employee-training materials. It's perfect for collaborating with other co-workers or users. I especially like the upload via email feature. Use it all the time.
Sometimes there's a little delay in showing the uploaded via email files, but that doesn't happen very often, so it isn't that big of a deal.
We use it to store files on the cloud (videos, documents, audios, etc.) and collaborate with others. It's very useful! Everybody can download and upload files when we work on the same project. In my role, I use it to store candidates' tests, HR paperwork and testing materials.
Box's large storage capacity, secure environment and easy-to-use interface made it easy for me to get started with the service and start using it to store and access my most important information. This program has provided me with secure storage for my massive data, and the data I have collected can be distributed to various audiences. It is easy to use and works with a variety of platforms. It has fully backed up the projects.
I am not sure if it is a problem with the software or my computer, but it is prolonged without question when I install the software or start it for the first time.
We are creating a fantastic internal storage tool based on Box folders so that we can easily locate and share any file with anyone in the organization. Customer project models can be stored here seamlessly. We are working on large collections of documents that will be shared with a large number of people via email, so this works great, and I appreciate the concept of being able to store them without worrying about them being hacked or stolen.
The best and most used part of Box is the ability to easily store and organize our company's files in one place, which allows easy access to share them with other employees.
There's nothing specific to dislike about Box. I do think the user interface could be a little more appealing and I wish the cost was a little lower, but both are minor things to dislike.
Hosting and backing up company files, videos, documents, ad creatives, etc. in one central, organized, easy-to-find place that is accessable to everyone within the company.
It's easy to use, fast, and allows teams to collaborate across the globe.
Sometimes changes or updates to a file made are not immediately updated to all connected users, at times taking up to a day to notify others of changes to filesm
Team file sharing across multiple divisions and different countries.
Easy of use. You can share documents with a few clicks.
None so far. I have been using Box for several years and find it easy to use.
I have not had any problems. It is very easy to increase storage limits if needed,
Box is an ideal solution for creative teams collaborating on projects. Using the Box Sync app to make the folders available in my Mac Finder window is incredibly helpful.
I don't have any negative comments to say about Box. The software is dependable and I can only think of 1 time in the last 4 years that I've had an issue with files syncing.
Box provides a file storage solution for our team, a way to share collateral with our clients, and for our clients to share files with us. I like how easy it is to share large files without making emails undeliverable.
The versitility is really nice. From usi
ng on windows to mac, apple iOS or Android, this app is very easy to upload and file documents of all sorts. Sharing specific files with others using a secure link is another great feature of box.
Having a place to store our files of all sorts, yet we can easily access the files anywhere anytime. The syncing of the files across all users and computers has been a true life savor. We are always using the most recent versions of files.
The ease of sharing the exact address link of where the data is stored and facility of retrieving it in one click.
It gets slow and hangs at times. Also would be happy to see a few shortcuts in creating folders etc.
Data storage and easy retrieval.
Box works seamlessly with Wealthbox. It has helped our firm become more organized and efficient with client files.
Like any file storage system, you need to take the time upfront to organize files in the manner you want them. This isn't necessarily something I dislike, it is part of the upfront setup which takes time.
Client file organization and the ability to integrate with our CRM.
It is very easy to use and I am currently using this file storage and file sharing service. The storage limit and upload limit of Box is pretty good.
I don't dislike anything about Box. It is just super.
Our entire project shares the files over this platform. It is very easy to use and user friendly. Retrieving data is also very easy and very faster as compared to any other platform.
Very easy tool to use. The integrations with Slack and MSFT are second to none. Has made my life alot easier!
Not too much comes to mind. I would love to see maybe an integration into Gong for note-taking.
Content sprawl and bringing everything to a single source of truth
Friendly and ease of use UI/UX, capacity
Everything is amazing, nothing to dislike
Handling files together as a group is the most convenient thing. Comment section makes communication much easy amongst the team
The BOX Application is Easy to use and Supports Drag & Drop file sharing across teams. It maintains the versioning of the files which is stored on the cloud. The UI seems to be very very user-friendly to new users.
Sometimes the 'Editing' option provided by the Box application struggles to work properly when multiple persons work on the same shared file. It requires specific privileges (access/permissions) to 'Edit' a file.
File sharing across teams that are located across continents became easy and just a click away. The entire stakeholders of various projects can collaborate easily while sharing and updating files across the globe.
Getting everything in one place is convienebt and being able to share different T files with people is always a plus.
I think the interface could be a lot better and would increase user ability for sure.
It's helping me to be more places at once and to be able to dictate and determine solutions for diffeeenr aspects of business much easier
