Pretty simple and easy to use storage option for managing small business workflow that comes very handy in collaborating with others while working remotely. Easy accessibility is attractive feature.
Price for the starter pack and the extra cost per user is a drawback. Uploading takes time sometimes. Otherwise, it's really helpful tool for personal as well as for the corporate use.
It's a great way to have a cloud storage like this in a remote work culture where you can all collaborate and work as a team. Easy accessibility from any device is a great feature.
Box help us sharing files and provide a shared space to store data. This is very helpful while working remote as well as offline too.. help reduce redundancy of data and space.
Anyone can edit or delete the file if having the permission to access. Thus way we might loose sine data and at times our files get corrupted too.
Easy sharing and collaborative working. Can share large number of files and data at one go. The files and folders are editable on the real time basis.
Simple navigation, intuitive and I love how you can share files, assign tasks and set expiration dates on files. This reduces overall redundant records. For business this is our only approved cloud storage; however I personally use iCloud.
I can not pin files to my windows toolbar for easy acces the way I’m used to. Shortcuts outside of box will not store either.
Currently we are using it for storage and sharing we plan to use it for more features such as e-signature's in the future.
Seems less cloud storage, access anywhere any time. Amazing version feature. Update your docs over email.very good tool for collaboration and design for today's need. With the box drive you can access all your share or own folders or files in in laptop like a local drive.
Nothing as such which I can think of.For a end user this is the best solution specially with kind of unlimited storage..
No need of big hard drive on system all your data with you with with box drive
I like the aesthetics of Box. It does a great job taking something mundane like file storage and making it easy to find what I need by the way that they organize the different types of files and choosing relevant, eye catching icons.
There is not really anything I dislike about Box. Maybe they could make it easier when one is creating a new document or box note to know where that note is going to be saved, that part is not so intuitive.
Box is solving the problem for me of having one place when I do my work to store all of my relevant files of many different types such as text files and video files.
Easy to Keep Organized, easy to use and easy to share with other people. I appreciate all the individual sections that I can create and share with specific people.
There isn't anything bad about BOX but if I HAD to say something it was the extra cost per user.I dislike thgv at others can delete files and I may not want them to.
I have less papers, easy to have my own folders and sections that other people in the company don't see. When you share with someone, you can see if they delete anything, and you have the ability to recover it even if someone else deleted it.
can take backup of your system and can access your files on go . the best part is its cheaper
i dont have anything to dislike except its start every time i boot it consumes unnecessary resources

Money on hard drives, upgrading of HDD and the most important of all is Safery & Security of my information.
It rich capability of collaborating all files and documents in a single central place for easy access and sharing. Besides, I crown its high capability of synchronizing files.

I really like how this is a great place to store files for all employees/team members. It really is a better version of dropbox and more easily accessible. I would recommend to anyone who needs to share files across computers/employees.
There really aren't any downsides I have noticed. I do not see any file restrictions or limitations. The only downside I have noticed is it is easy to become unorganized, but that is more user error.
